But most existing networks could not meet this assumption to achieve high accuracy PTP synchronization. The FIFO block is one of main reasons that lead packet delay asymmetry according to the research. So the packet delay estimation with minimum FIFO block is put forward to try to select those “lucky packets” which survived from FIFO block in packet stack to achieve good PTP performance. The boundary conditions of this algorithm is decided by the mean time interval using to select “lucky packets”. Its expression has been deduced. Verified by some meaningful tests, in the asymmetry network, the accuracy of packet delay estimation increases almost 25ns with stability increasing almost 2 order, and the accuracy of PTP synchronization increases more than one-fold with stability increasing almost four-fold, compared with no optimization.","PeriodicalId":319274,"journal":{"name":"2013 10th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133722565","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

MUSIC algorithm and pulse amplitude measurement are employed to achieve accurate distance and angle measurement for precise positioning. Compared with the traditional correlation function algorithm in dense multipath environments, MUSIC algorithm has high multipath resolution capability and high noise immunity. It can get accurate values of time of arrival (TOA) by detecting multipath signals. Then the precise distance can be obtained. Since the angle of arrival (AOA) of the received signal is a variable of the antenna gain function of circular antenna array, we can simply measure the pulse amplitudes of the received signals to calculate AOA values. Simulation results show that MUSIC algorithm can detect the first path precisely in the indoor line-of-sight (LOS) environment, which improves the accuracy of the distance measurement. And the pulse amplitude measurement is also an effective way to achieve high precise angle measurement.","PeriodicalId":319274,"journal":{"name":"2013 10th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125885855","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been recently rapidly used in many multimedia systems. The proposed method is focusing on H.264/AVC [1] [2] video coding standard. Several encryption algorithms are based on intra frame/slice had been utilized. The drawbacks of previously used algorithms is that they are vulnerable to known plaintext attack, the increase of stream size, they can't handle real-time processing and they face bandwidth limitations of bit rate [3]. The proposed algorithm is to secure a video during encoding process. The proposed method uses Selective Encryption(SE) [4] to encrypt a CAVLC (Context Adaptive Variable Length Code) stage in order to minimize the amount of bits on compressed file. The security is based on the security of stream cipher. The most important factor here is the compact ratio, Bit rate and Frame rate.","PeriodicalId":319274,"journal":{"name":"2013 10th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127971820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
