The type of research used is quantitative with a survey method and the sample used is 262 economics students. The validity test used in this study uses Connfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and uses the Cronbach Alpha reliability test. The data analysis technique used in this study is hierarchical regression analysis. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic the implementation of learning experienced several problems. This study aims to determine the effect of time management and learning motivation on Economics Education students' learning achievement during a pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, with a sample of 216 respondents. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of strengthening village apparatus competence on preventing fraud in village financial management, the effect of strengthening the internal control system on preventing fraud in village financial management, the effect of strengthening village apparatus competence and strengthening the internal control system on preventing fraud on village financial management with a leadership style as moderator. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire survey method, with primary data sources. The population of this study was 322 villages in Sidoarjo Regency consisting of village heads, village secretaries, and village treasurers/village staff, with a total of 966. The number of samples for this study was 86 respondents. Village samples were taken from each of the 18 sub-districts. in Sidoarjo Regency, using the purposive sampling method. The validity and reliability of the instrument were checked first before the hypothesis was tested. Then, multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (MRA) were performed, to find out whether the moderating variable strengthens or weakens the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Village Apparatus Competence has no influence on Fraud Prevention in Village Financial Management because the majority of village officials who manage village finances have an educational background that is not by the position they hold. (2) Internal Control has an influence on Fraud Prevention in Village Financial Management. (3) Leadership style does not moderate the influence of village apparatus competence on preventing fraud in village financial management, because the majority of village heads as financial managers do not have clear goals in managing village finances based solely on the direction of one of the dominant instruments. One of the efforts to improve critical thinking through learning changes is by applying group investigation (GI) and problem-based learning (PBL) methods. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the GI and PBL methods on students' critical thinking skills with learning styles as the moderator variable. The research method was quasi-experimental with a 2 x 3 factorial design. The research subjects were class X students of Cilimus Vocational School, class of 2018-2019. This study used two-way ANOVA with SPSS 21 to analyze the data. The results showed that GI and PBL significantly affected students' critical thinking skills. It can be seen that (1) the GI learning method is more effective than the PBL learning method; (2) students' learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) have no effect on student's critical thinking skills. Likewise, students' learning styles do not affect students' critical thinking skills; (3) There is no relationship between interactive learning methods and learning styles to increase students' critical thinking. Where the independent variable, namely Word Of Mouth (X), affects the Purchase Decision (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were Angkringan Cahsaiki Bekasi consumers with a sample of 140 respondents through the distribution of research questionnaires filled in by the respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed using simple regression analysis. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, t-test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the normality test normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis using the t-test shows that the word of mouth variable is proven to significantly influence the dependent variable in purchasing decisions.
