The area of land planted with coconut in Banyumas Regency reaches 5,111.49 ha, with the number of coconut trees being 638,936 trees (Banyumas Regency Agriculture & Food Security Agency, 2020). In addition to the flesh, coconut sap can also be used by processing it into coconut sugar. One of the diversified products from coconut sugar is organic coconut sugar. Banyumas Regency encourages the production of organic ant coconut sugar, because of its many advantages, namely the higher selling price, which is up to Rp. 10,000. The water content in organic coconut sugar is lower and the shelf life is longer than coconut sugar. One company that produces organic palm sugar, namely CV. Hugo Innovations. CV. Hugo Innovation is an organic coconut sugar production company, which is located in Tumiyang Village, Kebasen District, Banyumas. CV. Hugo Innovation works closely with local farmers and has an Internal Control System Team of 150 people, 550 farmers and a production capacity of 100 tons/month. The post-harvest processing of coconut sap into organic ant coconut sugar often experiences defects. The type of defect in the coconut sugar product is dark brown with a total damage of 87.3, high humidity 26.25, and coarse grain 70kg in 20 days of observation, namely from October 24, 2021 to November 12, 2021. Based on the analysis of the fishbone diagram the factors Factors that cause damage to coconut sugar are raw materials, labor, machinery and equipment. Strategies for controlling and improving the quality of organic coconut sugar in CV. The transplanting system (TPR) was a popular method for rice cultivation in Indonesia, and it needed too much input. On another side, direct seeding (DSR) has long been known and considered more efficient in labor and water used. This study aims to determine the comparison of cultivation methods of TPR and DSR, which are more profitable among farmers in Rantewringin village, and to determine an efficient cultivation system. This research was carried out in August-September 2020. The methods used were qualitative and quantitative, sampling was purposive sampling, and the analysis tools used farm analysis and SWOT. The results of the feasibility analysis that has been carried out, the acceptance value of the Tapin system is greater than the Tabela system, but the profit of the Tabela system is higher than the Tapin system. The results of the farming analysis show that the feasibility of farming, the Tapin system, and the Tabela system are feasible (R/C ratio > 1). Analysis of the IFAS and EFAS shows that the Tapin system has the power to produce better growth in water-sufficient conditions but is threatened in a water- and labor-constrained position. Meanwhile, Tabe cultivation has the power to be carried out in limited water conditions and is efficient in using labor. The analysis results indicate that Tabela cultivation can be an efficient and profitable alternative technology in conditions of lack of water. The study was conducted in polybags with vertisol soil media in a screen house, Bulakelor Village, Keanggungan District, Brebes Regency. The experiment was arranged using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is the type of bacteria: Control (B0); Bacillus sp (B1); Burkholderia cepacia (B2); Klebsiella aerogenes (B3) and Klebsiella variicola (B4) and the second factor was incubation time: 3 (H3); 6 (H6); 9 (H9); and 12 (H12) days. Each treatment was repeated four times. Observation variables were soil sulfate levels (colorimetric method) and increased sulfate levels (calculation method). Observational data were analyzed using the F test and if there was a significant difference, it was continued with Duncan's test with 95% confidence level (α = 5%). The application of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria to vertisol soil can increase the availability of sulfate in the soil. Belimbing Tasikmadu memiliki rasa yang manis dan gurih. Kebun Attaqie Farm memproduksi 1.000 kg buah per hari dan menghasilkan limbah yaitu daun, buah sisa penjarangan, dan ranting-ranting, hasil limbah tersebut mencapai 5-10 kg. Jika diolah maka akan menghasilkan sesuatu yang bermanfaat seperti pupuk organik. Usaha yang dapat meningkatkan mutu atau produksi pakcoy salah satunya dengan penganekaragaman pola budidaya agar menjaga kesuburan lahan dan juga untuk pertanian berkelanjutan. Metode dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pada satu faktor, perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, setiap ulangan diberikan 3 unit percobaan, 5 taraf yang diaplikasikan dosis yaitu: 0 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha, 20 ton/ha, 30 ton/ha, dan 40 ton/ha. Unsur hara pupuk kompos memiliki kandungan N, P, K masing-masing dengan nilai 2.78%, 0.88%, dan 2.70%. Dosis optimum untuk sayur pakcoy yaitu 20 ton/ha (setara dengan 40 g/polybag). Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan parameter lebar daun yang berpengaruh nyata dengan nilai 5.17 cm. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara in-vitro di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto dan in vivo di Rumah Kasa Desa Tambaksari Kidul. Pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan Juni 2022. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pada uji in vitro dengan jumlah perlakuan yang diujikan sebanyak 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan dan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) uji in vivo dengan jumlah perlakuan yang diujikan sebanyak 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan dengan 3 tanaman setiap perlakuan sehingga diperoleh 72 tanaman. Perlakuan meliputi (kontrol) R. solani (P0), isolat bakteri A5 x R. solani (P1), isolat bakteri A6 x R. solani (P2), isolat bakteri KR4 x R. solani (P3), isolat bakteri KR7 x R. solani (P4) dan isolat bakteri SB3 x R. solani (P5). Hasil menunjukkan semua perlakuan isolat bakteri endofit memiliki potensi yang sama dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur patogen R. solani. Perlakuan P1 (isolat A5) memiliki daya hambat tertinggi yaitu 63,38 % dan pada perlakuan P4 (isolat KR7) memiliki daya hambat terendah yaitu 46,55 %. Bakteri endofit pada perlakuan P2 (isolat A6) mampu mengendalikan hawar pelepah padi karena memiliki nilai intensitas penyakit serta nilai AUDPC paling rendah yaitu sebesar 12,07% dan AUDPC sebesar 215,31%.hari. Nilai kerapatan bakteri endofit tertinggi terdapat pada isolat KR4 sebesar 131,93 x 108 cfu/ml dan terendah terdapat pada isolat SB3 sebesar 4,63 x 108 cfu/ml. Ketersediaan air yang dibutuhkan oleh planlet dapat dipenuhi dengan adanya penyiraman. Salah satu respon tanaman yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan air adalah densitas stomata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan densitas stomata planlet anggrek Phalaenopsis hibrid pada fase aklimatisasi dengan frekuensi penyiraman yang berbeda dan untuk mengetahui frekuensi penyiraman yang optimal dalam mendukung pertumbuhan planlet anggrek. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan perlakuan frekuensi penyiraman 1 kali sehari, 2 kali sehari dan 3 kali sehari. Desain penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal yaitu frekuensi penyiraman. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Anova dan uji lanjut LSD dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa plantlet dengan frekuensi penyiraman 1 kali sehari menghasilkan luas daun, kandungan pigmen fotosintesis dan berat segar tertinggi. Secara umum perbedaan frekuensi penyiraman tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan akar, jumlah daun dan densitas stomata. Rendahnya pengetahuan tentang efisiensi, produksi dan pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi merupakan informasi penting yang perlu dikaji untuk pengembangan usahatani sayuran buncis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani buncis. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Jumlah keseluruhan petani buncis sebanyak 33 responden. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) yaitu analisis orientasi input. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah DMU efisien yang mencapai skala efisiensi satu atau 100 persen sebanyak 10 responden atau 30 persen. Sisanya sebesar 23 responden atau 70 persen merupakan DMU yang tidak mencapai skala efisiensi 100 persen sebagai DMU inefisiensi. Skala efisiensi relatif terendah sebesar 4,1 persen dan skala tertinggi sebesar 67,9 persen. DMU yang tidak efisien dalam penggunaan input dikarenakan sebagian petani belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan input dengan baik dan atau berlebihan. Petani yang menggunakan input belum efisien artinya petani masih berkesempatan untuk meningkatkan jumlah input agar menghasilkan produksi optimal. DMU efisien beroperasi pada skala CRS yang merupakan suatu kondisi proporsi alokasi penambahan input produksi sama dengan penambahan output, yaitu sebanyak 10 responden atau 30 persen. Artinya jika DMU tersebut menambah alokasi input akan proporsional dengan output yang terima. Kondisi skala efisiensi CRS ini didapat dari hasil perhitungan nilai efisiensi relatif dengan asumsi CRS sama dengan asumsi VRS dengan skala efisiensi sebesar 1,00. Pupuk anorganik terus meningkat ketika muncul banyak permintaan masyarakat akan hasil pertanian pada waktu yang serentak, salah satu alternatif untuk menekan pemakaian pupuk anorganik yaitu dengan memanfaatkan pupuk organik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk dan jenis media tanam yang tepat guna meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Januari 2021 di lahan Kecamatan Panji, Kabupaten Situbondo. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor perlakuan pertama yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 3 ml, 5 ml, dan 7 ml. Faktor perlakuan kedua yaitu jenis media tanam cocopeat, pasir, dan arang sekam. Variabel pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot basah tajuk, bobot basah akar, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, dan volume akar.
