The application of information technology (e-government) is a must for state administrators, both the judiciary, the legislature, especially the executive. In resolving state administrative disputes, digital evidence is also often used. This requires judges to have the ability to examine and analyze a case that has a digital element. Preparation of the Supreme Court to respond to developments in digitalization of electronic services (e-government), namely the Supreme Court has issued PERMA Number 1 of 2019 concerning Electronic Administration of Cases and Trials in Courts. This time, the E-Court is a form of the Supreme Court's seriousness in reforming the Supreme Court in the field of information technology in the justice system. Efforts that can be made by Administrative Court Judges in the digital era, Administrative Judges must pay attention to the e-government system as a whole, for example Online Single Submission (OSS) licensing, because licensing now involves an integrated online system, which involves elements of regional government, provincial government and government center. how to upload data, the possibility of an error in the system, what is uploaded, how the system can reject and accept data. It is these things that allow administrative judges to involve Web experts. Digital Web forensic experts are needed in proving cases at the Administrative Court, because in my opinion it is almost impossible for an administrative judge to have good and correct knowledge of digital forensics. Web expert witnesses will shed light on an administrative case, making it easier for State Administrative judges to make decisions. Individual employees have their own reasons to leave organisations. However, it is important that an organisation examines reasons why employees are leaving. The study investigated whether there was a relationship between reasons for turnover intentions and turnover intentions and whether these reasons for turnover intentions are justifiable in Parliament of the Republic of South Africa. This study employed the quantitative approach using a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was administered to the entire population N=70 within the Language Service Section, which comprised of language practitioners. All questionnaires were completed and returned without errors. There were six hypotheses, which produced the following results: being overworked (r=.22, n=70, p=.001); low salary compared to other sectors (r=.22, n=70, p=.000); few or no opportunities for growth (r=.21, n=70, p=.001); lack of recognition (r=.20, n=70, p=.011), respectively. The results indicated that there is a strong relationship between being overworked; low salary compared to other sectors; few or no opportunities for growth; lack of recognition and turnover intentions. However, no relationships was established between inconsistent management style; poor company culture and turnover intentions, which produced, (r=.06, n=70, p=.215); (r=.07, n=70, p=.384), respectively. The article clarifies the essence of the principles of good governance in the implementation of public administration of the fight against organized crime in Ukraine. It is summarized that they are based on the high goal that officials and officials serve the people of Ukraine, and not ensure private or departmental interest. To achieve such a state of public administration that the rights and legitimate interests of the most vulnerable sections of the population are effectively ensured in a public manner. The principles of good governance in the field of public administration in the fight against organized crime are characterized by certain features. The principle of openness in the implementation of public administration of the fight against organized crime means that the entities that carry out public administration in the field of public administration of the fight against organized crime must be open and transparent in their actions. However, the principles of openness relate specifically to the administrative activities of public administration entities. As for operative investigative activity and pre-trial investigation, in the field of criminal proceedings, the secrecy of the investigation is kept up to certain stages.
