Pengaruh tersebut dapat bersumber dari skill pekerja, attitudes, dan behavior (Katou, A.A., & Budhwar, P., 2015). Penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan satu kesatuan dalam menentukan strategi yang kompetitiv (Neal, A., West, M.A., & Patterson, M.G., 2005). Penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia secara sistematis dapat meningkatkan produktivitas sebesar 3.27% dari total produksi (Katou, A.A., & Budhwar, P., 2015). Sehingga, manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam banyak sector (Eze, M.O., 2018). PT. AB merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada sector fabrikasi precast yang cukup terkemuka di Indonesia. Namun, dalam rangka memenuhi pasokan kebutuhan precast, produktivitas di PT. AB tidak sesuai dengan jumlah yang telah ditargetkan, terutama pada produksi precast spun pile. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui risiko yang berpengaruh tinggi terhadap perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan mengembangkan strategi di PT. AB. However, it has been well known that housing projects are prone facing various quality problems that bring adverse consequences for project performances, i.e., cost, schedule, productivity, and satisfaction of housing customers. The objective of this study is to investigate further relationship of quality performance against labor productivity, rework, and customer satisfaction. The hypothetical model was analyzed by using Structural Equation Model approach based on collected data through survey questionnaires of 45 respondents derived from site personnel of PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa which consist of several working divisions. The final model consists of 20 indicators in total reflecting all tested variables. From the results of the data analysis using PLS-SEM, it was revealed that quality performance has a strong relationship among the tested variables. Especially on customer satisfaction and rework variables. Customer satisfaction and rework have path coefficient value (β)0.325 and -0.558 respectively. With this result, it can be concluded that better-quality performance will improve customer satisfaction and rework reduction. The findings of this study provided important contribution for construction practitioners especially those who involved in the development of housing project to pay more attention in the implementation of quality management by developing effective and efficient project quality program. thus, labor productivity, reduction of rework and customer satisfaction can be significantly improved. One example of such infrastructure is an apartment with a function as a means of residence and economic development in the area around the apartment. The South Tangerang X Apartment development project is one of the objects studied in this research. This study aims to select alternative materials for floor work based on the building cycle using life cycle cost (LCC) analysis with such a large project value. The research method used is Pareto diagram analysis to select the work to be analyzed. The LCC analysis uses a present worth analysis method with a gate-to-gate phase. This study indicates that the LCC analysis on Apartment Project X South Tangerang found the results on alternative KR1B HT floor work, namely alternative 2 of IDR. 1,437,912,015 on the KR1A HT flooring; the chosen alternative is alternative 2 of IDR. 989,177,787 on the chosen alternative KR4 HT floor work, namely alternative 2 of IDR. 1,510,914,248, and for the KR5A marble floor, the chosen alternative is alternative 2 of IDR. 617,202,771.
