This study aims to analyze the implementation of Jakarta's waste management policies according to Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2019. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain comprehensive information about the implementation of existing regional regulations. The results show that the implementation of Jakarta's waste management policies has not been implemented well. There are several obstacles such as a large budget but not used optimally, a lack of coordination between the government and private sector to build Intermediate Treatment Facilities (ITF) because there is a regional politic factor. Several programs such as a waste bank, 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle), and “Sampah Tanggung Jawab Bersama (Samtawa) are expected to be able to overcome the waste problem in Jakarta. To support the government's efforts in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the management of Mandar Watershed needs to integrate the ecological, economic, social, institutional, and technological dimensions. This study aims to: (1) measure the status of the sustainability of the Mandar Watershed; and (2) identify the factors that influence the sustainability of the Mandar watershed management. This research used the method of observation, interviews, documentation study, and literature review. Data analysis used a descriptive analysis approach and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis with analysis tools suc as rapfish / rapDASMandar. The results showed that the sustainability status of watershed management in the ecological dimension was quite sustainable; on the social and institutional dimensions, it is categorized as less sustainable; and in the economic and technological dimensions, the upstream and middle Mandar sub-watersheds are categorized as less sustainable. The multidimensional sustainability status of Mandar watershed management is categorized as less sustainable. This research focuses on three problems, namely examining in depth the concept of integrated permits and their urgency and analyzing integrated environmental permits before and after UUCK. This study aims to examine in depth the concept of an integrated environmental permit which then becomes a benchmark in analyzing environmental permits adopted by Indonesian law before and after the enactment of the UUCK. This type of research is normative legal research with a statutory approach, a historical approach, and a conceptual approach. This research material is sourced from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, with data collection techniques using library methods which are then analyzed using descriptive and deductive-inductive methods. The results showed that in the implementation before the enactment of the UUCK, namely the regime of the Environmental Protection and Management Act (UUPPLH), there were already several permits that were integrated with environmental permits. Meanwhile, after the enactment of UUCK, UUCK replaced environmental permits with environmental approvals. Gondorukem from Indonesia has a competitive advantage compared to other countries because it is stickier, heat resistant, and has a distinctive aroma so its exports are attractive to other countries. Ensuring the quality and quantity of gondorukem requires a smooth pine resin supply chain. This study aims to determine risk events and risk agents in the supply chain of pine resin that inhibit production, and design strategies to reduce the chance of emerging risks. House of Risk (HOR) is used to determine and apply the priority of risk agents and preventive actions. The study identified a total of 15 risk events and 30 risk agents that affect the quality and quantity of pine resin. Eighteen risk agents are prioritized, three of which are weather conditions, tapping personnel, and tree conditions for designing preventive actions. Such management requires a strategy to provide both economic and ecological benefits. The purpose of the study was to analyze the ecotourism management strategy of mangrove forests on Bangkobangkoang Island, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. The sampling technique used is purposive. Data collection techniques are observations and surveys on mangrove forests, questionnaires, and interviews with island communities. The analysis technique used is SWOT. The results showed that the mangrove forest of Bangkobangkoang Island has a thickness of 230.39 m, a density of 23.25 ind/100m2, tides as high as 1.49 m, and there are 5 species of mangrove found and aquatic biota, birds, and others. The priority strategy is to maximize the potential of mangrove forests and preserve their naturalness so that they become a means of education to improve the community's economy, Coordination and communication between community members and the government in efforts to manage ecotourism areas, Empower fisherman groups in managing ecotourism, Procurement of supporting facilities for monitoring mangrove ecosystems, Training on product making made from mangroves to increase community income and maintain and strengthen community participation and interest in managing mangrove forests into ecotourism areas.
