This type of research is quantitative, where the researcher distributes questionnaires as a medium for data collection and then processes them into questionnaire interval data which is then processed using SPSS 25. The population and sample of this study amounted to 74 employees of a Logistics Company in Surabaya. Partial hypothesis test results Partial career development positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, job satisfaction is a partially positive and significant effect on employee loyalty and organizational culture partially positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. And the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously the F calculated value is stated to be 41,570 and is included as greater than the F table 2.74. This means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. And the significant value is 0.000 less than 0.05. So career development, job satisfaction, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector companies indexed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 17 sample companies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously stock prices are significantly influenced by financial performance through return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net profit margin . (NPM), and earnings per share (EPS). Return on assets (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices , while return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin (NPM) have no significant effect on stock prices. The implication of the results of this study is that companies increase their income and assets so that net income is greater and earnings per share are also greater. This can be seen from indonesia's economic growth data which is minus to 5.32 percent, which causes the Indonesian economy to become fragile and requires us to continue to think about how to stabilize the economy again. So a strong analysis and an intelligent way of thinking are needed in overcoming this problem. This study aims to offer a concept from one of the Islamic authorities, namely Jamaluddin Al-Afghani, with his Islamic reform, namely Pan-Islamism in overcoming political economic problems that occur in Indonesia. By using descriptive analytical methods and qualitative approaches that contradicthis thinking, namely Pan-Islamism with several other Islamic scientists' thoughts and coupled with using data from previous studies. Finally, this article presents the concept of political economy which is believed to be able to create a better Indonesian economy. Some of the principles emphasized are the need for the Islamic world to unite together against foreign forces in the crucible of Pan Islamism, because the source of weakness of the Islamic world is the weak solidarity of Muslims. Then Muslims must unite both in political and economic terms, the Leader of the State must spread his call and ideas about reform and renewal in all aspects of life, whether political, economic, social and cultural, are comprehensive for all Muslims around the world where Individuals help each other.
