This study aims to explore effects of bubble filter and echo chamber on information searching behaviour on the internet, how it affects the scope of the internet ecosystem and users, and what we can see from the behaviour. \u0000Data Collection Method. The paper used a mixed-methods approach with surveys, online discussions, and literature research. Twenty respondents between 19-21 years old participated in this exploratory study. \u0000Analysis Data. Data was obtained and calculations have automatically accumulated through Google Form. The user data analysis and discussion were conducted manually by considering aspects of rationality concerning the literature and previous research. \u0000Results and Discussions. The analysis results obtained were bubble filter and echo chambers were proven to affect internet users both in positive and negative ways. \u0000Conclusions. Bubble filter and echo chamber may have both positive and negative effects simultaneously, however, it depends on the user because the system has provided control features to reduce both features. Libraries as a dynamic environment have supported dynamic interactions in various aspects of life. These interactions occur in several frames such as culture, social, and ideology that pose power in library leadership at universities. \u0000Data Collection Method. In-depth interviews with nine informants, consisting of heads, librarians, and library staff in three libraries, conducted unstructurally between 2018 and 2020. Interview data was used as the main data collection technique, supported by observations and documentation. \u0000Data Analysis. Miles and Huberman's model with three stages, i.e. data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification, was employed to interpret findings. \u0000Results and Discussion. The results showed five main issues, which are directly related to power representation in libraries. These issues include religious understanding, institutional vision, temporary power, seniority of library personnels, and the influence of the library collection development. \u0000Conclusion. The representation of power in library leadership practices has emerged in the frames of religiosity, organizational ideology, seniority, power, and impact of library collection. Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Main Library is committed to providing excellent services. One of the activities is to understand the users’ needs. This paper investigates the users’ perceptions of UNNES Main Library services. The objectives of the study include; (1) determining users’ perception on library services quality, (2) Examining satisfaction level of library services, (3) Measuring users’satisfaction level based on Service Satisfaction Index. \u0000Data Collection Methods. The paper used a quantitative methods approach with questionnaires, involving 203 library users, selected randomly. \u0000Data Analysis. The data were descriptively analysed by using an online survey tool (SurveyGizmo.com). \u0000Results and Discussion. The results report; (1) Users were satisfied with library services quality, but less satisfied with book collections; (2) Satisfaction level of library services was satisfactory; (3) Average score of customer satisfaction was 2.89, within the interval scale of 2.52 to 3.27. \u0000Conclusions. The awareness of musical heritage shows an effort of preservation that performed by composers, musicians, performers, archivists, conservators, local society, community archivists, and government. \u0000Data Collection Methods. The paper used a systematic review method with a qualitative approach represented by literature from Taylor & Francis database. \u0000Data Analysis. A multi-stage exclusion process showed nine articles for further review. An analytical grid/chart was used to systematize the most relevant information of the selected articles. A tree illustration (including roots, trunk, and leaves) was used to represent the main idea of each article. \u0000Results and Discussion. The raised awareness of the importance of preservation can be supported by creating the music projects, promoting music for tourism, and music repackaging. We categorize seveal aspects of preserving heritage music such as 1) understanding the integrity of the original trace and media, 2) combining prescriptive & descriptive documentation 3) musical repackaging method, and 4) using Art Glove device. \u0000Conclusion. A synthesis of proposals was developed to illustrate the musical heritage preservation that represents ideas of selected articles that have been reviewed. This article evaluates library websites of world class universities in Indonesia from several aspects including features, responsibility, and speed. One library website overseas is explored as a reference: Harvard University. \u0000Data Collection Method. This is a literature study exploring features on library websites of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Telkom University. \u0000Data analysis. The study used Harvard University library website as a reference. The results were presented into tables to discuss library websites of UGM and Telkom University. \u0000Results and Discussion. Harvard University library webiste has 21 features except gallery, UGM has 11 features and Telkom University has 12 features similar to Harvard University library webiste. Our result showed that Library website of UGM and Telkom University still need to be improved as required to be a world class university. All three websites has an adjustable display depending on devices in accessing websites. Those three websites were considered as responsive websites. Based on PageSpeed Insight, they showed good performance. \u0000Conclusion. Information on the websites are well-managed, informative, efficient, and accessible. The paper aims to explore services and activities of Jendela Dunia Village Library based on sosial inclusion. \u0000Data Collection Method. This paper used a qualitatative research method with a case study approach. \u0000Data Analysis. The data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and library studies. \u0000Results and Discussion. The Jendela Dunia Village Library has been run based on sosial inclusion considering aspects of collection development to support the needs of the community with a web-based digital library. Several activities have also been conducted such as organising training of computer, making handicrafts, arts, and gymnastics, organisings innovative KOBOK services, managing mobile reading bicycles, and supporting health literacy through Posyandu and Posbindu. \u0000Conclusion. Jendela Dunia Village Library is a sosial inclusion-based library that is creatively managed and has the full support of the village leader. This can be a model for other village libraries in utilizing the potential of the village. The study used Weber's information system model theory with the following variables: system quality, information quality, user training, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self-efficacy, information system use, individual impact and information system satisfaction. \u0000Data Collection Methods. This study used surveys with a quantitative approach. and observations. \u0000Results and Discussion. The results of this study showed that the inhibiting factors of electronic journals at the UGM Library was the difficulties in using information systems electronic journals. This resulted that the students were less confident and rarely to access and utilize electronic journals due to their lack of understanding and skilss in using computers or e-Journal information system. \u0000Conclusion. The data were descriptively analysed by using thematic analysis. \u0000Results and Discussion. The Office of Archive and Library has three roles in preservation and communication of local culture. They are: (1) as an information provider; (2) as a local cultural preservation agency; and (3) as a communicator of local cultural information. The role in preservation and communication of local culture arises because of the duties of the Office of Archive and Library Office in managing knowledge and efforts to fulfill the intellectual needs of the community. \u0000Conclusion. Preservation and communication of local culture conducted by the Office of Archive and Library Office is a manifestation of the function of library. The role of information institutions in the post-truth era is important in creating an independent and competent society in dealing with information. This conceptual article aims to see the role of information institutions in responding to community information behavior in the post-truth era. \u0000Data Collection Method. The method in this article uses a qualitative approach with the type of narrative review. \u0000Data Analysis. The analysis was carried out by synthesizing the literature and case studies from several reports discussing the impact of fake news spread in the community. \u0000Results and Discussions. Information institutions need to take an active role in improving the conditions of society through knowledge-based development and information sharing processes, to create a community that is capable in using information and in evaluating the credibility and suitability of information sources. \u0000Conclusion. In the post-truth era, psychological aspects become an important aspect, where one's information behavior becomes more dominantly influenced by emotional dimensions and personal beliefs. In academic libraries, transformational and situational leadership is important as it can change organizational behavior and increase the staff performance.There is limited discussion types of leadership. This research discusses two types of leadership and develops a framework in academic libraries of ideal leadership. \u0000Data Collection Method. The paper used a qualitative approach and considered literature review from books, journals, and other sources related to the theme. \u0000Data Analysis. The paper analyzed various literature, examined and selected data, developed a theoretical framework, and conceptualized the contents. \u0000Result and Discussions. Transformational leadership in the academic library is appropriate to create a vision, however, staff commitments develop slowly. The leadership can be appropriately applied to the academic library with a few human resource as itemphasizes two-way communication to motivate staff. Meanwhile, in the situational leadership, organizational vision can be achieved when staff commitments are developed effectively. The situational leadership can be implemented in the academic libraries with large number of staff by using direct and two-way interaction, as staff motivation may increase when they are trusted. \u0000Conclusion. The transformational and situational leadershipsare effective when applied to the proper circumstances to achieve set goals.
