The behavior of farmers in farming is not only related to cultivation efforts, but also includes the contribution of farmers in group institutions which hopefully provide a lot of support for rice farming activities. The aims of this study are: 1) analyzing the institutional support for farmer participation. 2) analyzing the participation of healthy rice farmers. 3) analyzing the sustainability of healthy rice farming. 4) analyzing the institutional support for the level of farmer participation. 5) analyzing the effect of farmer participation level on the sustainability of healthy rice farming in Rejo Asri Village, Seputih Raman District, Central Lampung Regency. This study uses survey method with the respondents in this study amounted to 50 healthy rice farmers. The research location was chosen purposively and used quantitative descriptive analysis methods with Multiple Linear Regression Test and Simple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that the role of the extension agent affected farmer participation, while the indicators of the leadership of the farmer group leader and access to information did not affect the participation of healthy rice farmers. The second objective shows that the level of farmer participation at the planning stage is included in the moderately participating category, at the implementation, benefit-taking, and evaluation stages are included in the very participating category. The third objective of the sustainability of healthy rice farming in this study is included in the very sustainable category. The fourth objective shows that the role of the extension worker affects the level of farmer participation, while the indicators of the leadership of farmer group leaders and access to information do not affect the level of participation of healthy rice farmers. This community service targets MSME actors and inhabitants in Bandung's Batununggal subdistrict, those who have established a business and those who will establish a business. Workshops on digital technologies, digital ads, and AR-based social media content offer business actors insight and competence. Participants also received training on enterprise resource planning to help manage and integrate corporate operations in Batununggal, Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of extension workers and supporting facilities for digital agriculture and extension, to determine the factors that influence the level of empowerment of farmers in the city of Bogor. This study uses quantitative research methods which are strengthened by qualitative data. The location of the research was determined deliberately in the city of Bogor, which has good urban agriculture. The study aims to (1) to analyze the communication performance of members in constructing organizational culture on the dimensions ritual, desire, social, political and enculturation in the Panggungharjo BUMDes Village. (2) Analyzing communication performance developing social entrepreneurship capacity on the dimension of social value in Panggungharjo BUMDes business units. The study using the qualitative approach through interviews with 20 informants consisting of advisors, supervisors, BUMDes managers and community groups in collaboration with Panggungharjo BUMDes, Bantul Regency. The results showed that performance communication of members business units in constructing the organizational culture of BUMDes Panggungharjo Village through the dimensions of task rituals, personal rituals and social rituals. All potential rituals run well in the flexibility of tasks between sections, divisions, units and forge togetherness and intimacy among members and managers. Communication performance in BUMDes includes political performance, enculturation, social performance and desire performance. Communication performance functions well in instilling the values ​​of social entrepreneurship through exemplary and togetherness. In order to find out whether the designed application can be adopted or utilized by farmers, it is necessary to know the response of farmers to extension activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the response of sheep breeders and the influence of internal factors on the response to innovation in the Application of Business Analysis and Sheep Recording. The research was conducted from 10 May to 10 June 2021 in Tempuran Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. There were 49 breeders selected by purposive sampling as respondents. Those respondents must be a member of a breeder group, have minimal 10 sheep, have a smartphone, and be able to operate an android smartphone. The data were collected by interview and observation methods. The data were analyzed descriptively to determine the response and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of internal factors on the breeders' response. The results showed that the response is in high category with a value of 2.610. Internal factors that influence the breeders' response are age and education level. Age (X1) has a very significant effect (P<0.01) with a regression coefficient of -3.348. Education level (X2) has a significant effect (P<0.05) on the breeders' response with a regression coefficient of 2.686. This research aims to find out the effect of farmers’ psychological factors on the application of fermentation bose corn technology in Setetes Madu Fatuleu farmer group association. This research was held in Camplong village II Fatuleu District Kupang Regency of East Nusa Tenggara using quantitative research as an explanation survey research method and the participants of all Setetes Madu Fatuleu Farmer Group Association that cultivate the corn is amount 55 participants. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study was to described the institutional performance that supports FEI in food estate locations, analyze the dominant factors that affect FEI in food estate locations and formulate a strategy for operationally developing FEI at food estate locations. This study used a survey method with purposive sampling technique, obtained 40 farmers who are members of farmer institutions supporting the formation of FEI in the food estate of Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. Data collection was carried out from February to May 2022. Data processing used descriptive techniques and Partial Least Square. The purpose of this research is to analyzes the positive implications and consequences of the rule and position of each actor in the rural development process. Mix method is used in this study, combine the quantitative and qualitative method. The results shows that the rural development process not only determine by village government but also determine by many actors in the rural society for example the public figures, the religious leaders, the young man organization (Karang Taruna), the women’s organization (PKK), the women’s religious organization, the business women of songket craft, and the man and women’s activities. These actors are grouped in the three types, namely the individual actors, the organizational actors, and   the combined of individual and organizational actors. Based on gender, the actors involved consisted of the women (44%) and the man (56%). Networking of the relations actors based on power/interest shows a positive relationship. In Presidential Decree No. 59/2017, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have been set as indicators of Indonesia's development. Private extensionists have a fundamental role in community empowerment as the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in large companies. This research has built an alternative concept of private extensionists in the SDGs. The research objectives are to analyze the role of private extensionists in community empowerment through self-social engineering and to analyze the impact of community empowerment on the SDGs' achievement. The research method used is participatory action research supported by a cybernetic approach: participant-observer, triangulation techniques, and focus group discussion (FGD). The results showed that private extensionists' implementing the concept of self-social engineering effectively empowered the community. This effectiveness occurs by placing the community as the subject of creative social energy in empowerment. This is in line with the application of the participatory communication paradigm and dialogue, which causes a communication convergence between participants. Data collected by questionnaires from 164 training participants who were randomly selected proportionally according to participant’s district origin in Bogor Regency West Java. The results showed that the Entrepreneurships Training for New Entrepreneurs was declared effective in the Context, Input, and Process dimensions. However, in the Process dimension, the Entrepreneurships Training for New Entrepreneurs is less supported by the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the suitability of learning media and learning methods. As for the Product dimension, the Entrepreneurships Training for New Entrepreneurs is less effective, especially in changing the mental attitude of training participants, application of skills and business performance of training participants. In general, the implementation of the Entrepreneurships Training for New Entrepreneurs can be declared effective.
