Businesses run by partners have the prospect of developing better by considering the opportunities and potential they have. The method used in implementing this service are (1) the lecture and discussion method; namely by formulating and justifying partner problems to provide the best solution; (2) Demonstration and practice methods, namely modifying production equipment and improving production systems in order to obtain optimal results, and (3) Observation methods, namely monitoring and assisting partners' businesses during the PkM implementation. Efforts to increase production capacity are carried out by adding additional supporting production machines such as automatic grating machines, so as to help production efficiency, by saving the number of production hours. Furthermore, improvements are given to the appearance of the packaging and brand to make it more attractive, and influence buying interest in customers. This community service activity aims to (1) assist teachers in increasing understanding of the evaluation of learning outcomes, (2) increase teachers' understanding of HOTS questions, and (3) improve teachers' pedagogical abilities in making HOTS questions, so that later HOTS questions are obtained in accordance with 2013 curriculum standards revision. This community service activity was carried out in the form of short training for four face-to-face meetings by complying with Health protocols and three online discussions through the Whatsapp group application. This activity was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Peureulak, East Aceh Regency, which was attended by high school Indonesian language studies teachers in East Aceh Regency. The methods applied in the implementation of this activity are tutorial, discussion, simulation and demonstration methods. The low quality of land in the West Reuleut area as marginal land that is less productive has an impact on the low income and welfare of its people. The limitations of productive land can be overcome by the application of biotechnology innovations by utilizing microorganisms through the application of organic fertilizers. Organic fertilizers can be obtained from a waste processing process known as the 3R (reuse, reduce and recycle). Making eco-fermentation is done by sorting household waste as an initial step in producing organic fertilizer by processing vegetable waste materials such as fruit peels such as papaya, pineapple, oranges which are added with molasses as an activator of microorganisms in the fermentation process so that the final product obtained is a liquid that is easy to use in its application to the ground. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to science subject teachers in conducting experiments through science practicum by utilizing environmental-based materials and tools. In addition, it is also expected to support the Continuous Professional Development Program through the Zoning-Based Learning Competency Improvement (PKP) organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture through the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (Ditjen GTK). This activity was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Idi, with the number of participants as many as 70 science teachers at the junior high school level in Kabupaten East Aceh. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training and assistance in the use of environmental-based science practicum tools and materials, as well as education on the use of environment-based science practicum guides. Based on the analysis of the situation in the village, there are many banana plants, both on vacant land and in resident’s house. The nature of the banana tree that only lasts for one harvest and then will be cut for plant the new one will of course be a problem for surrounding environment because so far the banana weevil has only been thrown away and cannot be used, so that it only becomes as a waste. This condition became the basis for the this program to carry out community service to utilize banana weevil waste to produce the liquid organic fertilizer. The partner in this program is resident of Desa Matang Panyang, who will be trained in making local microorganism from banana weevil waste as decomposers of liquid organic fertilizer.This program will be carried out in several stages: preparation, socialization, field practice, and monitoring. This program is expected to produce a productive and independent community as an effort to empower the community by utilizing surrounding waste.
