Numbered Head Together or numbering of thinking together is a type of cooperative learning that is fun and can motivate students to actively discuss when applied in the classroom. While the discussion is a group activity carried out by students in the classroom, to solve the problems faced by the group. The method used in this study is quasi-experiment, while the research approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach. This study used a sample of class VI MI Miftahul Ulum Duriwetan-Maduran-Lamongan students who numbered 15 students. The instruments in the study used discussion and questionnaire skills tests given to students to test the effect of implementing the NHT model. The results of this study show that with the application of the NHT model can affect the discussion ability of class VI MI Miftahul Ulum Duriwetan students. This can be proven by the average value before doing the treatment 63, while after the treatment 89. The results of the analysis use t-tests of samples pairedboosts rate and posts, namely the price of the value t-calculate = 18,565 > t-table = 2,145, while the results of the t-calculated questionnaire analysis = 9,095 > t-table = 2,145. The analysis was strengthened using IBM SPSS Statistics. This makes students also undergo online learning for a long time. When face-to-face learning begins to be carried out again, of course, teachers have the obligation to play a deep role in instilling character education in students, who may not be touched during online learning. This study was conducted to determine the teacher's role in character building in face-to-face learning after COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative method, namely looking for data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data are organized, synthesize, and produce conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's role in character education for students in post-covid-19 learning, or after a long period of online learning, was by starting to rebuild routines like before the pandemic, such as returning to routine pickets, disciplining study hours, supervising students in doing assignments. In addition, the teacher also becomes more trying to appear as a figure that can be imitated by students. Teachers also try to provide variety in teaching and increase activities that require interaction between students, because it is social life at school that students cannot feel during online learning. Hal tersebut akan memaksa siswa untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar yang secara nyata dan sukarela. Siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar diharapkan mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas 5 SD Darussalam Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang diungkapkan dalam distribusi skor dan kategori skala yang telah ditentukan. Data variabel x diambil menggunakan instrumen angket, sementara variabel y menggunakan data nilai pts matematika semester II. Hasil yang didapat adalah, motivasi belajar siswa kelas 5 SD Darussalam Semarang berada pada kategori baik. Diperoleh rata-rata nilai motivasi belajar sebesar 59 terletak pada interval 57-62. Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas 5 sebesar  71,5 terletak pada interval 68-75 termasuk dalam kategori cukup, sehingga tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas 5 SD Darussalam Semarang Tahun 2020/21. Tempat penelitian ini di SLB Negeri Cendono Kudus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi sekolah dalam mengkomunikasikan pengelolaan siswa berkebutuhan khusus adalah melalui kelas orang tua berkomunikasi dengan guru bayangan, dan wali kelas berkomunikasi langsung dengan siswa orang tua.
