This community service activity involved 20 participants consisting of students at TPA Al-Amiin aged 4-5 years. The objective of this activity is to conduct regular weight and height check-ups for the students at TPA Al-Amiin to monitor their growth and development.The community service method is carried out by providing routine weight and height check facilities every month at the Al-Amiin TPA. The participants were encouraged to take regular check-ups to monitor the growth of the children. In addition, an educative approach is also carried out through counseling to parents regarding the importance of examining growth and development and its benefits for children's development.The results of this community service show an increase in parental participation in routine checks on child growth and development at the Al-Amiin TPA. The number of participants in May was 20 children with the result that 18 children (90%) were in the normal growth and development category. With regular check-ups, potential problems or developmental delays in children can be detected earlier, so that appropriate interventions can be given to support optimal child development.In conclusion, routine checks on child growth and development at TPA Al-Amiin through community service can provide significant benefits in optimizing children's growth and development. With increased parental participation in examinations, children's development can be monitored regularly and interventions can be made early. This article presents community service conducted at MA Plus Walisongo, North Lampung, with the aim of developing a midwifery education program that focuses on adolescent reproductive health. Through outreach, counseling, and training, this program aims to increase youth's knowledge and awareness about reproductive anatomy, menstruation, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy, and wise decisions in sexual life. The method used involved a comprehensive sex education module, group discussions, and question and answer sessions. The results of this dedication show an increase in youth's knowledge and understanding of reproductive health, as well as increased awareness of safe and responsible reproductive health practices. This program has also succeeded in reducing the risk of teenage pregnancy, unsafe abortion, and transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. This is due to the high morbidity and mortality rates due to ARI among children under five. ARI is included in the top 10 disease category in NTB with the highest number of visits, that is 174,213 (NTB Health Profile, 2020). In general, there are 3 risk factors for ARI,that is environmental factors, individual child factors and behavioral factors. Behavioral factors can be changed by increasing knowledge in the family. Observations in Karang Ujung Village show the lack of family knowledge about ARIs, how to prevent and treat them early. Therefore, it is important to conduct socialization through community and family empowerment activities in the prevention and early treatment of ARI in infants and toddlers in Karang Ujung Village. Activities are carried out in 3 stages, as follows: 1) identification of the number of infant and toddlers; 2) socialization, and 3) evaluation. The number of mothers with infant and toddlers who participated in community activities was 25 people. The results of the evaluation show that mothers of infants and toddlers have an understanding of ARI, how to prevent and early treat when a child has a cough. Para pternak sapi potong di kelompok ternak “Kalimasodo” beberapa bulan ini terjangkit penyakit diare, selain itu, tingkat reproduksi dari ternak potong dari kelompok ternak “Kalimasodo” sangatlah rendah, hal ini disebabkan banyaknya anakan sapi yang mati sesaat setelah dilahirkan indukannya. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan tingkat reproduksi dari ternaknya. Usaha peningkatan tersebut dilakukan dengan mengadakan penyuluhan perilaku sehat pada peternak, edukasi, diskusi tentang pentingnya manajemen kesehatan reproduksi ternak potong dan praktek langsung kelapangan terkait peningkatan performa ternak dan deteksi dini kebuntingan pada ternak. Tahatapan pelaksaanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi awal (16 November 2020), Penyuluhan dan edukasi (23 November 2020) dan Praktek Langsung (24 November 2020). Nearly four million people die from ISPA each year, 98% caused by lower respiratory tract infections, and mortality rates are very high in infants, children, and the elderly. One of the causes of the high incidence of ISPA is due to lack of knowledge about ISPA. This can be due to lack of socialization about ISPA, how to prevent ISPA, and how to deal with ISPA. One of the things that can be done to increase knowledge is to provide health education about ISPA. This community service aims to provide education about ISPA disease in the rainy season during the pandemic at Smp Salafiyah Darul Falah Pagutan Mataram City. This activity was attended by 47 students using LCD Projector and leaflets. The method used is by lectures, discussions and practices how to wash hands properly and conduct pre tests and post tests. pretest results of students' level of knowledge about ISPA the most knowledge is less than 24 people (51.0%) while after being given education in the form of health counseling, there was an increase in participants' knowledge to a sufficient level of knowledge as many as 25 people (53.2%). The Infant Mortality Rate has a downward trend, namely 97 per 1000 live births in the 1991 SKDI down to 40 per 1000 live births in the 2012 SKDI. The method of implementation in this activity includes the preparation, implementation and evaluation. In the preparatory stage, socialization is carried out to mothers of toddlers related to activities that will be carried out, namely counseling about healthy toddlers, asking for permission from related parties to prepare the place (village hall or meeting room) and preparing instruments and media for the implementation of activities. At the implementation stage, materials related to healthy toddlers are provided. At the evaluation stage, questions will be asked related to material about healthy toddlers. Counseling activities about healthy toddlers for mothers of toddlers in Batu Mekar Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2020, will be held for one month, from 23 November to 11 December 2020, at 09.00 to finish in Batu Mekar Village, Lingsar District West Lombok Regency. The target of this activity is 30 mothers of toddlers. The form of the activity is providing material about healthy toddlers. Giving material about healthy toddlers for 30 minutes followed by a discussion. This activity includes education about healthy toddlers. Knowledge regarding the prevention and handling of COVID-19 and Hypertension in Elderly needs to be disseminated to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases considering the spread of this virus between humans and humans. The incidence of hypertension was also quite a lot and major cause of degenerative disease. The incidence of COVID-19 in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province has also experienced a significant increase since the announcement of the first positive cases on March 24, 2020. On April 21, 2020, there were 108 cases, with 11 recovered and 4 people. die. The number of COVID-19 sufferers in Mataram was 43 cases, while hypertension cases in Mataram, especially in Pondok Perasi, were 41 people. Health education need to be attention for society regarding the prevention and control the spread of COVID-19 and Hypertension increases knowledge and urges the public to suppress the chain of spread of the Corona Virus which can cause COVID-19 and prevent recurrence of hypertension in the elderly. The target of this public service was the Community in the Bintaro Ampenan, Mataram, the aim of this public service was to providing the understanding of community about counseling on the prevention of covid-19, washing hands properly, and providing materials for the prevention of covid-19 transmission by distributing free masks and counseling on hypertension.
