The earlier prediction, identification, and classification of tumor is essential for rapid diagnosis. In brain MRI, the size and location of tumors can be diverse for different patients. Because of the increased flow of patients in scan centers, patients must now wait for a long time to collect their reports from the radiologists, as it ends up taking the radiologists a long time to classify the images. The proposed methodology in this work can classify tumors from MR brain images into three categories. At first, a shallow autoencoder network is designed for image reconstruction. The encoder segment is made up of three convolutional layers, and in decoder segment, four layers are used for reconstruction. Autoencoder offer excellent noise robustness and feature reduction thereby reducing the possibility of over-fitting. Secondly, to perform classification, an additional convolutional layer is added to the encoder part of neural network along with 2$times$2 filter. The features extracted from the encoder part were given to a single layer dense neural network and finally testing is performed on SoftMax layer for the classification. The developed algorithm was trained and evaluated on the Cheng dataset, and achieved an accuracy of 95.26%. In order to increase the coverage of wireless communication(WC) network and improve the efficiency of using communication network, this paper improves the quality of WC by optimizing the base station location, and analyzes the optimal location of base station construction by using the location-seeking characteristics of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. In this regard, based on the improved particle swarm algorithm, the optimal network coverage optimization goal is achieved by designing the base station location optimization scheme with the least number of network nodes and the least energy consumption. Reasonable capacity configuration is the key to solving the economic and curtailment of wind and PV power. In this paper, a model of wind-PV IES considering hydrogen energy storage is constructed. Taking economic indicators and carbon emission indicators as objective functions, and taking the safe and economical operation boundary of each device as constraints, the model is verified by simulation using CPLEX, and three cases are set for comparison. The detection of outliers in large-scale area is most challenging tasks. Hence, we explore machine learning methodologies namely Deep Neural Network and Tucker Decomposition is used to detect those anomalies in large scale agriculture area to increase crop production. In this smart farming, the system automatically learns the soil features from IoT sensor data then provides anomaly detection accuracy which helps the farmer to understand the parameters affect the crop growth. This will enhance the crop productivity and economy of farmer. This paper constructs the remote sensing ecological evaluation index (rsei) model. Based on the VS platform, using AE secondary development tools, and using the mixed programming technology of c#, IDL and python, the eco-environmental quality evaluation system is developed. The functions of remote sensing image preprocessing, index factor extraction, model calculation and thematic map making are realized. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of information extraction and shorten the cycle of eco-environmental evaluation in the application of urban ecological environment evaluation. The system test shows that the average response time of transaction is 21.681 seconds. Recently, the rapid advancement of nanotechnology has increased research on nanoparticles, especially those that can be applied to the medical field. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are continuously being studied and used as tools for further research resulting in ever-expanding knowledge that constantly challenges the frontiers of nanotechnology. An increasing interest is being manifested in the use of AuNPs to treat cancer, from diagnosis and monitoring through to treatment. Cancer is a multifactorial disease that requires multifaceted treatments, so these efforts aim to revolutionize current methods of treating it. We add a hydrogen storage system in the IES to absorb the abandoned wind and solar energy to improve green power utilization; and use a methanation reactor to convert hydrogen into methane to improve the system's absorption capacity, while increasing the consideration of carbon. The captured gas turbines and gas boilers meet the electricity, heat and gas loads of the Regional Integrated Energy System (RIES). The total energy purchase cost, the minimum total operation and maintenance cost and the minimum amount of curtailment of wind and PV power are taken as the objective functions, and the stable operation characteristics of each equipment are taken as the constraint conditions. According to this, the economic dispatch model of RIES is established.
