The population in this study were employees at the Badan Keuangan Daerah of Pasaman Regency as many as 77 people. The sampling method used purposive sampling method with a sample of 59 people with the sample criteria being the State Civil Apparatus at the Badan Keuangan Daerah of Pasaman Regency. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire that is submitted directly to the State Civil Apparatus which is the sample in this study. This type of research is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM) and this SEM test uses the SmartPLS application. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the level of education had no effect on performance, while tenure and mastery of information technology had a significant effect on the performance of employees at Badan Keuangan Daerah of Pasaman Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan pengujian pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman yaitu sebanyak 77 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 61 orang dengan kriteria sampel adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui quisioner yang disampaikan secara lansung kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Structral Equation Modelling (SEM) dan pengujian SEM ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this is all employees of the Bappeda Payakumbuh Municipality. The sampling method used the census method, where all members of the population were used as research samples. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires that were submitted directly to all employees of the Payakumbuh Municipality Planning Agency as many as 38 questionnaires and all respondents returned the questionnaires. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction and a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Then other results show that teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Payakumbuh employees. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam ini adalah seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh sebanyak 38 kuesioner dan seluruh responden mengembalikan kuesioner tersebut. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian hasil lain menunjukkan teamwork berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This pandemic has not only caused a crisis in the health sector, but has created a domino effect that has also caused crises in other fields such as economic, social and religious life. From an economic standpoint, the outbreak of the Covid 19 virus has forced many business actors to go out of business or if someone survives they are forced to cut the number of employees so that the flow of layoffs increases during this time. Business actors who are trying to survive on this crisis are required to find the best solutions to keep producing and selling products, of course with more innovative things. The following article is a literature study on how accelerated adaption to the industrial revolution 4.0 in the Corona Virus Desease 19 pandemic as an opportunity to increrase the economic and business sectors through digitization of business strategies. The method used is to examine several research results that have been published in journals that explain the Covid 19 pandemic and solutions for business people to survive at this time. The findings of this study inform that one of the solutions that can be applied during this pandemic to survive in running a business for business actors is digitization of business strategies in each business run in order to reach wider consumers and increase profitability. This digitization of business strategies has proven to be able to help businesses survive a pandemic by adjusting the sales method that was previously conventional to digital.Keyword: Corona virus disease-19; industrial revolution 4.0; digitization; business strategy Pandemi Covid 19 sejauh ini telah mengakibatkan dampak yang begitu besar dalam berbagai lini kehidupan khususnya bagi bangsa Indonesia. Pandemi ini tidak hanya menyebabkan krisi dalam bidang kesehatan saja, namun menimbulkan efek domino sehingga juga menimbulkan krisis di bidang-bidang lain seperti ekonomi, sosial dan kehidupan beragama. Dari sisi ekonomi, mewabahnya virus Covid 19 memaksa banyak para pelaku usaha untuk gulung tikar atau pun jika ada yang bertahan terpaksa memangkas jumlah karyawan sehingga arus gelombang PHK meningkat selama masa ini. Para pelaku usaha yang berusaha bertahan dalam krisis ini, dituntut untuk menemukan solusi terbaik untuk dapat tetap berproduksi dan menjual produk, tentunya dengan hal-hal yang lebih inovatif.
