Islam is the solution to the problems faced by humanity, especially as a guide and a mercy for those who believe. The solution given by Islam is the grace of al-mashlahah (benefit) living in the world and the hereafter. Reviewers of Islamic law can ensure that Islamic law is built for human benefit, preventing damage and realizing the main good. The contribution of Islamic law principles in managing people's lives is undeniable. In history it was recorded, that before Islam came and was brought by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the state of the pitch-black world marked by the behavior of Jahiliyah at that time. Then the Prophet (PBUH) came with the light of Islam and his teachings which up to now still have the purity of teaching and its benefits in personal life and society in general. The form of real contribution in the benefit of the people, is in the teachings of Sadaqah Jariyah in the form of waqf. By looking at some definitions of bribery, it is found that all definitions give different meanings, goals, and aspects, there are essence of bribery, or which have similarities to them (such as gratification), because bribery is a social phenomenon and has many patterns making it difficult to define definitions the right and limit the meaning. But a definition that explains the meaning of bribery objectively, namely: Giving given to someone (an official) so that the right becomes wrong and wrong becomes right, because it summarizes the essence of bribery practice and is considered a comprehensive definition of all banned aspects of bribery, so let us choose this. In Qur’ān and Ḥadīth, Allah forbade his servant to eat bribery property, because this property was included as part of consuming other people's assets with vanity. Even though bribery is called a variety of terms in daily life, such as facilitation payments, tips, etc., the legal status and prohibition cannot change with these various terms. Bribes also have the potential to create hate conflicts and hostility among members of the community. Because in essence, bribery is only a tool for those who hold policies to oppress the weak. The reason for this guarantee application for producer is basically to increase the selling rate of one product. While for the consumers this is a form of protection to the item they have purchased. There is indeed a mutualism relationship in this practice. The discussion of the application of guarantee in an Islam Law of trade practice is still being argued whether it is legal or not among the scholars. This happens because of the differences of foundation they use in establishing the legality of guarantee in Islam trade. The definition of guarantee in Indonesia state Law can be found in verse 1316 of Law Book, which is: guarantee is an enclose later from a product saying that the producers ensure a particular product from any worker mistakes and material failure during certain time. The result of this research is the enclosing of Guarantee given in trade as a promise between seller and buyer to ensure the satisfaction of the buyer. The tension between the two continued into the war known as the Siffin war, and that was the beginning of the emergence of the science of kalam. The first stream was the Khawarij sect and was followed by Syi'ah who emerged as a faithful defender of the Caliph Ali bin Abi Talib and Murji'ah who came up with a reaction to the thoughts of the Khawarij. Focusing on the discussion, reason and revelation are always discussed endlessly even though these two streams are like water and oil which cannot be united with the intention that there is always conflict between the two in the aspects of thought and legal products produced by both. In the opinion of the Ashʿarite School of reason and revelation can not be separated but have their own work but the revelation is more important than the mind. The intellect can not define one obligation that can determine one obligation is a revelation. God has many properties such as ‘ilmu, basar, qudrat, hayat and other properties. And what must be known to those who are back and minded Muslims are twenty compulsory properties, twenty traits that are impossible and one must. In short, God has the character. Faith is instituted in the heart, pledged verbally, and accompanied by charity. While disbelievers are doubters in the presence of Allah, doubt on the Messenger, doubts about the Judgment, heaven and others. All the mere deeds of God do not create anything except God, but God has no law made all the way. The act of disbelief is indignant, though how the infidels want good deeds but he is still doing bad deeds. The theory in this study refers to Reconstructionism theory. The method used is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. The research techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation as a data collection tool. The results of this study: first, the leadership system developed at Inabah indicated the transformational leadership model/pattern. Second, the strategy or approach used by Inabah leaders towards drug victims through the Qodiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order (Tarekat Qadiriyah-Naqsabandiyah [TQN]) with a religious non-medical approach. Third, the process developed at Inabah with therapy underwent three main practices with the TQN method which was carried out continuously and continuously through activities such as purification (thaharah ), bathing, ablution, prayer, and dhikr. Fourth, the results developed can be said to be successful if the santri have carried out all education in the Suryalaya, Fifth, Islamic boarding schools. Support and support in Inabah is: Serba Bakti Foundation, Forrnal and Non-formal educational institutions, Koperasi Hidmat, Inabah Youth Cottage, Mrs. Belia, Young Generation Suryalaya, Radio Inayah, Sinthoris Magazine.
