Possible approaches to hypertension prevention using different types of physical activity, aerobic exercise and resistance training are considered. Particular attention is paid to the use of cluster sets. This modeling is necessary to create physical rehabilitation techniques for a future randomized study.","PeriodicalId":311467,"journal":{"name":"Academy of medicine and sports","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123911544","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of myocardial injury and FM in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic are discussed. Clinical features and diagnostic criteria of FM, as well as and comprehensive therapy for myocardial injury and FM are presented. The proposed protocol for the management of patients with myocardial injury in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 was adapted with the clinical experience of Chinese experts. The protocol for anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy was proposed by the Moscow State University Medical Center.","PeriodicalId":311467,"journal":{"name":"Academy of medicine and sports","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124064632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To assess the dynamics of obstetric care data in Russia from 2006 to 2015 according to official statistics.Material and methods. The official statistics were analyzed using the descriptive statistic methods.Results. During the study period, the number of births in Russia increased by 30,1% and since 2012 has exceeded the level of 1991. We also revealed an increase in the prevalence of ectopic pregnancy (1,62-2,6% of all recorded pregnancies). A high level (~80%) of maternal morbidity over the past 6 years has remained. At the same time, there was a decrease in the incidence of maternal anemia, extragenital diseases, and gestosis. The prevalence of abnormal labor decreased over 10 years by 27,5% and amounted to 88,4 per 1,000 births in 2015, which is lower than in the 1991 (96,5‰). The incidence of labor bleeding decreased during the observation period by 11,4%. It is important that there was a decrease in the number of bleedings in the postpartum and postpartum period, and hemorrhages due to placenta previa and clotting disorder became more frequent. The number of caesarean sections has doubled over 10 years.Conclusion. The analysis shows the favorable trends in reproductive statistics in Russia — a decrease in reproductive losses, certain complications of pregnancy and labor. At the same time, decrease in the number of vaginal delivery and a high incidence of bleeding and sepsis specifies ways to improve the obstetric care service.","PeriodicalId":311467,"journal":{"name":"Academy of medicine and sports","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126750508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To study the rehabilitation effect of the combination of aerobic and breathing exercise during stroke recovery in elderly women.Material and methods. The study was carried out on the basis of a geriatric home for 3 months. It involved 24 women aged 60-70 years at a long-term period after an ischemic stroke. The physical rehabilitation program for patients with mild neurological consequences consisted of two blocks: respiratory and aerobic exercise. Hemodynamic parameters, respiratory function, and exercise tolerance was assessed.Results. Preliminary examination of women revealed low respiratory reserves. The most significant changes were recorded in relation to bronchial patency. The hypokinetic circulation type with high blood pressure was determined, while the mean dynamic pressure significantly exceeded 100 mm Hg. The implementation of the physical rehabilitation program provided a stable positive effect with an increase in the functional respiratory reserves and exercise tolerance, the optimization of cardiovascular homeostasis. Parameters of bronchial patency increased significantly in comparison to the initial level (p<0,01). Aerobic exercise provided a decrease in the heart rate (p<0,05). The resulting effect of rehabilitation was a decrease in the main hemodynamic parameters, a change in the circulation type with an increase in the cardiac index to 2,10±0,1 l/m2, (p<0,01). In the control group, the rehabilitation effect was less pronounced and mostly associated with a decrease in blood pressure.Conclusion. A long-term stay of patients after ischemic stroke in a geriatric home opens up wide opportunities for effective recovery using rehabilitation programs.","PeriodicalId":311467,"journal":{"name":"Academy of medicine and sports","volume":"699 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126428953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
