Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif yang dilakukan dengan cara mengamati tingkah laku kawin burung lovebird spesies Agapornis fischeri varians cobalt jantan dan betina secara langsung berdasarkan tingkah laku yang teramati. Metode yang digunakan adalah behavior sampling yaitu mengamati seluruh aktivitas burung lovebird pada saat kawin.yang muncul dengan menggunakan batasan aktivitas berdasarkan fakta lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan selama 6 hari dengan melakukan pengamatan pada setiap hari selama 2 jam. Burung lovebird (Agapornis fischeri) yang digunakan merupakan varians cobalt dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 3 pasang burung lovebird varians cobalt untuk penelitian. Data tingkah laku diambil dengan cara pengamatan menggunakan catatan pengamatan, dan alat dokumentasi (merekam tingkah laku kawin). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan pendeskripsian dari tingkah laku yang tampak burung lovebird varians cobalt jantan dan betina pada saat kawin atau bereproduksi yang muncul selama pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan diperoleh 7 tingkah laku interaksi kawin antara lovebird jantan dan betina yaitu aktivitas bercumbu, menaiki tubuh, membuka sayap, menganggukkan kepala, posisi diam, berlari - lari, dan menekuk dan menegakkan kaki. tingkah laku yang dominan (banyak dilakukan oleh burung) adalah burung jantan menaiki tubuh betina, sedangkan perilaku yang dominan oleh betina yaitu hanya diam saat dinaiki oleh jantan atau saat bereproduksi. Pada penelitian ini juga teramati bahwa 3 pasang lovebird yang dijadikan sampel penelitian, menunjukkan terdapat ada tingkah laku kawin yang hanya dilakukan oleh lovebird jantan saja yaitu menaiki tubuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem gerak manusia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan non tes berupa kuesioner untuk kecerdasan emosional dan tes untuk hasil belajar. Responden penelitian adalah 34 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Majenang, Jawa Tengah. Teknis analisis data menggunakan uji regresi korelasi bivariat dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan kuat antara kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar peserta didik. Kecerdasan emosional memberikan kontribusi sebesar 46,2% terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem gerak manusia. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,334 dan nilai konstanta sebesar -7,637 menunjukkan bahwa apabila variabel bebas kecerdasan emosional dianggap tidak ada, maka nilai hasil belajar akan menurun atau buruk. Artinya, hasil belajar berhubungan dengan kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel bebas, yaitu apabila kondisi kecerdasan emosional peserta didik buruk maka memungkinkan hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik akan buruk juga. The inability to resolve conflicts, express oneself to others, and feel empathy for peers in the classroom can negatively impact the student's level of engagement in the classroom, and overall learning outcomes. This research was a correlational study that aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and students’ learning outcomes on human motion system material. The data collection techniques used the questionnaire for emotional intelligence and the test for learning outcome. The research respondents were 34 students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Majenang, Central Java. The data analysis technique used a bivariate correlation regression test with prerequisite analysis tests in the form of a normality test and a linearity test.The result showed that there was a strong relationship between emotional intelligence and students’learning outcomes. The emotinal intelligence contributed 46.2% to students’ learning outcomes on human motion system material. The regression coefficient value was 0.334 and the constant value was -7.637 indicating that if the independent variable of emotional intelligence was considered absent, then the value of learning outcomes will decrease or be bad. Salah satu materi yang dibahas dalam anatomi tumbuhan adalah stomata pada daun. Peningkatan ukuran stomata yang diberi kolkisin dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar yang memudahkan mahasiswa saat melakukan pengamatan. Sumber belajar tentang stomata dapat menggunakan gambar dari penelitian eksperimen dengan memberikan perendaman biji (benih) pakcoy terlebih dahulu menggunakan kolkisin dengan konsentrasi K0 (0 mg/L), K1(250 mg/L), K2 (500 mg/L), dan K3 (750 mg/L). Pengamatan stomata dilakukan ketika pakcoy berumur 42 hari menggunakan metode replikasi. Stomata diamati menggunakan mikroskop binokuler olympus dengan perbesaran 40x10 yang dihubungkan dengan kamera mikroskop optilab advance by Miconos untuk pengambilan gambar. Pengukuran panjang dan lebar stomata menggunakan software image raster 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ukuran stomata pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) semakin besar seiring dengan semakin tinggi konsentrasi kolkisin yang digunakan yang ditandai dengan pertambahan ukuran panjang dan lebar stomata. Ukuran stomata yang besar yang disajikan sebagai sumber belajar berupa gambar stomata pakcoy memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengamati struktur dan bentuk stomata dan menentukan bagian-bagian stomata yang terdiri atas celah stoma, sel penutup dan sel tetangga. Plant anatomy is a compulsory subject that must be studied by students of Biology and Biology Education Study Programs. One of the materials discussed in plant anatomy is the stomaa on the leaves. Increasing the size of stomata given colchicine can be used as a learning resource that makes it easier for students to make observations. The learning resource about stomata could use pictures from experimental research by soaking pakcoy seeds first using colchicine with concentrations of K0 (0 mg/L), K1(250 mg/L), K2 (500 mg/L), and K3 (750 mg/L). The stomata observation was carried out when the pakcoy were 42 days old using the replication method. The stomata were observed using an Olympus binocular microscope with a magnification of 40x10 connected to an optilab advance by Miconos microscope camera for image capture. The stomata length and width were measured using image raster 3 software. The results showed that pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) stomata size was getting bigger with the higher concentration of colchicine used which was indicated by the increase in the length and width of the stomata. Miskonsepsi berbahaya jika tidak diatasi karena dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Kecerdasan emosional yaitu kemampuan untuk mengelola emosi yang untuk membangun hubungan yang baik di lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Creative Problem Solving terhadap reduksi miskonsepsi dan peningkatan kecerdasan emosional kelas X pada materi Keanekaragaman hayati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experiment dengan the one-group pretest-posttest design dengan 3 kelas peneltian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes miskonsepsi Three Tier-Multiple Choice dan angket kecerdasan emosional dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan one sample T-test dengan ? 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model Creative Problem Solving mampu mereduksi miskonsepsi pada materi keanekaragaman hayati dari 57% menjadi 35% dengan hasil uji one sample T-test 0,00 ? 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sedangkan, untuk peningkatan kecerdasan emosional dengan menggunakan N-gain yang diperoleh dari pembelajaran menggunakan model Creative Problem Solving diperoleh hasil 0,00 ? 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, model Creative Problem Solving menjadi salah satu solusi dalam mereduksi miskonsepsi dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. This research was motivated by the high level of misconception and the low emotional intelligence of students at SMA Negeri 1 Natar, South Lampung on the Biodiversity subject. Misconception is dangerous if it’s not addressed because it can affect learning outcomes. Emotional intelligence is the ability to manage emotions to build good relationships in the surrounding environment. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the Creative Problem Solving model on reducing misconception and increasing emotional intelligence of class X on the Biodiversity subject. The research method used was pre-experiment with the one-group pretest-posttest design with 3 research classes. The research instrument used was Three Tier-Multiple Choice misconception test and emotional intelligence questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis used one sample T-test with ? 0.05.The results showed that the Creative Problem Solving model was able to reduce misconception about Biodiversity from 57% to 35% with the result of the one sample T-test 0.00 ? 0.05, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This is necessary for the Ecology and Environment subject so that it can provide real experience for students. This study aimed to determine the benefits of joint field lecture between Biology Tadris Study Program at IAIN Kerinci and the Masters in Biology Education at Padang State University for Ecology and Environment subject. The research method was descriptive qualitative-quantitative (mixed method). The research subjects were selected Biology Tadris students along with IAIN Kerinci lecturers and students of the Masters of Biology Education, Padang State University. Data collection was carried out with tools in the form of the questionnaire and the interview list. After the data were collected qualitatively, the data were analyzed based on each indicator of questionnaire and interview, so that the total results of all indicators were obtained. For the data from questionnaire were quantified in percentage. The study results indicated that joint field lecture provided the benefits for students who participated in field lecture activities. The results of questionnaire and interview showed the benefits for students in increasing knowledge, insight, motivation, and experience. In the implementation of the field lecture, students were very good at collaborating, both within groups and among groups. Kuliah lapangan merupakan pengalaman belajar penting bagi mahasiswa yang dilakukan di tempat terbuka untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang telah dipelajari. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mata kuliah Ekologi dan Lingkungan sehingga dapat memberikan pengalaman nyata pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat kuliah lapangan bersama antara Program Studi Tadris Biologi IAIN Kerinci dan Magister Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Negeri Padang pada mata kuliah Ekologi dan Lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif-kuantitatif (mixed method). Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Tadris Biologi yang terpilih beserta dosen IAIN Kerinci dan mahasiswa Magister Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Negeri Padang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul secara kualitatif, data dianalisis berdasarkan masing-masing indikator kuesioner dan wawancara, sehingga diperoleh hasil total dari semua indikator. Untuk data dari kuesioner dikuantifikasi dalam persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuliah lapangan bersama memberikan manfaat bagi mahasiswa yang ikut melakukan kegiatan kuliah lapangan. Hasil kuesioner mahasiswa dan wawancara mahasiswa dan dosen menunjukkan manfaat bagi mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, motivasi, dan pengalaman.
