For data collection, the \"Protocol of procedures for sampling, preservation, conservation, transport, storage and reception of water samples for human consumption\" was used, within the framework of the Quality Management System -NTP ISO/ IEC 17025. Samples from 12 water supply systems were analyzed, with 3 replications per water system. As a result, fecal coliform bacteria were identified in 66% of the systems in ranges from 2 CFU/100 ml to 31 CFU/100 ml, Thermo-tolerant coliforms in 25% of the systems in ranges from 2 CFU/100 ml to 5 CFU. /100 ml, E.coli in 25% of the systems in ranges from 1 CFU/100 ml to 2 CFU/100 ml, Salmonella spp. in 8.3% of the systems in ranges of 1 CFU/100 ml. However, the presence of Legionella spp., Pseudomonas aureginosa and Vibrio Cholerae was not identified in the systems. In 100% of the systems, the presence of Protozoa and Helminths was not identified. The type of research is applied, with the positivist paradigm and quantitative approach. The level of research is simple correlational and non-experimental. The population is represented by 37 MYPES of the Ucayali Region dedicated to production, commercialization and services. The instrument is the adaptation of the Supply Chain Operations Reference model, also called SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). SCOR Model Version 12.0. The identification of mycoorganisms was carried out through biochemical (traditional method) and automated (Vitex) tests. Twelve bacterial species were isolated (Eneterobacter cloacae ssp cloacae, Entererobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae ssp pneunoniae, Raoltella ornithinolytica, Kocuria kristinae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter cacoacetocus, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas putidaand Staphylococcus epidermidis) distributed in 6 families as Eneterobateriaceae. Microcococcaceae, Moraxellaceae, Morganellaceae, Pseudomonadaceae and Staphylococcaceae. In the case of fungi, two families Trichocomaceae (Aspergillus spp) and Saccharomycetaceae (Candida famataand Candida parapsiliosis) were found. It was not possible to find the COVID-19 virus in the masks, since there was no evidence of the presence of the N gene, ORF1ab gene. The type of research that was carried out was descriptive –correlational, therefore, descriptive statistics were used, with a quantitative approach, and census type sample. It is correlational because the statistical tests of relation to study variables of quality of services and user satisfaction were carried out, for this research the instruments of surveys and interviews were used. The objective of this study was to evaluate types of feeding and the relationship with the growth, condition and survival of Odontesthes bonariensis fed using three types of food in circular ponds, the process was developed in 2021. Pejerrey fingerlings of 4.7cm in length were used. average size and average weight of 1.7 g planted a total of 1500 individuals (T1 = 500, T2 = 500 and T3 = 500). After 240 days, the T3 treatment (natural food + Nicovita brand balanced food) achieved a maximum total length of 27 cm, total weight 59.5 g, antagonistic condition factor below 1 and a survival of 97% followed by T1 and T2 (90%, 84%) respectively. Among these non-timber products are extractives that include essential oils. The latter have great ecological importance, because they are attributed the protection of the plant against nematodes, herbivores (insects and mammals), defense against attack by microorganisms (viruses, bacteria and fungi), adaptation against water stress,in addition to being attractive for pollination (Sepúlveda, Porta, & Rocha, 2003). In addition, they are used as inputs in the pharmaceutical, food, therapeutic aroma, cosmetic industry, etc.This publication aims to summarize the chemical-biological scientific knowledge about the matico (Piper aduncumL.)More than 50 compounds have been identified in this species, which can be grouped into chromenes, phenylpropanoids, benzoic acid derivatives and flavonoids. Chemical analysis was performed by traditional methods, while phytochemical analysis and antioxidant capacity were performed by spectrophotometry. Likewise, the production costs of the isotonic drink were determined and the sensory aspect was evaluated using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that the fresh peel contains: 21.72 ± 0.50 mg.g-1 of ascorbic acid; anthocyanins: 43.02 ± 3.16 mg.L-1 of cyanidin-3-glucoside; polyphenols: 5.52 ± 0.39 mg.g-1 of gallic acid and antioxidant activity (IC50 against DPPH radical): 129.43 ± 7.89 μg.mL-1. The isotonic drink with the best sensory attribute was the one prepared with a 1:5 dilution and the results of the phytochemical characteristics showed that this drink contains: 5.27 ± 0.24 mg.g-1 of ascorbic acid; anthocyanins: 24.77 ± 1.38 mg.L-1 of cyanidin-3-glucoside; polyphenols: 3.39 ± 0.31 mg.g-1 of gallic acid andan antioxidant activity (IC50 against the DPPH radical): 186.24 ± 11.16 μg.mL-1.
