Although, ample studies delineate the status of the relationship among variables related to employee and organization but studies bringing all the variables in single dice are at a nascent stage. Hence, this study has attempted to explicate the relationship among all variables necessary for organizational growth and proposed a conceptual framework for future researchers. Based on the propositions taken, this literature probe has found variables including employee satisfaction, employee commitment, employee performance, human capital, socially responsible HRM, and firm performance is linked with each other. In the last, this study also sheds a light on future research agenda, limitations, conclusions, and implications for practitioners and researchers.","PeriodicalId":310231,"journal":{"name":"Ramanujan International Journal of Business and Research","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122560729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To thrive in this dynamic market environment, banks have realized that they must implement E-CRM to enhance and improve the enduring relationship with their customers. E-CRM aids to boost the quality and efficacy of customer service. The paper investigates the impact of ECRM (measured by customized products/ services, transaction security/ privacy, alternative payment methods, problem-solving, online feedback, and FAQs) on customer loyalty in the banking industry. The data is collected using a questionnaire from the 300 customers (150 each from public and private sector banks) of Delhi/NCR who are using E-CRM services. The data is analyzed using an independent t-test and multiple regression analysis. The results reveal that all six dimensions of E-CRM have a significant positive relationship with customer loyalty. This empirical results of the study will have academic and managerial implications as they will contribute to the existing knowledge base and help E-CRM managers in the decision-making process. Improving E-CRM practices will thus turn out to be a strategic competitive strategy for banks to establish interactions with their customers.","PeriodicalId":310231,"journal":{"name":"Ramanujan International Journal of Business and Research","volume":"347 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125808862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study aims to examine the mediating influence of organizational justice perception between HR Practices and employee outcomes of job satisfaction and stress. The study expands by examining three different dimensions of organizational justice namely, distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Data was collected using stratified sampling from 328 respondents from Indian public and private banks in Delhi. The study tests the conceptual framework using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis for mediation effect using Hayes approach of bootstrap method. Using cross-level analysis, the relative influence of interactional justice was found to be largest for job satisfaction in private banks. The study contributes to the existing debate that exists around “how” employee perception of human resource practices leads to employee outcomes. This research will sensitize human resource practitioners working in Indian banks on how to implement human resource practices as an intervention to bring positive employee outcomes.","PeriodicalId":310231,"journal":{"name":"Ramanujan International Journal of Business and Research","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126089534","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main objective of this paper is to understand how protean career orientation would form perceptions of student's employability with career self-management as a mediator. Data was collected with the help of a questionnaire from 182 business school students at Panjab University, Chandigarh. The result of correlation analysis indicates that a positive relationship exists between protean career orientation and perceived employability. PROCESS macro given by Hayes has been used to test the mediation. Analysis by bootstrapping method reveals that career self-management fully mediates the relationship between the two variables. Theoretically, this study extends the presence of protean career orientation beyond the work domain into the student life. It also adds on to the cross-cultural research by examining protean career orientation that is a US rooted concept in the Indian scenario. The practical implication of this study is that it improves perception of students towards their employability by indulging in career self-management initiatives. Further, business school management should aim at interventions to increase the self-directed and values-driven nature of students to make them more proactive with regards to their career management.","PeriodicalId":310231,"journal":{"name":"Ramanujan International Journal of Business and Research","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114991164","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article explores the influence of Breach of Psychological Contract (BPC) on two dimensions of workplace deviant behaviour namely, organisational deviance and interpersonal deviance through the mediating role of moral disengagement, a construct whose role has not been studied in the literature. The study is to explore the socio cognitive reaction of employees when the social exchange relationship between employer and employee is disturbed. It focuses on the fact that promises made to the employees matter. The data were collected from 248 employees working in private sector in India with at least one year of experience and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling and Mediation model developed by Baron and Kenny (1986) and Hayes (2008). Cross sectional study design is followed. The results show that Breach of Psychological Contract significantly affects both types of workplace deviant behaviour (organisational and interpersonal) with moral disengagement partially mediating the relationship. The conclusion drawn from the study will guide the managers to focus on maintaining psychological contracts for establishing a healthy social exchange relationship between employer and employee. It will help them to not go overboard with false promises and design their policies in such a manner that employee's psychological contracts are fulfilled. Use of moral disengagement as a mediator will highlight the importance of studying socio-cognitive reaction of employees to certain actions of the organisation.","PeriodicalId":310231,"journal":{"name":"Ramanujan International Journal of Business and Research","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128705773","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research data were obtained through questionnaires by the method of convenience sampling, distributed among Indian females who often use YouTube for watching videos. The study was conducted in Punjab and Chandigarh Tricity. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed through the social networks from which 170 responses were obtained. While analyzing the data, 20 questionnaires got discarded because of missing and invalid responses. Therefore, a total of 150 questionnaires were analyzed for results. The technique of regression analysis and Model 5 of PROCESS version 3.4 for IBM SPSS with bootstrap 5000 was used to analyse the data. The research found that YouTube vlogs have a significant effect on influencing consumers' purchase intention. YouTube vloggers were perceived as trustworthy, expert, and attractive by consumers. However, the relationship between YouTube vlogs and purchase intention was not mediated by the trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of vloggers. Consumers' previous experience in using the product has a significant effect on the purchase intention but as a moderator, it does not affect YouTube vlogs and purchase intention. The results of this study suggest that marketers can utilize online advertising and YouTube vlogs for their business Brands can collaborate with YouTube vloggers because most of the females watch their reviews before buying the products.","PeriodicalId":310231,"journal":{"name":"Ramanujan International Journal of Business and Research","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134403040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
