Karena dengan ditentukannya pusat pertumbuhan, maka akan lebih mudah dalam mempercepat pembangunan daerah. Semakin majunya wilayah pusat pertumbuhan maka wilayah hinterland atau wilayah pendukung juga akan semakin maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kabupaten / kota yang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan dan wilayah hinterland di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hal tersebut dapat dianalisis menggunakan analisis konsentrasi daerah, analisis skalogram dan analisis gravitasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2013 didapati Kabupaten Sleman, Kabupaten Bantul, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, dan Kota Yogyakarta sebagai pusat pertumbuhan. Sedangkan pada tahun 2016 yang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan adalah Kabupaten Sleman, kabupaten Bantul dan Kota Yogyakarta. Dalam analisis konsentrasi geografi diketahui bahwa fasilitas-fasilitas telah terdistribusi secara merata di kabupaten / kota Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Meskipun investor mengharapkan capital gain ataupun adanya dividen tentu saja adanya kondisi tersebut tidak luput dengan adanya resiko yang dihadapi para investor.Investor sangat mempertimbangkan dalam memutuskan investasinya salah satu yang menjadi perhatian investor dalam memutuskan investasinya dapat diketahui dari harga saham perusahaan yang akan dilakukan investasi, dikarenakan harga saham merupakan cerminan dari kondisi perusahaan secara umum. Akan tetapi ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan harga saham diantaranya pertumbuhan perusahaan, total asset turn over , return on investment , earning per share .           Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini pertama untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kedua untuk mengetahui apakah total asset turnover berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, ketiga untuk mengetahui apakah return on invesment berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, keempat untuk mengetahui apakah earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kelima untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan perusahaan, total asset turnover , return on investment dan earning per share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. The program IBW has a purpose: 1) to increase welfare better society through the utilization of local resources that have economic value, 2) increasing the skills and professionalism of people, 3) increase the capacity of cashew farming communities to diversifying the product, 4) the formation of economic business community and institutions that are structured to cashew farmers. The project used two approaches, Training and mentoring approach. Training approach include: 1) entrepreneurial training; 2) skills training for women and youth based on local resources; 3) training appearance and diversifying the cultivation of cashew products professionally and 4) marketing training through the web and on-line. While this method of assistance include: 1) facilitation of technology transfer for the production of cashew cultivation; 2) facilitation of technology transfer diversifying cashew products in a professional manner; 3) mentoring network strengthening marketing activities and 4) institutional strengthening assistance. Alasan dari perilaku tersebut karena kebiasaan dan agar hidup sehat. Namun demikian masih terdapat  beberapa pedagang yang tidak membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Penyebab utamanya adalah tidak adanya fasilitas tempat sampah. Pengetahuan terkait manfaat sampah dan penyakit yang dapat disebabkan oleh sampah sudah diketahui oleh sebagian besar pedagang. Sedangkan untuk perilaku mencuci tangan, secara umum pedagang selalu mencuci tangan  sebelum makan, sesudah makan, setelah dari kamar mandi, ketika merasa kotor, dan setelah bekerja dengan alasan agar hidup sehat. Namun demikian pedagang tidak terbiasa mencuci tangan dengan sabun dikarenakan tidak adanya fasilitas (sabun) yang disediakan di tempat cuci tangan atau toilet. Profit, as a component of financial performance measures, indicates the management capability in handling finance issues, such as operational expenses. This study discusses the operational expenses efficiencies related to bad credit or financing problems and liquidity adequacy. The results of this study show that Non Performing Financing (NPF) significantly affects the operational cost efficiency of Islamic Banks in Indonesia as much as 40.2%. It means that in the event of Non Performing Financing (NPF), operational expenses is expected to be inefficient because a significant part of the expenses would be allocated for backup or to erase productive assets collectability. Meanwhile, the liquidity adequacy does not significantly affect the efficiency of the operational expenses. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycle parts of Aspira brand which has some problems relating to supervision and work experience. A common issue occured wasthat the lack of oversight in the realization of sales visits to shops and many employees were those who have recently graduated from high school who do not have work experience at all. The lower in employee performance can be seen from the decline in sales revenue over the last three years. The theories used were of human resource management, which deals with supervision, work experience and employee performance. The research used a quantitative approach, with descriptive quantitative studytype and the nature is descriptive explanatory research. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The method of data analysis of this research was multiple linear regression. The population of the study were all employees at PT. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan totaling 42 people at one time used for the study sample. To test the validity of 30 respondents of similar companies were taken from PT. Sinar Inti Cakra Medan. Results of research on this hypothesis indicated that the supervision and work experience simultaneously and partially affected employee performance and supervision was the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. It is concluded that simultaneously and partially, supervision and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. The main variables used in this study is the economic growth, the average length of school and life expectancy. The analysis tool for estimating by using Geographic Information System (GIS) and Explatory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA). Analysis with GIS is to map the distribution of socio-economic indicators with distribution quantile, while ESDA analyzing the condition of social and economic indicators with the Global Moran's I Statistic Indicator and Local Spatial Association (LISA). The results of the analysis of the spatial distribution of economic and human capital development with Geographical Information System (GIS) showing the form of inequality between economic development and human capital. The results of the analysis of the spatial pattern of economic development and global human capital by moran's i statistic shows the pattern shape clustered in urban and peri-urban areas. Kecamatan Cawas merupakan sentra penghasil tenun lurik dengan jumlah unit usaha paling banyak di Kabupaten Klaten. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti antara lain tenaga kerja, pengalaman, bahan baku, dan modal awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas melalui uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi.                         Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 unit usaha. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan faktor tenaga kerja dan bahan baku signifikan pada a=10%, sedangkan faktor pengalaman dan modal awal tidak signifikan terhadap produksi tenun lurik. Nilai returns to scale sebesar 1,144701 menunjukkan bahwa usaha tenun lurik mengalami increasing returns to scale. Banjarejo village is one of the villages that are in Ngadiluwih Subdistrict, district of Kediri. Banjarejo village has an area of 3 km 2 with a population of 4800 inhabitants and 1353 households. The community of the village Banjarejo the majority of the profession as farmers (especially sugar cane farmers) and the land that is tilled land belonging to other people, so the resulting income is for the results with the landlord. Mothers day activities in the hamlet of Banjarejo is as housewives, so that family income depends only on the results of farming done the head of the family. Low productivity and earnings are still below the average UMK (Minimum Wage) make the economic conditions of the community of the village Banjarejo are below average. The low income community also makes it difficult to create field efforts independently. The situation of the Islamic religion which is very pronounced in the environs of the village made the village Banjarejo has the potential of local wisdom. In addition, sewing skills possessed some housewives in the hamlet of Banjarejo can provide potential business ventures. These outreach activities aim to increase productivity and income through Banjarejo Village society empowerment mother-housewife. By using the minimum skills in terms of tailoring which dikolaborasikan with the local wisdom, then tailoring business activities diwujudkanlah fashions will be done by a group of mothers of households of the village Banjarejo. Partners are divided into two groups, each group consists of three cadres housewife. Activities carried out through counseling, capital assistance, training and mentoring. Outreach is done in order to add insights about the fashion and entrepreneurship. Capital assistance granted to support operational business activities in the form of a sewing machine and raw fabric and yarn. Training conducted to improve the competencies of the partners in terms of tailoring and management efforts. Whereas mentoring is done to maintain consistency, help overcome difficulties and give the spirit of trying to group partners. The result of this activity is to increase the productivity and income of the Group assisted SMEs. Furthermore, the results of these activities are expected to create employment for the whole community of the village Banjarejo, so there is an increase in earnings and productivity for the whole community of the village Banjarejo.
