These networks are used to simultaneously transmit voice, video, and data presented in the from of standard packets. At the same time, network services provide an unlimited set of telecommunication services with specified characteristics of quality of service.1;2 The selected technology of information distribution in the NGN determines the degree of complexity of access nodes and, of course, affects the quality of information exchange service between user terminals. One of the ways to ensure a given level of quality of service for each of the services is the introduction of priority service for certain traffic flows. Introducing priorities for packets is an effective way to manage the size of queues and the time spent in it. When a high-priority packet is received, a packet with a lower priority is either interrupted (absolute priority) or a high priority packet becomes the beginning of the packets queue (relative priority). In this paper, we study the characteristics of NGN access nodes as a two priority queuing system with a limited expectation.5. Formulas for calculating the probability of loss of speech packets, as well as data packets, and other characteristics of the access node have been proposed. The NGN's access nodes provide aggregation of traffic to various services directed by the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and its transportation to a higher level, which allows you to call such networks multiservice ones. The new generation networks allow simultaneous transmission of mixed streams (voice, video, and data) represented in the form of standard packets. One of the ways to ensure the specified quality of service is to introduce a priority method for servicing traffic flows 5.","PeriodicalId":308855,"journal":{"name":"Scientific notes of Taurida National V.I. Both models are built on top of word vectors based on the distributional hypothesis, namely Word2Vec and FastText. We train word vectors on the dataset of Kyiv city petitions, preprocess the documents, and apply averaging to create petition vectors. Visualizations of the vector spaces after dimensionality reduction via UMAP are demonstrated in an attempt to show their overall structure. We show that the resulting models can be used to effectively query semantically related petitions as well as search for clusters of related petitions. The advantages and disadvantages of both models are analyzed.","PeriodicalId":308855,"journal":{"name":"Scientific notes of Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University. In addition, the investigated methods of controlling the surface of the fuel element cladding material make it possible to visually identify only rough external cracks and large slag inclusions, small cracks and non-metallic inclusions invisible under the slag layer. It is proposed to assess the quality of the surface of the shell material in case of its damage and destruction, the use of a computational apparatus based on the method of the theory of fractals. It is proposed to use the fractal properties of the shell material structure and a quantitative fractal value – the fractal dimension, which makes it possible to determine the degree of filling of the volume of the shell material structure during fuel element depressurization. A mathematical model of damage to the structure of the fuel element cladding material is developed depending on the simultaneous effect of high temperature and internal pressure caused by the accumulation of nuclear fuel fission products between the nuclear fuel pellet and the inner surface of the fuel element cladding, taking into account the fractal increases in the geometric parameters of the fuel element cladding. It is shown that damaged structures of the fuel rod cladding material depend on the pressure and temperature inside the fuel rod cladding, as well as the fractal increase in geometric parameters, such as: volume and surface area, outer and inner diameters, height and cross-sectional area, cladding length and height of nuclear pellets, gap between the inner surface of the cladding and nuclear fuel. A criterion for assessing the integrity of the fuel rod cladding is determined, which depends on the change in geometric values in the event of damage and destruction of the structure of the fuel rod cladding material. Practical recommendations are given on the use of the proposed method for monitoring the tightness of the fuel element cladding for processing information obtained from the computational module of the system for monitoring the tightness of the cladding for the automated process control system of the nuclear power plant power unit, which makes it possible to detect the depressurization of fuel elements at an earlier stage in comparison with the standard procedure.","PeriodicalId":308855,"journal":{"name":"Scientific notes of Taurida National V.I. The recipe composition of the developed sweets in a percentage ratio and the technological scheme of their production, which does not complicate the classic production process, are reduced. Laboratory samples contain fructose, gumarabic, nuts, vanillin, cocoa and corn oil. Considering the technological properties of sugar, fructose does not have such binding properties, so gumarabic was added to the structure. The comparative characteristic of chemical composition and energy value of the developed chocolates is presented. It is indicated that the prototypes have lower energy and higher nutritional value. The analysis of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins B1, B2, B9, E, as well as seven minerals was carried out. A point scale has been developed to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics of chocolates, namely by color, texture, appearance, taste and smell. It is determined that attached to adding gumarabi с in the amount of 4% candy have the best organoleptic characteristics, and at presence increasing this component in the amount of up to 6% they are significantly worse. At the same time, it is generalized that the developed laboratory products are not inferior by quality indicators and organoleptic research to the control samples, that containing sugar and made at the specified enterprise,. The basic defects of sweets in the production of the aforementioned chocolates , the causes of their occurrence and the parameters of technological operations that prevent their appearance are summarized . Thus, the prospects for further research at limited liability company «Kherson Confectionery Factory» can be linked with sociological study of organoleptic parameters in Kherson city.
