However, the security of the cloud data has become the most prominent concern of many customers, especially those who possess a large volume of valuable and sensitive data. Although some technologies like Homomorphic Encryption were proposed to solve the problem of secure data, the result is still not satisfying. With the advent of Intel SGX processor, which aims to thoroughly eliminate the security concern of cloud environment in a hardware-assisted approach, it brings us a number of questions on its features and its practicability for the current cloud platform. To evaluate the potential impact of Intel SGX, we analyzed the current SGX programming mode and inferred some possible factors that may arise the overhead. To verify our performance hypothesis, we conducted a systematic study on SGX performance by a series of benchmark experiments. After analyzing the experiment result, we performed a workload characterization to help programmer better exploit the current availability of Intel SGX and identify feasible research directions.","PeriodicalId":308797,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th Web Information Systems and Applications Conference (WISA)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130370710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nonlocal models can be used for many image processing tasks. A main advantage of nonlocal models over classical PDE-based algorithms is the ability to handle textures and repetitive structures. Seed-centric methods is one of the most effective solutions for community detection. To more, in this paper, we propose a novel density-based seed expansion algorithm, namely, DenSeC, which can easily find cores of communities. By taking nodes with higher density locally as cores of communities, DenSeC first detects cores by searching from sparsely connected area to densely connected area. Then, starting from cores, along the path from densely connected area to sparsely connected area, it constructs a community by iteratively adding nodes which are similar to the nodes in the community. Numerical experiments have verified the effectiveness of DenSeC.","PeriodicalId":308797,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th Web Information Systems and Applications Conference (WISA)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129479442","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But along with the increasing of user generating contents, the quality of answers provided by different users varies widely. So the quality of the answer caused wide attention. In this paper, we propose an answer quality prediction model to evaluate the answer quality considering both aspects of textual and non-textual features. We firstly employ Bidirectional long Short-Term Memory (BLSTM) based RNN model to evaluate textual quality of the answers. And we extract 11 features of the answers to evaluate the non-textual quality of answers. Finally, we jointly consider the score of answers textual and non-textual qualities. We evaluate our model in a benchmark dataset and the experimental results show that our model outperforms other existing approaches.","PeriodicalId":308797,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th Web Information Systems and Applications Conference (WISA)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128290117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As proposed in the DQV specification, quality annotations on datasets, one kind of quality information described using DQV, are achieved through Web annotations. Meanwhile, the W3C Web Annotation Working Group is creating a standard Web Annotation Data Model on the basis of the Open Annotation (OA) Data Model. Despite the significant progress in standardization, there is a lack of systematic research on Web tools for DQV-based dataset quality annotation. This paper therefore proposes a Dataset Quality Annotation Framework (DQAF) that provides annotating users with an interactive visual user interface, through which DQV-based dataset quality annotation can be readily achieved using the OA data model to produce machine-readable quality annotation data. We have implemented a proof-of-concept prototype of DQAF and conducted case study experiments with the prototype. The results indicate that DQAF is feasible and implementable, and annotating users can obtain a better understanding of and more intuitive interaction with the quality annotation data by means of the user interface.","PeriodicalId":308797,"journal":{"name":"2016 13th Web Information Systems and Applications Conference (WISA)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123655223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The W3C Data on the Web Best Practices Working Group is therefore standardizing the Dataset Usage Vocabulary (DUV) for modeling, conveying and sharing dataset usage information on the Web, aiming at facilitating better communication between data publishers and consumers and promoting the re-use of Web-published data. Despite the significant progress in the standardization, there is a lack of systematic research on approaches and tools for gathering DUV-based dataset usage information. This paper therefore proposes a generic software Framework for Interactively Gathering DUV-based Dataset Usage Information (FIGDUI) on the Web. FIGDUI can provide both data publishers and consumers (collectively referred to as the user) with a friendly user interface designed according to DUV's Citation Model, Usage Model and Feedback Model, and employ automatic algorithms to convert the user-entered data into dataset usage data in a machine-readable RDF format and to publish the RDF data as Linked Open Data on the Web. Therefore, studies in truth discovery becomes overwhelmingly significant for it is critical for netizens to identify sources of high quality as well as to select the most accurate information from vast amount of data available. However, previous works mainly focus on a single property rather than all properties, and ignore the different characteristics of them, thus leading to unexpected deviations. In this paper, we propose a Multi-prOperty-cluSTERing-based method, abbreviated MOSTER, in order to search for the most reliable source and identify the truth.
