In this paper, a new training method for neural network ensemble which is based on the improved K-means algorithm is presented. The space diversity among the sample datasets can be realized by clustering the entire dataset using K-means algorithm. To avoiding the sample subset too simple, the sample subsets are interpolated some samples which are randomly chosen from the entire sample space. By contrast experiments with Boosting and Bagging, the presented learning algorithm is proved that can reduce the prediction error of neural network ensemble and enhance the prediction accuracy.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124652557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This design utilizes one chip FPGA to implement FFT/IFFT operation of high-speed data stream, which adopts two-dimension, parallel and pipeline stream mode and implements the reconfiguration of FFT’s points. It adopts trigonometric function interpolation to compress the twiddle-factors, which can reduce the resources and depress the power of FPGA. This design can be used to implement reconfigured FFT operation which can be from 1K to 1M points. It reaches the requirement of high-speed digital signal process. This design implements large points and reconfigured FFT operation and the aim is to realize miniaturization and low-power.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123761295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, continuous automatic measurement of water potential of SPAC and understanding of crop water stress is the most important premise of genuine precision irrigation (PI). In the view of the difficulty in auto-measurement of living crop water potential, a kind of special soft-sensing technique based on the microenvironment information around living crop is proposed. Secondary variables selection based on mechanism and sampled data analysis, outliers identifying and random noise filtering are important foundations of soft-sensing implementation.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126448171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The traditional Euclidian theory is used in describing the regular-shaped objects. However, the fractal theory is adapted to describe the irregular-shaped objects. This paper mainly introduces how to simulate various kinds of natural scenery to the life in the nature by combining the free surface modeling technology of the traditional Euclidian theory with the Iteration Function System (IFS) of the fractal theory. Firstly, it introduced how to use the free surface (B-spline surface) modeling technology to generate three-dimensional terrains. Secondly, it introduced the algorithms and the implement processes of three-dimensional fractal trees using the Iteration Function System. Finally, it realized a generally practical application of three-dimensional terrain with some three-dimensional trees. This paper mainly used the programming interface language-ObjectARX of AutoCAD and Visual C++ to implement the simulation of natural scenery. The simulative effect is quite reality to the natural scenery, and it has certain validity and practicability to use ObjectARX to simulate the natural scenery.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130649433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to resolve this problem, the new method of multi-sensor data fusion on decision level was presented. Using the data from each sensor in a location set and considering the confidence value for each sensor, the ME source characteristics were acquired.
