Results show that the bandwidth of the frequency response can be either narrowed or expanded, which depends on the tapering angle, and that the residual side-lobes of the frequency response can be effectively suppressed by employing the windowing-function technique. These characters of a tapered coaxial Bragg structure are favorable to improvement of the performance as a reflector or a filter in its application.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"14 13","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120934795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relationship of leaf water ratio and canopy spectrum reflectivity in the different nitrogen condition is analyzed. The results showed that the relevance of the paddy rice canopy spectrum reflectivity and the leaf moisture content is less under the environment of lack of nitrogen. The correlation of canopy spectrum reflectivity of waveband between 736nm and 1350nm and leaf moisture content is up to above 0.7 under the environment of right nitrogen amount. The correlation of canopy spectrum reflectivity of waveband between 730nm and 1300nm and leaf moisture content is above 0.5 under the environment of excessive nitrogen. The sensitive bands corresponding to paddy rice moisture content are selected, and the ratio vegetation indexes of different growth stages are analyzed. We can find that, at the heading stage, the relevance of R1000/R740 ratio and the moisture content of leaves is best without the influence of nitrogen fertilizer processing. A regression model is set up and the correlation coefficient reached 0.89, and the standard error is 0.0197.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"42 19","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114027664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper makes an attempt to extend the traditional rough sets approaches to the vague data environment. First, we defined the logical implication relationship between two vague values. The implication operator is used to define vague measures between two vague sets containment. Then, by using the containment and intersection between vague sets, the notions of the lower and upper generalized rough vague approximations of a vague set are introduced. Finally, with the rough vague lower and upper approximations, we developed theories and approaches for attribute reduction and knowledge acquisition in vague objective information systems. The results of this paper show that our studies have extended the corresponding methods in classical rough sets theory, and provided a new avenue for uncertain knowledge acquisition in vague information systems.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"142 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128597922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the design of mobile devices, due to the complexity of functional implementation and their interactions, an optimized functional configuration for a product is hardly to achieve. In this paper, the functional configuration design of a mobile phone is taken as an example, and by applying the analytic hierarchy process multiple objectives in the designing process are optimized with a harmonization of competing factors. The proposed method is associated with graphical operators to construct the optimization model and relevant constraints, in which each objective is weighted either by its information entropy or by individual subjective partiality. The evaluation of design results utilizing our method demonstrates that the method is capable of delivering the best functional configuration, by means of providing reference identifying the best functional configuration from a variety of possible design schemes.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126758926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The controller does not need the object’s mathematic model, but applies control face partly serializing based on the basic fuzzy control algorithm to achieve the rapidity of table-checking and formula method and the accuracy of online reasoning method. The business model tends to construct a low-cost wireless access infrastructure through encouraging ISP (Internet Service Provider) users to share their spare Internet resource. Radical changes of the roles in the business model bring new strategic possibilities to the players involved. A new type of virtual service provider emerges accordingly. Analysis of the paper focuses on strategy analysis for this virtual service provider. Using the approach of portfolio management, possible strategic scenarios are compared. To be solution provider is found out as the best one because it has the best combination of market attractiveness and competitive advantages. In the paper the business model, Concept of strategy and the methodology involved are defined. Possible strategic scenarios are then compared and analyzed. Implementing the methodology, the alternatives are compared and evaluated. The selected strategy is described in the last part.","PeriodicalId":308774,"journal":{"name":"2009 Second International Symposium on Intelligent Information Technology and Security Informatics","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128775944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
