Alfaro-Calderón","doi":"10.19053/01211048.11475","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.19053/01211048.11475","url":null,"abstract":"El desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías de la información, así como el perfil de las nuevas generaciones, han incentivado a las instituciones financieras a buscar una mayor inclusión de sus productos y servicios en gran parte de la población del mundo. Debido a lo anterior, se observa un incremento en el interés de tener una sociedad con mayor cultura financiera que le permita tomar mejores decisiones en su economía particular. El creciente interés del ámbito de la educación financiera se observa también en la comunidad científica. El presente trabajo se enfoca en la búsqueda de la literatura científica relacionada a la educación financiera entre los años 1990-2018. Se utilizan técnicas bibliométricas y la base de datos científica de Web of Science como fuente de información. El objetivo es analizar la información encontrada, y visualizar la evolución del concepto, el número de publicaciones, la estructura de citas, las revistas más influyentes, los autores, universidades y países con mayor actividad en este tema. Los resultados arrojan total de 2134 artículos, se observa que la mayor producción va del año 2016 al 2018. La revista Economic of Education Review tiene el mayor número de publicaciones y citas. La Institución con más investigaciones es la National Bureau of Economic Research y finalmente se destaca a los Estados Unidos de América por su importante actividad en el área. A partir del surgimiento de nuevas variables en las estructuras financieras, la educación en este tópico seguirá presentando nuevas rutas por explorar por parte de la comunidad científica al servicio de la sociedad.\u0000Códigos JEL: G21, G28, G38, L26\u0000Recibido: 03/07/2020. The protection strategies of industrial property and copyright are relevant to maintain control of knowledge management, confidentiality during its development and the security of exclusivity in research activities. The relationship between colleagues to present a paper should be trustworthy, however plagiarism is one of the main concerns of researchers when they have to disclose their work where experts in the field are generally present. The objective of this research was to identify the reasons why researchers do not usually protect their scientific works, and through the application of a survey it is described that it is due to the lack of knowledge in the area of protection of intellectual property. One of them is tourism competitiveness, also known as tourism destination competitiveness and destination competitiveness. Despite the increasing interest and number of studies in this regard, little can be found about tourism competitiveness using bibliometric methods and techniques. The aim of this paper is to use bibliometric tools to examine the evolution of scientific production on the subject of tourism competitiveness. The information in this paper comes from the Web of Science scientific database. The findings demonstrate how far the research has progressed and how influential it has been in the scientific community. In the years 1991 to 2018, a total of 1,325 papers were recovered. This problem belongs to the field of quantitative marketing and is considered a NP-Hard problem, due to its wide search space for an optimal solution. Among the related literature, there are different methodologies to address this problem, gaining ground those that apply metaheuristics, with an emphasis in Genetic Algorithms. The main aim of this work is to present an overview of the most significant contributions in this area using a bibliometric analysis approach. The paper uses Scopus database and Web of Science Core Collection, in order to obtain leading and the most influential articles, conferences papers, journals, authors, institutions and countries. The results highlight Kwong, C.K. as the most productive author while Nagamachi M. is the most influential author. Furthermore, China is the leading country in this research field.
