Geoid menggantikan mean sea level (msl) sebagai referensi vertikal karena sifat dari msl yang memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap dinamika laut. Geoid dapat dimodelkan menggunakan proses remove-compute-restore, dengan membagi komponen geoid menjadi tiga yakni komponen gelombang panjang, menengah, dan pendek. Komponen gelombang pendek yang berupa data DTM dan area terrain merupakan parameter yang mempengaruhi nilai ketelitian dari geoid. Variasi data DTM serta parameter inner dan outer grid diterapkan pada penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap nilai ketelitian dari geoid. Metode perhitungan nilai geoid menggunakan algoritma fast fourier transform yang dapat menghitung nilai geoid lebih cepat dengan hasil yang memiliki kemiripan dengan evaluasi integral Stokes secara langsung. Hasil model geoid gravimetrik pada validasi jalur GNSS-leveling dari Semarang hingga Glagah memberikan nilai ketelitian terbaik 13,224 cm. Nilai ketelitian tersebut mengalami peningkatan menjadi 11,114 cm setelah dilakukan fitting terhadap 186 titik di jalur validasi GNSS-leveling. Data DEMNAS dengan parameter inner grid 3 km dan outer grid 15 km memberikan nilai ketelitian yang paling bagus. According to Bappeko Surabaya, this Balai Pemuda building began to be established in 1907 during the Dutch East Indies colonial period. The name of this building is De Simpangsche Societeit. In the Dutch colonial period, this building was used as a recreation centre for Dutch people to dance and exercise, such as bowling. In 2011, the Balai Pemuda Building experienced a fairly large fire incident in the west side building which is usually used for parties, exhibitions, art performances, and weddings. Regional revenues decreased after the fire incident. In 2013, the Surabaya city government carried out revitalization and was completed in 2015. To increase the number of tourists who will visit this tourist spot, the idea emerged to make Interactive Tourism Website Balai Pemuda Surabaya with Spherical Cameras. The results of this study were obtained via a virtual tour of Gedung Merah Putih and the surrounding area. Data from spherical cameras and non-spatial data are uploaded to the virtual tour Balai Pemuda website. Tahapan yang penting dalam membuat DTM adalah klasifikasi ground , yang bertujuan untuk memisahkan informasi ground dengan non ground dari data point cloud . Berbagai perangkat lunak dan aplikasi untuk klasifikasi ground telah berkembang, namun hampir seluruh perangkat lunak maupun aplikasi tersebut menggunakan algoritma Random Sample Consensus (RanSaC). Algoritma ini merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk mengkelaskan objek ground dalam metode segmentasi yang berbasiskan model planar. Meskipun algoritma ini sudah umum untuk digunakan untuk mengkelaskan objek ground , namun masih banyak perangkat lunak maupun aplikasi dari algoritma RanSaC yang mengkombinasikan algoritma tersebut dengan algoritma lainnya untuk memperoleh hasil yang akurat. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian akan dikaji mengenai algoritma RanSaC dalam melakukan klasifikasi ground pada data LiDAR. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat program yang menggunakan algoritma RanSaC untuk mengolah data LiDAR. Point cloud ground yang dihasilkan dari program tersebut akan diuji akurasinya menggunakan data pembanding yang telah diuji kebenarannya. Hasil yang diuji dan analisis berupa point cloud ground hasil klasifikasi dan DTM yang dibentuk. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa algoritma RanSaC mampu digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi ground pada data point cloud . Namun, algoritma RanSac hanya memberikan hasil yang memadai pada area dengan medan yang relatif datar, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai akurasi LE90 sebesar 0,123 meter. Kelemahan ini disebabkan karena prinsip pengoperasian algoritma yang lebih cocok untuk medan datar. Saat akurasi LE90 diuji dalam kondisi medan yang beragam, akurasinya menurun menjadi 3,296 meter. Kondisi ini berdampak pada upaya pemantauan kepemilikan bidang tanah permukiman yang perlu dilakukan pembaruan data bidang tanah. Proses untuk memetakan dan mengetahui letak, batas, dan luas suatu bidang tanah kawasan permukiman di atas peta tidak terlepas dari beberapa kendala. Khususnya pemetaan dengan metode direct techniques seperti terestrial ataupun survei satelit memiliki keterbatasan dan kendala dari segi teknis, waktu, biaya, dan sumber daya manusia. Kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan metode pemetaan indirect techniques dengan data foto udara. Metode ini dapat memetakan dan memperbarui data bidang tanah dengan lebih cepat untuk cakupan wilayah yang lebih luas. Terdapat dua metode untuk pemetaan bidang tanah menggunakan data foto udara yaitu metode digitasi on-screen dan metode object-based image analysis (OBIA). Melalui penelitian ini, akan dikaji analisis efektivitas kedua metode dalam memetakan bidang tanah kawasan permukiman menggunakan data foto udara. Analisis ini menggunakan pengujian toleransi ketelitian planimetrik luas dan jarak berdasarkan peraturan Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Toleransi kesalahan luas adalah ± 0.5√luas sebenarnya, dan toleransi kesalahan jarak adalah ≤ 0.3 mm pada skala peta. Berdasarkan pengujian dan perbandingan ketelitian luas dan jarak, jumlah bidang, dan bentuk bidang yang dihasilkan, dapat dikatakan bahwa pemetaan dengan metode digitasi on-screen lebih unggul dari metode object-based image analysis (OBIA).
