A controlling from the legislative board in the local economic policy execution is an important thing to realize the right regional financial management. The population of research is 45 members of DPRD Padang City. The entire community in this study serves as the sample with the census method. The data consist of primary data that taken from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analyze method used in this study is multiple regression linear model, using F test, and t-test is simultaneously and partially applied. The result of this research and hypothesis testing shows that simultaneously personal background and council budget knowledge had the significant influence on the performance of DPRD on region financial control. Partially, indicators of personal background have no significant impact on the performance of DPRD on region financial control. Variables of council budget knowledge also have no influences toward the achievement of DPRD on region financial control. Orthodontic treatment for dentoskeletal class II division 1 malocclusion in growing patients using myofunctional appliance may correct anteroposterior planes of mandibula. This study was a descriptive retrospective analytic study to look at the success of Orthodontic treatment for dentoskeletal class II division 1 in growing patients with myofunctional appliance using chepalometrics analysis Steiner value. The sample used in this study is chepalogram radiographic from patient with dentoskeletal class II division 1 malocclusion in growing patients before and after using myofunctional appliance in PPDGS orthodontics Clinic of Padjadjaran University. Statistic analysis were performed with pair t-test and Wilcoxon. An estimated 12 million children from 19 million children suffering from blindness have refractive disorders.The purpose of this study is to obtained the prevalence of refractive disorder in children of State Elementary School Tanah tinggi 09 Central Jakarta. Refractive examination was conducted on 103 children at SD Negeri 09 Tanah Tinggi with 7-12 years old using Snellen Chart, LEA Chart, Autorefractors meter and Streak retinoscopy and also given glasses correction with glasses supplied. The prevalence of refractive abnormalities has been obtained from the refractive examination.There were 103 children examined, 53 of them suffering from refractive disorder with 51,46%. From the 53 people, 47 people with 88,68% diagnose with myopia simplex and 6 people with 11,32% was diagnose with Astigmatisme Myopia Compositus. Prevalence of refraction disorder based on Degrees of myopia, we found 46 people with low myopia (3.00 Diopter), moderate (3 - 5 Diopter) and 2 people with high myopia (6 Diopter) Diopters).
