To achieve this, a previous review of multiple academic resources on the subject was made, to later expose the internal elements that make up the ecologies of learning. Once this part is finished, it is explained what informational competences are and how they are structured within it, to finally plant the interactions that take place between both elements studied.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48239267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

More specifically, we analyze the role of the CA in the articles published in co-authorship in the Journal of informetrics (JOI) in 2016, from two different perspectives: i) the bibliometric characteristics of the CAs; ii) the understanding of the role of the CA by the authors listed in the papers. We carried out the analysis in two stages: 1) identification of the percentage of participation in the main phases of the development of the article and the h index of the CAs by type of authorship, categorizing the contributions of the authors using the information from the JOI submission forms; 2) qualitative evaluation of the role of the CA according to the understanding of the articles' authors, using as a basis the responses of a questionnaire sent to the authors (Hilario, 2020). The results of the analysis include the bibliometric indicators related to the CA by type of authorship (double, triple, quadruple or more): position of the CA in the line of authorship; total percentage of contribution by the CA in the main phases of the development of research; h index; as well as the understanding of the 30 authors who answered the questionnaire regarding the role of the correspondence author in the development of research.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48690458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim was to know the structure and the normative aspects that include. The regulations were studied from their web pages considering aspects, content structure, writing style and relevance of messages. This investigation started with the perception that the words and sentences chosen tended to indicate restrictions and limitations with a negative tone. Diversity on styles was observed and the use of negative expressions was corroborated in high percentages. Regarding the thematic structure, an arbitrary differentiation was detected that shows it as independent units that do not always have the necessary coherence and cohesion. The primary basis on which they base the elaboration of the regulations was not determined with certainty, however some reasons could be pointed out from the type of mandates they establish: order the librarian s task; guide the library users on the available resources, indicate their proper use to achieve equitable, efficient and democratic use or fit within strict rules. In this way, the need to investigate the fundamentals of the elaboration of these regulations is raised, which, together with the findings presented, seem to be the cause of ignorance and difficulty of application. Finally, it was possible to elaborate a series of recommendations that are included in this article.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46538412","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thirty-four input/output indicators were taken as variables, 11 from SCIJCR, and 23 from RICYT. The similarity relationships among the countries and the indicators were represented by means of phenograms (Ward's method) and the congruence among the classifications of the countries was represented by strict consensus trees and quantified by means of a consensus index. The main conclusions of the study indicate that: 1) The classification of countries based on the 34 indicators corresponds to their size (e.g., socioeconomic development, population) and to the respective scientific traditions; 2) The indicators show a complex grouping patterns, not observing groupings based on the different typologies (e.g., production, impact, input, context); 3) The vast majority of the SCIJCR indicators show close mutual links, producing redundant information; 4) The percentage of international collaboration is only related to values of moderate similarity with the citations per document, so it does not agree with the idea that the number of citations is directly proportional to international collaboration; 5) Taking into account the results obtained, the most profitable investments in terms of production, impact, and impact and production, are those measured by graduation indicators (graduates), RD 6) The lack of congruence observed when comparing country rankings from only one source (i.e., SCIJCR or RICYT) contradicts the simplistic idea that scientific results can be predicted only from invested resources; 7) Comparing the classification of countries based on all the indicators with those produced based on one or the other (i.e., SCIJCR or RICYT) produces few common groups. This can be explained from issues intrinsic to the analysis, such as the different number of indicators, and the redundancy of the information provided by the vast majority of the SCIJCR. This means that the SCIJCR indicators have a lower weight than those of the RICYT, when it comes to differentiating groups of countries.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46045381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Apesar de sua posição estratégica, considerável conhecimento organizacional é perdido devido à deficiente criação, obtenção, gestão e conservação da memória organizacional. Para alcançar o sucesso organizacional, a gestão do conhecimento e a memória organizacional devem manter o mesmo passo, dado que se compreende que a memória organizacional é conhecimento interno e externo explicitado, para o seu uso e reutilização. O objetivo do estudo é destacar as semelhanças e completudes entre ambos conceitos para as organizações entendam a importância de coordená-los de maneira conjunta e, assim, obterem os resultados desejados. Para tanto, este estudo realizou um levantamento das publicações na área da ciência da informação, ciência que estuda os temas abordados. Por meio deste levantamento, verificou-se a seguinte premissa: não é possível implantar a plena gestão do conhecimento em uma organização sem uma coordenação adequada com a sua memória organizacional.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68797352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

El comportamiento de ambos grupos se analiza y describe de la siguiente manera: a) se discrimina según se trate de temas de investigación globales o locales, aplicando el criterio de ausencia o presencia de topónimos nacionales, respectivamente; b) se presenta el volumen de coautoría con diferentes países agrupados por continentes ; c) se determinan las 20 palabras claves más frecuentes para cada caso y, d) se pone en relación con el Índice-H de los países, utilizado en este caso como indicador de impacto científico del país colaborador. Los principales resultados muestran que solo con Europa se logra la proporción de colaboración a los niveles de la ciencia del país (40%). Con países de continentes como Oceanía, Asia y África, la colaboración es muy minoritaria (5% o menos). La distribución en temas globales y locales se mantiene en todos los continentes con leves incrementos en Europa, América del Norte y Caribe y Oceanía a favor de los temas locales. La correlación entre la colaboración internacional y el impacto científico que tienen los países con los que se colabora es relativamente positiva. Los temas sobre los que se investiga se anclan principalmente en la Patagonia, el litoral marítimo y se centran especialmente en los bovinos y el maíz. El estudio aporta información útil para pensar la conformación de equipos de investigación, la planificación de programas de movilidad internacional y alianzas estratégicas en relación con la colaboración futura, y lo hace en un área estratégica que genera fuertes expectativas para el desarrollo económico del país.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89899263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research problems are: can information management be influenced by the concept of hybridity? How can hybridity contribute to the improvement of information management processes in a public library? Therefore, the objective is to analyze how hybridity can contribute to the improvement of information management processes in a public library and, through this analysis, to propose guidelines for information management based on innovation and with hybrid characteristics. For this, it is a qualitative research, exploratory and practical and theoretical. It was found that more than a process aimed at identifying needs, mapping, collecting, organizing, storing, accessing and sharing information, efficient information management in libraries based on the premises of hybridity can be defined as a management philosophy that aims to articulate people, tools and ideas for creating projects that will provide greater comfort and access to information for users.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49257647","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Results show that 11 countries from the region have contributed at least once to the journal, with a predominance of Brazil, Mexico, Cuba, Chile, Colombia and Argentina. Since the 2000s, the growth trend is exponential. Concerning the thematic profile, applied studies about the production of disciplinary and institutional domains prevail. Among the sources that constitute the intellectual foundation, Scientometrics journal itself and other international core journals of the field, as well as journals from other disciplines, are found. There's little presence of regional journals. In conclusion, although there's a scarce presence of regional authors in the journal, the Latin-American community devoted to MIS shows clear interest in generating a discussion with the international community specialised in this field of study.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46289162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To do this, all publications from 2009 to 2018 with at least one co-author belonging to each of 20 Latin American countries, and another co-author affiliated to a company, were extracted from Elsevier’s Scival (powered by Scopus data), obtaining a set of 22,469 records, from which 1,531 companies (both of public and private nature) and 428 Latin American universities were identified. Despite publications co-authored by universities and companies are highly-cited, results evidence low percentages of academic collaboration between Latin American universities and companies over the period. Just few firms (mainly from Pharmacy, Technology and Petroleum markets) have established strong connections with few universities, mainly from Brazil, whose performance masks the remaining minor linkages established in other countries. Otherwise, the presence of publicly-traded companies (e.g., Petrobras, Agrosavia, Embrapa, YPF or Petroleos Mexicanos) is also remarkable. The establishment of stable public policies aimed at promoting and strengthening University-Industry relations in the region, and based on the integration and regulation of these actions in the researcher's activities, is recommended.","PeriodicalId":30580,"journal":{"name":"Palabra Clave La Plata","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48060823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
