Se examinan las actuaciones de la artista y obras concretas a la luz del proyecto de autonomía social e individual que enmarca el trabajo del autor, y bajo la mirada particular que sobre el arte plasmara en su texto Ventana al caos. Este ensayo representa un intento por comprender la conexión que une a un creador con su obra, siguiendo un caso específico: el de la artista plástica Débora Arango.","PeriodicalId":30573,"journal":{"name":"Liminar Estudios Sociales y Humanisticos","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84711184","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Estudios Sociales y Humanísticos fue concebido como momento de encuentro de trabajos en torno a los estudios humanísticos, la literatura y las artes, desde diversos abordajes. Una particularidad puede explorarse en ellos, como esa de exponerse en diálogo imaginativo al adentrarse en lo lábil de las “cuestiones fronterizas”, espectro este más o menos amplio, habida cuenta de la consistencia intramuros de cada vertiente disciplinaria y sus especificidades. Dentro de dichas cuestiones se sitúan las lateralidades de origen de las humanidades, de los estudios humanos en general y el origen de las ciencias desde ellos, la novedad de ciertos debates de las disciplinas contemporáneas, la circunstancia de bordes geográficos donde se disecciona una misma lengua, se multiplica, se modifica; las maneras formales de abordar los temas de siempre de la literatura, las artes, las humanidades; los temas del ser humano, el mundano e histórico ser humano, en las mil máscaras de la “novedad”; como escribiera Schopenhauer: la novedad de la muerte, el amor, los sueños, el origen, el fin.","PeriodicalId":30573,"journal":{"name":"Liminar Estudios Sociales y Humanisticos","volume":"89 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78358945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Se analizan los matices que emplea el autor a fin de mostrar que los personajes se enfrentan a múltiples dificultades para integrarse a un nuevo espacio y para establecer relaciones en la novela La invasión del pueblo del espíritu (2020). La soledad y la ajenidad atrapan a los personajes en ese nuevo espacio; y para analizar esta situación se acude a Marc Augé y su concepto de “no lugares”. Asimismo, se reflexiona sobre la simbiosis que se crea entre el espacio y el tiempo, originada por la fugacidad y el movimiento en la trama de la novela; para dar cuenta de esto se recurre a Gaston Bachelard y Martin Heidegger. Por último, se estudia la singular voz narrativa múltiple que se une al lector para percibir, interpretar y narrar lo sucedido.","PeriodicalId":30573,"journal":{"name":"Liminar Estudios Sociales y Humanisticos","volume":"5 1","pages":"123-134"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89105611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, there has been a tendency to associate “the voice” as synonymous with resistance to relationships of dominance; while its opposite, “silence,” has been conceived as an example of submission and passivity. This article reflects on silence not as an absence of discourse, but as a discourse in itself. Through the analysis of stories of women in prison, I propose that we view silence as a practice of resistance that is historically and geographically situated.","PeriodicalId":30573,"journal":{"name":"Liminar Estudios Sociales y Humanisticos","volume":"19 1","pages":"75-87"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48342419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From a feminist perspective, the author analyzes practices involving caring and rebuilding by the women who have returned to the Montes de Maria region in Colombia. Through a testimonial approach, the author explores organizational initiatives, leadership, and emerging political awareness. The article’s principal conclusion is that the agencies serving returned women are essential to consolidate their commitment to remain by maintaining a dignified life, re-signify the histories of violence associated with the brutal armed conflict, and rebuild in the midst of such conflict.","PeriodicalId":30573,"journal":{"name":"Liminar Estudios Sociales y Humanisticos","volume":"19 1","pages":"88-100"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41745756","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
