Guava fruit has a fairly wide market potential and high selling value because it does not have a business development strategy. The purpose of the study is to analyze alternative formulations and determine the priority strategies that companies should choose for their business development. The determination of participants by purposive sampling of 5 people with IFE, EFE, and SWOT Matrix analysis method. The results from the study are there are 2 factors that affect the company consisting of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors have 5 indicators of strengths and 6 weaknesses, while external factors have 5 indicators of opportunities and 4 threats. The data that has been processed produces a value of X: 1.46 and Y: 1.99, entered into Quadrant I which means aggressive. The conclusion of this research is that there are 12 alternative strategies and 4 priority alternative strategies that can be implemented by CV Wolffia Agro Indonesia. This study aims to describe the STP strategy, marketing mix and marketing constraints of sweet potato paste products at PT Galih Estetika Indonesia. This research was conducted with descriptive method. The research data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with the management of PT Galih Estetika Indonesia. Marketing constraint data is processed using fishbone analysis. Based on the results of STP analysis and marketing mix, sweet potato pasta products from PT Galih Estetika Indonesia can compete with competitors and have a broad market such as Korean and Japanese people who adopt a healthy lifestyle and understand the ingredients of sweet potato. However, marketing at PT Galih Estetika Indonesia still has problems at some time in the form of product color specification discrepancies which result in complaints from buyers. Supplier with bad performance might disturb the business activity, whereas the good one would impact positively to company success. The purpose of this research is to analyze food supplier performance of RS X Depok including the impacts for the hospital. This research is using descriptive methodology with qualitative approach. Data collection was performed by doing some structured interviews. The chosen supplier performance indicators to be used to analyze the food supplier performance were Replenishment Lead Time, On-Time Performance, Supply Flexibility, Delivery Frequency, Supply Quality, Inbound Transportation Cost, Pricing Terms, Information Coordination Capability and Supplier Viability. The result of this research showed both suppliers had a good performance. Supplier BJ was excellent in every aspect of supplier performance. Meanwhile, Supplier AM showed a good performance in almost every aspect but has supply quality shortcomings. Sometimes, the meat weight was inappropriate so it had to be exchanged and the dirty eggshell had to be cleaned several times. In the post-pandemic period, Indonesia's macroeconomic situation has started to improve as seen from the increase in national GDP in 2022. However, if we look at it from a micro perspective, PT ljo Kreasi Indonesia has not experienced an increase in income in the post-pandemic period. Therefore, PT ljo Kreasi Indonesia needs a strategy so that it can increase its income again. The purpose of this research is to formulate the right strategy for PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia so that it can develop in the post-pandemic period. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study technique. The analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM analysis to formulate strategies. The results of the research based on the IE matrix show that PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia is in cell 1 which indicates the company is in the growth and development phases. Mango production often declines due to uncertain climatic conditions. The phenomenon of climate change that requires a long time to investigate and will continue for a long period of time. The purpose of this study was (i) to determine the description of mango production in Kab. Cirebon, (ii) to determine the effect of climate change on mango production in Kab. Cirebon, and (iii) to find out farmers' strategies in dealing with climate change. The design of this research is a qualitative survey method and the analytical tools used are descriptive statistics and statistical analysis of the average difference test. The results of the study showed that the average mango production before climate change and after climate change decreased. Mango production before and after climate change on land area < 0.5 Ha and 0.5-1 Ha showed a significant difference, while in land area > 1 Ha, there was no significant difference. To address the challenges faced by agribusiness MSMEs in accessing working capital, the government has implemented the People's Business Credit (Kredit Usaha Rakyat or KUR), a low-interest credit scheme. Government-endorsed institutions like BSI KC Bandung Juanda play a pivotal role in supporting these MSMEs. However, an examination of the data concerning the number of agribusiness MSME customers and the associated financing amounts reveals a limited level of interest. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of KUR financing on the income of agribusiness MSMEs and explore its influence on their overall revenue. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study employs the Simple Linear Regression approach to analyze the data. The findings of this research demonstrate a significant effectiveness rate of 91.2 percent, indicating the substantial impact of KUR financing on the income generated by agribusiness MSMEs.
