Bahkan di beberapa daerah, keberadaan BUMDes masih belum bisa berjalan efektif dan mampu memberi kontribusi bagi pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desanya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dana BUMDes dengan mengambil studi kasus di Desa Taringgul Landeuh Kecamatan Kiarapedes Kabupaten Purwakarta yang merupakan salah satu desa yang mengimplementasikan BUMDes yang secara garis besar tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, untuk mengetahui keterlibatan masyarakat Desa Taringgul Landeuh dalam pemanfaatan dana BUMDes. Kedua, untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan dana BUMDes di Desa Taringgul Landeuh. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui kontribusi BUMDes di Desa Taringgul Landeuh dalam pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode dalam Studi ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner kepada 50 responden untuk pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder dari Desa Taringgul Landeuh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan BUMDes masih kurang karena pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap program BUMDes masih sedikit. In practice, of course, business actors are responsible for the goods and services consumed by consumers, and if the goods and services are in accordance with the agreement, it will provide benefits for consumers, but if it turns out that the goods or services purchased do not provide the results desired by consumers, such as experiencing damage, hidden defects, consumers have the right to ask for compensation to business actors, and given in accordance with consumer rights based on the principle of justice so that legal consumer protection can be fulfilled. This is due to the authentic hadith which states that a people will not be lucky if they are led by women. For conservative scholars, they will understand the hadith as it is (textual). However, moderate scholars will understand it from a contextual perspective. The Islamic religion is guided by the Qur'an and hadith, therefore, it would be unfair if you only take pictures from the side of the hadith and ignore the al-Qur'an. This article will discuss women's leadership from the perspective of the Al-Qur’an, hadith, women's biology and the sociology of the Indonesian nation. The conclusion of this article is that the Al-Qur’an legitimizes women's leadership through the story of the queen of Saba' (Bilqis). The hadith about women's leadership can be understood as the Prophet's 'comment' on the change of leadership in Persia and has a local-temporal content. Women have biological weaknesses during menstruation and pregnancy, physical weaknesses compared to men, psychological and emotional weaknesses. Meanwhile, the Indonesian nation actually adheres to patriarchy. So, political contestation is wide open to anyone, regardless of gender.
