The logistic regression analysis model is used to identify the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample is taken from the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data covers a period of three years, from 2015 to 2017. The sample used in the study was 900 observations consisting of 500 observations in Indonesia and 400 observations in the Philippines using data from manufacturing companies for the period 2013-2017. The proxy of audit quality is using discretionary accrual Modified Jones model (1994). Data in the current research were secondary data obtained from the financial statements of property, real estate and construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016. Fourty-four (n = 44) companies was selected using the purposive sampling method as the sample of the current study (N=132). Data was analyze during the multiple regression analysis. The element of the fraud diamond that is used as independent variables is a pressure with proxy financial stability and external pressure, opportunity with proxy ineffective monitoring and nature of the industry, rationalization with proxy auditor change and capability with proxy positioning. In this research uses the F-Score model to measure financial statement fraud as the dependent variable. The population of this research is the manufacturing companies from sub-sector consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Sampling from this study uses purposive sampling method and obtained 97 samples with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the external pressure and nature of the industry has a significant positive effect on financial statement fraud. The population of this research comprises companies registered as Manufacturing Consumer Goods listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling is used to determine the sample with an observation period 2015-2017. This study uses secondary data derived from annual reports and financial statements. Data analysis using a Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Research results show environmental performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and size of independent commissioners together had a relationship to all financial performance measurement namely Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The firm value in this study was proxied by Tobins’q.The population of this research is manufacturing companywith chemical industry subsectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 31 companies in this sample. The analytical method used is moderating regression analysis.Based on the results of hypotheses testing, there wasSolvability and IOS had positive effect on firm value, while Profitability, GCG, and CSR had no effect on the firm value. Build upon analisis from this research, writer can conclude that profitability weighs positive and has significant effect towards company values. Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure affected company values and weighs unsignificant towards company values. ABC, located in Jakarta</em><em>.</em></p><p><em>This research was conducted by direct observation, and the collection of related documents. For the measurement of research, on how well the implementation of Cost Reduction Innovation Activity, used four indicators, namely: 110% <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">></span>achievement ratio (%) kaizen costing amount target (profit) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">></span> 90%, 110% <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">></span> achievement ratio (%) kaizen costing per unit of product <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">></span> 90%, 100% quantity ratio of implementing kaizen activities, and ratio (%) of cost saving per unit from kaizen activities to total cost saving per unit <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">></span> 75%.</em></p><p><em>The result of this research indicate that the implementation of Cost Reduction Innovation Activities at PT. ABC “Good”. This reflected on the achievement of three indicators, namely indicators of achievement ratio (% kaizen costing amount target (profit), indicators of achievement ratio (%) kaizen costing per unit of product, and ratio (%) of cost saving per unit from kaizen activities to total cost saving per unit.
