Choosing the right supplier is critical for the survival of the industry. This research discusses the supplier selection of the electrical manufacturing company. There was a problem with the delivery order from the three suppliers currently used. It was identified that during 2018 there were 8 purchase orders (PO) out of 125 POs or 8% delay in delivery for 1 week to 10 working days. The delay caused an interruption in production and affected fulfilling the customer order delivery time. A Forum Group Discussion (FGD) was formed to formulate the problem and define criteria to determine the best supplier. A survey was made to parties in the organization concern about the production and order fulfillment. To accommodate many parties in making a decision is Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). A combination of two methods AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method were used to select the supplier. The results presented there were 5 criteria and 10 sub-criteria measured in determining suppliers. From the analysis, the value obtained for the supplier of A is 0.89, supplier C 0.50, and supplier B, 0.05. It concluded the best performance supplier is A. Pseudo Relevance Feedback (PRF) based Query expansion (QE) tries to overcome these problems by adding words that are expected to improve retrieval results from top N ranked documents retrieved. The use of firefly algorithm (FA) as one of the optimization methods has been proven by the previous study to improve the performance of the IR system. However, in that study the weighting of words was done using the rocchio function of the Pseudo Relevant Document (PRD), so it is feared that the performance of IR system will be reduced if the number of relevant documents in PRD is little or none at all. Therefore, scoring by term relationship between query and PRD is used in this study combined with rocchio algorithm. The results of the study showed that usage of term relationship word co-occurrence or word similarity can improve the performance of the IRS that was previously built. In addition, word co-occurrence with jaccard have the best performance compared to the previous study and other combinations. FA itself was able to choose the optimal terms, even though the number of top N ranked documents increased. To control the temperature at a required fixed value, different types of controllers are used. The problem addressed in this research is to control and measure the temperature of the calorimeter's heating element for the desired target temperature. In this paper, a PD controller-based temperature control and measurement system have been designed to solve this problem. A PD controller is integrated with the Arduino mega 2560 and LabVIEW software to monitor and control the real-time temperature of the heating element of the calorimeter. Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) sensor is used for temperature sensing in the calorimeter. A sensor consistently delivers the temperature of the heating element to the Arduino microcontroller in the form of voltage through an analog to digital converter (24-bit ADC) module. PD algorithm is used to tune the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal timely according to the error signal. PC based LabVIEW software is used to design Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the control system to compare and store the data of actual temperature coming from the microcontroller with target temperature and also used to tune the PD controller according to the current error signal. Form the results; it is revealed that PD is an efficient controller for controlling and tracking the temperature of the heating element of calorimeter towards the randomly selected different target temperature (52°C, 65°C, 75°C, 85°C). The effects of the guar gum (GG) binder content of the samples on their characteristic impedance and discharge capacity of an Al-air battery have been analyzed in the interval from 10 to 40%. The characterization of their experimental data was obtained using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), Cyclic Voltammetric (CV), and Battery Testing System (BTS). It has been found that the characteristic impedance increases with increasing of the binder content. The sample with the lowest GG content provides the larger discharge capacity of the battery up to 42.54 mAh/g. This observation has been collaborated by an analysis of the CV curve, and it provides an explanation for the increase in the integrated area of the voltammetric curve by a decreased content of the GG binder. As a whole, the experimental results demonstrate that the graphite/SiO2 composite is an appropriate electronic active material for air cathodes in Al-air batteries. However, in Indonesia food banks are still largely unheard of with the exception of a handful of organizations. Therefore this paper focuses on how charitable organizations can set up food banks that are powered with an information system that allows effective management of its daily operations and sharing of resources with other food banks. The outcome of this study is a food banking system that performs successfully during testing process where the output is measured against the provided requirements. They each have their advantages, especially when it comes to BER performance over a wireless channel. They increase the performance of the bandwidth when used along with the OFDM. The FFT usually used in the OFDM system; however, it significantly increased the PAPR. DWT-based OFDM system can be implemented to solve this, and PTS technique can further improve it. This paper aims to do a simulation comparing QAM and PSK's BER performance. Both modulation technique will have the order of 4, 8, 16, 64, and 256.Additionally, the bit order will be Gray-mapped. The signal is implemented in DWT-based OFDM system with PTS technique through AWGN channel. The result shows that the performance of 4-QAM is similar to QPSK. Then, 8-QAM is slightly better than 8-PSK, and as the order gets higher, the QAM shows a much better performance than PSK. The constellation diagram of QAM shows that the distance between each combination is constant for any order. The objective of the article is to show the results found in models of administrative systems in public institutions that use architectures based on blockchain technology. A brief bibliographic review was carried out to analyze the articles published in prestigious journals during the last three years. As a result, 102 potential articles were found and 15 articles were selected. The causes are large losses, the distance between consumers is too far from the power plant, the transmission and distribution lines are very long. However, producers must meet the electrical power needs of consumers at that time. A solution that can be used to solve these problems is to place distributed generation (DG) on the distribution line for consumers. There are several conditions that must be met for the placement and sizing of DG so as not to disturb with the power system. The conditions are presence of DG does not increase the level of the current short circuit, DG does not cause the power system voltage to exceed the minimum and maximum limits. The purpose of this paper is to use artificial intelligent (AI) to determine the placement and size of DG. Besides that, the type of DG used is wind power plant (WPP). The AI used is Hybrid Artificial Bee Colony (HABC). HABC is a combination of Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) and Genetic Algorithm (GA). In the discussion section, there is a comparison of the performance of each AI used. Every AI gives different results. The implementation of HABC in WPP gives the best results. The voltage rise on all buses reaches the safe limit of operation. The increase in voltage is the highest increase compared to others. Pseudo relevance feedback assumes that the k highest-ranking documents in the first retrieval are relevant and extract query expansion from them. Rocchio algorithm is a classical algorithm for implementing relevance feedback into vector space models. The Rocchio algorithm forms a new query moves toward the centroid of the relevant documents and keeps away from centroid of the irrelevant documents. However, in the relevance feedback method, irrelevant documents are ignored. In this paper, we conduct a method for pseudo irrelevance feedback (PIRF) documents components that effectively applied to the Rocchio algorithm. Documents with a high ranking outside of k relevant documents and those documents dissimilar to any k relevant documents can extract good query expansion if the documents are applied as irrelevant documents. The Rocchio algorithm uses PRF as a component of relevant documents and this research method for irrelevant documents as a component of irrelevant documents denoted by Roc PRF PIRF (filter).
