The novel design of a portable solar hybrid vapor compression refrigerator has been proposed in this study. This hybrid energy-operated DC refrigerator was tested with four load conditions on sunny days. The I-V curve of the PV panel, refrigerator chamber temperature and meteorological data were recorded. The solar panel generated an average of 785 Wh of solar energy in one sunny day. The refrigerator was consumed 98 Wh energy at the no-load condition in a single day. The refrigerator chamber was filled with 30% (70 L), 60% (140 L), and 90% (210 L) load that consumed 154 Wh, 316 Wh, and 492 Wh energy, respectively to reach 0 o C. Daytime energy consumption of refrigerator was higher as compared to night time. The lead-acid battery's energy storage capacity was 1260 Wh. The battery was able to run the refrigerator for 2.5 days with 90% load condition without solar energy. The refrigeration system's average COP was 1.2. Experimental results demonstrated that solar energy production was higher as compared to refrigerator energy consumption. The proposed unique technology demonstrates the feasibility of the hybridization of renewable energy and grid utility in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way. Temperature-sensitive logistics are more challenging for small order deliveries in terms of cost and time constraints. Sustainable development of cold chain logistics is essential in road transportation. The solar-assisted refrigerating E-rickshaw has been proposed in this study. The performance of this system was analyzed under different operating conditions. The impact of changing the load on maximum vehicle speed and trip distance was investigated. The solar panel produced an average of 3140 Wh of solar energy in one sunny day. The vehicle was reached a maximum speed of 23 km/h while carrying a 200 kg load. The vehicle covered a distance of 60.4 km with the battery bank alone at 200 kg load condition. It was traveling 63.4 km distance with hybrid energy mode. You need a human for that thermal screening test at the entrance, then this automatic door will not require that person, it will automatically go to thermal screening whenever, In this every human will have to bring his/her hand forward and put it in front of the sensor, then there will be display a temperature on the screen, then it will show the temperature under controlled or not. The MLX90614 is a highperformance Infrared Temperature Sensor that can be used to automatically make a temperature check-up and decide whether to grant the door access. The body temperature is under controlled when the door will open automatically it shows green light and the door will not open when the body temperature is out of range it shows red light. This implements biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease, typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, therapies as divers as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation. With advances in technology, the health sciences are constantly pushing toward more effective treatments and cures. With a massive influx of multimodality data, the role of data analytics in health informatics has grown rapidly in the last decade. This has also provoked increasing interests in the generation of analytical, data driven models based on machine learning in health informatics. Deep learning, a technique with its foundation in artificial neural networks, is emerging in recent years as a powerful tool for machine learning, promising to reform the future of artificial intelligence. Rapid improvements in computational power, fast data storage, and parallelization have also contributed to the rapid uptake of the technology in addition to its predictive power and ability to generate automatically optimized high-level features and semantic interpretation from the input data. This paper presents a comprehensive review of research employing deep learning in health informatics, providing a critical analysis of the relative merit, and potential pitfalls of the technique as well as its future outlook. The paper mainly focuses on key applications of deep learning in the fields of translational bioinformatics, medical imaging, pervasive sensing, medical informatics, and public health. This study deals with biofuel production from the algal biomass collected from River Kharkai at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand processed under laboratory. Chlorella vulgaris, Chlamydomonas rheinhardii , Botryococcus braunii, Scenedesmus sp.,Microcystis aeruginosa, Nitzschia sp. ,Cladophora sp. ,Porphyridium cruentum ,Zygnema sp. ,Spirogyra sp., Synechoccus sp are the major algal species recorded during study period that have biofuel generation capacity. An amount of 0.865 g dry wt m -2 algal biomass collected from the site. Soxhlet extraction method having chloroform: methanol (2:1) was used for Lipid extraction. 21.87% of lipid was extracted from collected algal biomass. Extracted lipids were further hydrolyzed for release of fermentable sugar by trans-esterification and single step acid hydrolysis process. These fermentable sugars converted into an amount of 56.76% bioethanol which shows the green energy potential of River Kharkai. energy sources in the near future. Algae also serve as better feedstock for many bioactive compounds. Algae considered as boon for River Kharkai because they act as sink for pollutants and treat the wastewater. Alkaline nature of water promotes algal growth. These fibers are also having high strength to weight ratio as well as high stiffness to weigh ratio, etc. With increasing environmental concerns natural fibers are once again being considered as reinforcements for polymer composites. Due to the environmental awareness and economical considerations, natural fiber reinforced polymer composites seems to present a viable alternative to synthetic fiber reinforced polymer composites such as glass fibers. In this present work cocciniagrandis fiber composites with polyester resin are fabricated by using compression molding process. The mechanical properties like tensile, hardness, density, surface roughness and wear test are carried out as per ASTM standards for the developed composites. The test result shows that cocciniagrandis composite alkaline treated fiber plate in tensile test in higher value and had shore D hardness of 87.5 which are superior to all the other developed composites.
