Jelen kutatas celja annak megallapitasa, hogy a hirtelen iranyvaltoztatas utani egyensulyozo kepesseget jellemző Lehr-fele csillapitasi szam hogyan valtozik meg a ketoldali (bilateralis), nagyfoku terdizuleti artrozisban szenvedő  betegeknel. A vizsgalatokban 20 kontroll, 20 unilateralis es 20 bilateralis nagyfoku terdizuleti  artrozisban szenvedő beteg vett reszt. Az egyensulyozo kepesseget ket es egy labon allva mert,  hirtelen iranyvaltoztatasi tesztből meghatarozott Lehr-fele csillapitasi szammal jellemeztuk. Bilateralis terdizuleti artrozisban szenvedő betegeknel, az unilateralis terdizuleti artrozisban szenvedő  betegekkel ellentetben nem volt szignifikans kulonbseg a ket labon, dominans labon es nem-dominans labon allva mert ertekek kozott. A ferfiak es a nők egyensulyozo kepessege kozott egyik betegcsoport eseten sem talaltunk szignifikans kulonbseget. A hippoterapia loval vegzett mozgasterapia, melynek soran lepes jarmodban dolgozunk,  igy alapos ismerete es megertese kulcsfontossagu akezeleseredmenyessegeben. Munkank celja, hogy a lepes jarmodot elemeire bontsuk, kepileg konnyen erthetőve tegyuk, es az objektiv meresi adatokkal szinkron ketiranyu fazisazonositast vegezzunk. A merest egy ket elemes gyorsulasmerő segitsegevel vegeztuk nyolc gidran egyeden, lepes jarmodban, kezen vezetve. A kapott gyorsulasi adatokat osszesitve egy atlagos elmozdulasi gorbet kaptunk, melyre a lo előrehalado mozgasat illesztve beazonositottuk a korabban fazisaira bontott lepeselemeket. A kapott gorbe a lepesben halado lo hatmozgasanak előre es oldalra tortenő kitereset mutatja. A hippoterapiaval foglalkozo szakemberek a lepő lo mellett haladva leginkabb annak előrehalado mozgasat, torzsenek oldalra kilengeset erzekelik. Munkankkal, a kezeles kulcsanak, azaz a hat finom mozgasanak jobb megertesehez kerultunk kozelebb. Within them, the various ligaments take care of the stability of the joints, their healthy functioning is essential even for ordinary daily activities. Due to the extremely serious consequences of their damage or rupture, medical science has aimed to find an adequate way to heal or replace them with natural or artificial tendons/ligaments, but so far (mostly the long term) results are not satisfactory at all. For the improvement of these procedures the better understanding and description of their mechanical behaviour is necessary. Our articulations (knee, ankle, hand and shoulder) show very difficult mechanical behaviour both from the point of loading conditions and material behaviour. Thus, the trustworthy numerical simulation of them is a very complex problem, on the top of the irregular geometry, both geometrical and material nonlinearities have to be taken into account. That is why real laboratory experiments are indispensable for the reliable numerical results. For this purpose, series of experiments have been performed on tendons and ligaments in the Biomechanical Laboratory of the BUTE. By the evaluation of the results different hyperelastic material models are parameterized and compared with the help of simple finite element models. On the basis of these models a three-dimensional numerical model is developed in Ansys, validated by real and numerical results. A gyermekek gerincallapotanak a felmeresere a Spinal Mouse es az ultrahang-alapu Zebris gerincvizsgalo eszkoz egyarant jol hasznalhato.A kutatas elsődleges celja, hogy az iskolaskoru gyermekek sagittalis siku gerincgorbuleteit alternativ, non-invasive sugarterhelessel nem jaro vizsgalo modszerrel hatarozzuk meg: Az eletkor es a testmagassag fuggvenyeben a hati kyphosis (TK), az agyeki lordosis (LL), valamint a sagittalis siku torzsdőles (TTI) es a lateralis dőles (LI) normaltartomanyat 530 helyes (fiziologias) tartasu es 394 hanyag testtartasu 6-15 ev kozotti egeszseges gyermek eseten adjuk meg. Megallapithato, hogy a testmagassag szerinti (120 cm es 180 cm kozott 5 cm-enkent) normalertekek megadasa a celszerű. A kapott eredmenyek azt is mutatjak, hogy mind a helyes-, mind a hanyag testtartasu gyermekek eseten a fiuk es lanyok gerincalakjat jellemző parameterek kozott a kulonbseg szignifikans, azaz a normaltartomanyok megadasa a nemek szerinti bontasban indokolt. Cikkunkben ennek a műteti eljarasnak a numerikus elemzeset mutatjuk be. Kiterunk a műteti eljaras műkodesenek elvere es kiserletet teszunk az eredeti műteti geometria modositasara a szemlencse hatekonyabb alkalmazkodasi szelessegenek elerese erdekeben. A kozolt eredmenyeket a numerikus vizsgalataink vegeredmenyeire alapoztuk. In this study cylindrical shaped, NiDAB labelled brain samples of a diameter of half a millimeter were imaged and analyzed with an effective pixel size of 0.38 µm. Several thousands of tomographic slices build up each reconstructed volume meaning that an automatized analysis tool is indispensable. These big data sets are processed by the developed algorithms on commercially available PCs with an automated image analysis technology in acceptable processing time. The obtained vessel segments are stored for further topological and morphometric analyses or surface/volumetric visualization purposes. These analyses contain vessel feature distribution analysis followed by 3D reconstruction. The obtained results are in accordance to the literature data. Róbert, Bojtár Imre","doi":"10.15289/bh.v8i2.188","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15289/bh.v8i2.188","url":null,"abstract":"In clinical practice, management of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) is predominantly based on the diameter of the lumen. State-of-the-art fluid structure interaction (FSI) simulations have proven to be superior in estimating rupture risk, although they still have considerable shortcomings. In this paper we address one such unresolved problem, and present the outline of biomechanical material parameter distribution identification via inverse finite element (FE) analysis. Our method is based on the non invasive approximation of the displacement field using electrocardiogram-gated computer tomography angiography (ECG-gated CT-angiography, CTA) and estimating the load field with usual computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. Parameters of our model connecting the two abovementioned sets of variables result from an optimization algorithm minimizing a work and energy related variational functional. Consequently, also supported by experimental measurements, we are able to assess local distribution of the biomechanical material properties of the arterial wall and give a functional characterization of vessel wall degeneration.
