The study was conducted at the SMK PP Negeri Mataram Laboratory from August to September 2020. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments with 3 replications. Data collection was carried out by measuring fish length and fish weight. The data analyzed were daily weight growth rate, daily length growth rate, specific growth rate, survival rate, feed conversion rate, growth pattern, and condition factors. Growth rates, survival and feed conversion rates were analyzed using the ANOVA method and LSD test. The results indicated that the growth rate of daily weight, length growth rate, specific growth rate, and conversion rate has optimal in the treatment of Bacillus + Lactobacillus probiotic. In this treatment, the average daily weight growth rate in the treatment was 0.13 gr/day, the daily length growth rate for African catfish was 0.130 cm/day, the specific growth rate was 1.76%/day, and the average feed conversion rate of 0.641. The highest survival rate also occurred in the treatment of Bacillus + Lactobacillus probiotics with an average of 81.33%. The growth pattern of African catfish with the biofloc system is negative allometric, the coefficient value (b) is less than 3. This study was designed Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications, namely: P1 (Control), P2 (Tretment of water hyachinth fermented with Trichoderma sp.), P3 (Tretment of water hyachinth fermented with Rhizopus sp.), P4 (Tretment of water hyachinth fermented with Lactobacillus sp.). Tilapia seeds have a weight range of 1.35-2.58 grams and a length range of 4.57-5.16 cm which is stocked in a 47-liter aquarium with a stocking density of 15 birds per experiment container. The test fish was fed as much as 5% of the biomass weight with the frequency of administration three times a day, namely 08:00, 02:00 and 17:00 WIB. The results showed the treatment gave different results on growth in absolute wieight, growth in daily weight, growth in absolute length, growth in daily length, feed conversion ratio, and survival rate. The only way to overcome this increasing volume of plastic waste is to reduce the amount of plastic waste from its source by encouraging millennials to care about the use of goods and services. The problem in this study is to explain how the role of sustainable living of the millennial generation in plastic waste management and how the current level of sustainable living of the millennial generation. This research uses a descriptive method to describe how millennials' sustainable living in reducing plastic waste. The results show that as a form of millennial generation participation in efforts to improve the environment, millennials have implemented sustainable living in their daily lives such as using tumblers, bringing their own shopping bags, sorting waste starting from their own home environment. The current millennial generation contributes to the practice of sustainable living doing these activities without being forced. The method used at this study is “experiment” method that is a research method by holding some unit test activities to view a result which indicates of the position and relationship confirms between observed variables or be explored by taking to steps perform experiments, data collection, processing and analysis of data, make conclusions and reports. The results showed that highest growth rate produced by cruciferous Sangkuriang><Masamo the amount of 727,5 gram or amount of 1036,7% with the daily growth rate average weight 8,10%/day, which have an average length 12,25 cm/tail or 104,11% with growth rate of the average daily length 2,38/day. While the goal is to determine the optimal dose of adding egg yolk to physiological NaCl diluent media in the sperm storage process on the sperm quality of catfish (Clarias batrachus) outside the fish body. The method used in this study was the \"experimental\" method. The experiment used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the assumption that the experimental medium used was homogeneous. The results of this study proved the survival of spermatozoa of local catfish in storage. at a temperature of 50C for six days the highest was found in (P3) of 57.14% and the lowest was found in (P0) of 38.215%. ) namely the addition of 0.5 ml of egg yolk.
