Four Proposition i.e Satisfaction, Perceived value, Response to change, and trust were formed and were looked into so as to assess their role on loyalty. Hence, a qualitative approach was adopted. Thematic Analysis was carried out on the data/information retrieved through interviews. It was observed that that perceived value, resistance to change and trust have been treated as important towards members’ loyalty. However, proposition of satisfaction was given little significance. This study gives a future direction of the research in Cooperatives besides providing an insight into managerial implications of the Cooperative Organizations as service providers as well as of cooperative members.","PeriodicalId":300673,"journal":{"name":"Devotion Journal of Community Service","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123973104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Indonesia, bidara leaves are used as herbal medicine by boiling fresh leaves. The products that developed from bidara leaves are health supplements and herbal teas from bidara leaves, but scientific studies about the antioxidant compounds of bidara leaves are still limited. There are antioxidant components that are non-polar, semi-polar or polar. This study examines the polarity of antioxidant compounds in bidara leaves. In this study, bidara leaves dried with a fluidized bed dryer had better chemical and physical characteristics. The results of the extraction by using various solvents (water, ethanol, ethyl acetate, and hexane) with maceration method showed that the highest antioxidant capacity was in the ethanol fraction (p<0.05). These results were measured based on the antioxidant activity parameters that DPPH scavenging, FRAP values, total phenolic, and total flavonoids. These results indicate that most of antioxidant compounds in bidara leaves have high polarity.","PeriodicalId":300673,"journal":{"name":"Devotion Journal of Community Service","volume":"18 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123562383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results showed that the degree of political inclusivity of state apparatus in the 2015 mayoral and deputy mayoral elections was as follows: state apparatus in the election of the mayor and deputy mayor of Palu were in a neutral position, However, there are several realities where there are emotional and work relationships that are always under pressure, either directly or indirectly, making it difficult to make political decisions individually and have to be involved in the state apparatus situation itself. Reform succeeded in driving the formation of a democratic narrative and the state's commitment to meeting the human rights needs of its citizens. Democracy influenced the emergence of various social movements and civil society organizations that consistently criticized the state. Various contentious actions responded to the increasing cases of human rights violations by the post-reform state. Sekber 65 is one of the social movements that emerged at the beginning of the reformation period to try to restore the reputation of the 65’s victims and demand protection of human rights from the state for them. The contentions relationship between Sekber 65 and the state analyzes using the theory of contentious politics in social movements from Sidney Tarrow's perspective, particularly in using threats and opportunities in the cycle of contentions. This research uses qualitative methods and a case study approach. This research obtained primary data sources through in-depth interviews with Sekber 65 officials. This study found that (1) Sekber 65 emerged from post-reform democratization opportunities and continues to face threats in the form of state rejection of 65’s victims. However, Sekber 65 seeks opportunities during this lifelong threat by mobilizing a broader movement. (2) Sekber 65 has the cycle of contentions stages, creating a demobilization movement.","PeriodicalId":300673,"journal":{"name":"Devotion Journal of Community Service","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122913070","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Malaria-carrying mosquitoes of the genus Anopheles sp. One secure method of controlling the Anopheles sp. mosquito population is biological mosquito control. Since the biological method does not use chemicals but rather the phytochemicals found in plants, one of which contains compounds from the male breadfruit flower and is capable of acting as a vegetable larvicide or mosquito repellent. The aims of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of electric mosquito mats that contain male breadfruit flowers to kill or cause mosquitoes (Anopheles sp.) to die. A completely randomized design (CRD) was used for the experiment. The results showed a change in the mortality of Anopheles sp. mosquito larvae. After exposure to breadfruit flower mat doses of 0.5gr, 1gr, 1.5gr, 2gr compared to no administration. Thus, it was concluded that male breadfruit flower mats with concentrations of 0.5gr, 1gr, 1.5gr, and 2gr had an insecticidal effect on the mortality of Anopheles sp. mosquitoes. with an effective concentration of 2gr (96.5% mortality), of which 50% mortality (LC50) of Anopheles sp. larvae. This research was conducted using normative legal research methods. Based on the analysis of this problem, the PKPU process can be a solution to save the rights of concurrent creditors who have a very disadvantaged position if the debtor is declared bankrupt. Bankruptcy has the potential to be used as a shortcut for debtors to escape their obligation to pay debts. The existing regulations are also not enough to provide protection for concurrent creditors, especially for the existence of conditions of helplessness of concurrent creditors.","PeriodicalId":300673,"journal":{"name":"Devotion Journal of Community Service","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133306628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
