Penelitian dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Kota Pematangsiantar, melibatkan 146 dosen sebagai responden. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan lima pilihan jawaban. Teknik sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrumen bagi responden di luar sampel agar instrumen sahih dan reliabel. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Product Moment, dan uji reliabilitasnya dengan formula Alpha dari Cronbac. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis meliputi: uji normalitas data dan uji linieritas regresi. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 103 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Slovin, sehingga sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 82 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 4,563 + 0.621X1 + 0.468X2. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai thitung = 8,545 > ttabel = 1,990 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa variabel Promosi Media Sosial (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Nilai thitung = 4,514 > ttabel = 1,990 dan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa variabel Pelayanan Pesan Antar (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai positif Fhitung = 50,069 > Ftabel = 3,11 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya variabel promosi media sosial dan pelayanan pesan antar secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) adalah 0,748 atau 74,8%, sedangkan sisanya 25,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 5,416 + 0,587 X1 + 0,290 X2. Pada uji parsial (Uji t) variabel karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan nilai t hitung 8,336 > t tabel 2,006dan nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05dan variabel kreativitas wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,502> t tabel 2,006 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji signifikan simulatif (Uji F) variabel karakteristik wirausaha dan kreativitas wirausaha secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan nilai F hitung 78,720 > F tabel 3,18dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sampel dan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang menggunakan aplikasi Gojek di Program Studi Manajemen FEIS USM-Indonesia yang berjumlah 70 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas merek (Y) sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas merek. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh dari setiap variabel secara simultan dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Fhitung (35.809)> Ftabel (2,38) atau sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit (X2) had a positive effect on business success for MSME actors in Tanjung Morawa Village, Deli Serdang. This can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable (1.723 > 1.67528) with a significance of 5% or 0.05. Thus the decision taken is to accept the alternative hypothesis (H2) and reject the alternative hypothesis (H0). Together, the variables of charismatic leadership and entrepreneurial spirit have a significant influence on business success for MSME actors in Tanjung Morawa Village, Deli Serdang. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (4.036 > 3.17 ) with a significant value of 5% or 0.05. Thus, the decision taken is to accept the alternative hypothesis (H3) and reject the alternative hypothesis (H0). Indomarco Prismatama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques used, namely multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). With a population of 358 respondents with a tolerance limit of 10% which is calculated by the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 78 respondents by determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. From the results of multiple analysis, the equation Y = 4.945 + 0.418X1 + 0.465X2 + e. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the work environment (X1) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.436) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile for the organizational culture variable (X2), the results showed that organizational culture (X2) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.827) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. While the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) of the two independent variables on the dependent variable, the results show that together the work environment and organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of f test (89.640) > ftabel (3.12) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination reached 0.697, which means that the work environment and organizational culture variables affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama by 69.7%.
