Their thin skin structure and high respiratory activity make them susceptible to microbial contamination and rapid spoilage. Traditional preservation techniques still have limitations. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of plasma-processed air (PPA) on strawberry preservation. Methods: The efficacy of plasma-processed air generated via sliding arc discharge, with treatment times of 15 s, 30 s, and 60 s, was compared to untreated controls in terms of microbial suppression and quality preservation of fresh strawberries during cold storage. Results: PPA treatment significantly reduced surface microbial colonies, with a 60 s exposure achieving the lowest colony count (1.18 log colony-forming units (CFU)/g), representing approximately a 95% reduction compared to control (2.49 log CFU/g). While PPA exposure maintained nutritional parameters (total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acid (TA), pH, ascorbic acid (ASA)) at levels not significantly different from those of the untreated fruit (p > 0.05), PPA exposure effectively mitigated quality deterioration. PPA-treated strawberries were firmer, showed better color retention and less weight loss, maintained cell membrane integrity, and had lower ethylene production (p < 0.05). Notably, shelf-life extension was dose-dependent, reaching 15, 18, and 16 days at 4 °C for the treated strawberries (15 s, 30 s, and 60 s treatments, respectively) compared to 9 days for the untreated control fruit. Conclusion: PPA can effectively extend strawberry shelf-life by maintaining fruit quality and inactivating microorganisms. Methods: The method leverages energy transfer between microspheres and antigen-antibody interactions: DON antibodies competitively bind to DON-BSA-luminescent microspheres and DON standards/samples, with bound antibodies detected via goat anti-mouse IgG-conjugated photosensitive microspheres. Results: Results demonstrated a detection limit (LOD) of 1.03 ng/mL and quantitation limit (LOQ) of 7.57 ng/mL. Intra-/inter-batch coefficients of variation were <6.13% and 6.67%, respectively. Recovery rates in wheat, corn, and rice reached 97.52%–105.83% (relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤12.83%), with <0.21% cross-reactivity to aflatoxin B1. Compared to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), AlphaLICA showed superior sensitivity (1.03 vs. 10 ng/mL), faster detection (5 vs. 35 min), broader linear range (7.57–800 vs. 12.5–200 ng/mL), and lower variability (6.13%/6.67% vs. 8%/12%). Pearson correlation analysis confirmed a strong association with ELISA results (p < 0.001, r = 0.8374). Conclusions: The established DON-AlphaLICA method provides a simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate solution for DON detection, effectively addressing current limitations in grain safety monitoring. Die damit einhergehende Pluralität beschränkt sich nicht nur auf Herkünfte und Biografien, sondern spiegelt sich auch in Lebensentwürfen und politischen Einstellungen wider, die nicht nur demokratisch, sondern menschenverachtend-völkisch und antidemokratisch sein können. Im Projekt ReTra geht es darum, mehr über Strukturen, Akteur:innen und Aktivitäten von türkischen extrem rechten Organisationen in Bayern zu erfahren. Dabei wird der Einfluss von politischen Veränderungen in der Türkei miteinbezogen. Das Projekt leistet einen Beitrag zur Rechtsextremismusforschung unter Berücksichtigung sich aufspannender transnationaler sozialer Räume. Die qualitative Studie wird ergänzt durch einen partizipativen Forschungsansatz, in dem zivilgesellschaftlich Aktive als Co-Forschende einbezogen werden. Fortlaufend wird die Fachdiskussion mit einschlägigen Wissenschaftler:innen geführt. So entsteht ein Netzwerk, durch das ein kontinuierlicher Forschungs-Praxis Austausch ermöglicht wird.
