These included general histories, biographies, memoirs, sermons, public statements, and diaries. \u0000Results: In their efforts to oppose the American Revolution, the Loyalists relied on transactional tactics. Despite their prominence, wealth, offices, and connections, the Loyalists proved ineffective in opposing the transformational forces unleashed by the Revolution. \u0000Conclusion: While they included some of the most prominent political and religious leaders in the colonies, the Loyalists failed to stop the American Revolution, mainly due to their reliance on transactional leadership style. \u0000Recommendations: Studying the Loyalists offers insight into how transactional leadership can prove ineffective in transformational times and settings. When voters and followers demand reform, transactional leadership style and leaders who embrace it will fail to deliver. This qualitative study relied on biographies, political histories, correspondence, speeches, and other sources from the figures involved. \u0000Results: While he proposed one of the most monumental reform efforts in 18th century British politics, Bute failed to see them through thanks to his lack of experience on the political stage and other factors. Despite the findings of most historians, Bute achieved some important successes during his brief term as prime minister. \u0000Conclusion: By the metrics of Kotter’s model, Bute did not lead the change process successfully. While Bute offered a coherent change vision, relied on some excellent supporters in office and in the media, and achieved some impressive political victories, his lack of experience ensured he fell short of his stated goal of reforming British political culture and government. \u0000Recommendations: With Bute tackling many of the same issues that current leaders face, more study is needed of this important British political leader. The Collection of the data was through key informant interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from library research materials, internet search and document analysis. The researcher used descriptive and content analysis techniques to analyze the data. Simple random sampling was used in selecting participants from Nairobi City residents. The target population was 4,397,073 Nairobi City County Residents and 635 Staff of the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation; two departments were targeted in the Ministry i.e. The Water, Sewerage and Sanitation Development department and The Water Infrastructure Development Department which has a total of 168 in-post staff. \u0000Results: The study found that the components of commercialization of water greatly influences the quality control and equal access to water by the residents. These components are procurement practices, standardization machinery, and the supervision mandate by governmental agencies i.e. WASREB (Water Services Regulatory Board) and WARMA (Water Resources Management Authority). The study concludes that having good procurement practices in place, fosters integrity and professionalism in private water service provision. \u0000Recommendations: There is need for the government through its approved agencies WASREB and WARMA, to tailor-make policies that would better suit the unique Kenyan societies’ informal service providers, instead of unifying them all to be governed by a single policy. There is need to ensure private water service vendors provide quality and affordable services set out by government and its agencies. The government ought to thoroughly investigate the private water enterprises that have applied to be licensed to provide water services; not just at the national level but also the small-scale water kiosks-ought to be thoroughly scrutinized. The governmental agency WASREB ought to conduct more impromptu checks on WSPs (Water Service Providers) as opposed to only limiting itself to doing quarterly checks and visits.

Regression coefficients underscore the robustness of CBC headteachers' task-related leadership competencies, encompassing accountability, creativity, diversity promotion, culture shaping, and strategic planning. Challenges in change management highlight areas necessitating targeted professional development. A negative coefficient for the work environment implies an inverse relationship with organizational effectiveness in terms of stakeholder involvement. The F-statistic tests the overall model significance, yielding p-values of 0.0001 and 0.0000 for Models 1 and 2, respectively. \u0000Conclusion: These results prompt rejection of the null hypothesis, confirming the overall model significance. Furthermore, the coefficients for TR_competencies and WE_index are statistically significant at the 0.01 level, affirming their individual impact. \u0000Recommendations: This study recommends that the CBC Education Department should engage comprehensive strategy to bring about organisational effectiveness in the primary schools. That strategy should involve targeted professional development for headteachers on key leadership competencies, simultaneous improvements in the physical work environment, and stronger stakeholder engagement strategies. To take part in the study, all 25 of the principals from the sampled schools were specifically chosen. 270 instructors were chosen at random to participate in the survey, for a total of 295 respondents. The study employed questionnaires as the main tool for data collection. Before data collection, a pilot study was conducted in two schools from Addis Ababa to pre- test the instruments. \u0000Results: The survey found that the majority of Addis Ababa's teachers used democratic and laissez-faire methods. However, a sizeable percentage of the instructors said that the principals exhibited autocratic leadership, which is disheartening. This is because principals stifled teachers' opinions and they felt excluded from participation in decision-making at the school. Additionally, the survey discovered that democratic leadership was most frequently favored by teachers, followed by laissez-faire and authoritarian leadership. \u0000Conclusion: The study comes to the conclusion on that hat the principal’s activities show how his or her leadership style.
