The sample of the study was made up of people who volunteered to participate in the study via e-mail and other online platforms (eg Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). The study was conducted with 125 participants (49.6% female, 50.4% male) who met the inclusion criteria of the study. \"Social Demography Questionnaire\", \"Physical Activity Scale-2\" and \"International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form\" were used to collect data. Language, content, and equivalent forms validity and test-retest reliability methods were used in the validity-reliability analysis of the scale. As a result of the analysis of the Likert scoring for the scale items, the item content validity value of the scale was between 0.8 and 1.0, and the scale content validity value was found to be 0.92. As a result of the equivalent forms analysis, it was seen that there was a medium effect level correlation between FAÖ-2 and the Short Form of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (r = 0.576). As a result of the test-retest reliability analysis of the scale, a correlation value with a high effect was obtained (r = 0.814).
