When storytellers, novelists, playwrights and essayists are added, the number will increase even more. After the constitution of Republic of Turkish, the place of Mevlâna in the Turkish literature has not yet been researched about literary genres. The subject remains like a virgin field and awaits researchers who will be interested in master's and doctoral levels. The first concept to come to the fore in these studies will be “tradition”. Considering the revolution poetry, revolutionary poetry and tradition poetry, which found their expression in the first half of the Turkish poetry of the Republican period, it can be guessed that the poets who see Mevlâna and his Mesnevi as a source are mainly clustered in the third group. In the theoretical writings of some great poets who grew up in this period, a distinctive feature of poetry was “continuity”. “Continuity” finds its expression in the Nas USOBED (Uluslararası Batı Karadeniz Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler Dergisi) 2021, 5(2): 219-235 220 poetry of the tradition that connects the past, state and future. Also, it was investigated whether burnout has a mediating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. Within the scope of the research, a questionnaire prepared using work-family conflict, burnout, job satisfaction scale and demographic variables was applied to private sector employees living in Düzce. Survey data were collected through social media with snowball sampling method. In this context, 356 of the obtained questionnaires were suitable for evaluation. In the research, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were performed in order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, it was found that work-family conflict and burnout negatively affect job satisfaction; it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between work-family conflict and burnout. Trade methods, ways of doing business, consumer habits and shopping preferences, values and lifestyles have been radically changed and reshaped. In this study, it was observed how and in what direction brands move in pandemic days. Secondary data utilized were collected from pictures, videos, caps, comments, and similar sources shared on social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.) and other communication sources. It has been tried to reveal how brands support the society they serve in the Corona virus epidemic, how they help raise awareness and what they aim to do while again. As a result of the study, it has been claimed that all the communication and promotion activities that brands have made to raise awareness in order not to spread the virus have an appreciation, but nevertheless, it is aimed to be one of the few “good brands” that are remembered in the memories of consumers after the days of this pandemic. Because, considering the brands and the companies that stand behind them are mainly profit-making organizations, it can be met as a normal situation to pursue the objectives such as financial return, market share increase and positive positioning of all communication and promotion activities. In Turkey, transition to liberal economy has accelerated during the rule of Motherland Party (ANAP) and has taken important steps in the name of decreasing centralism and strengthening the local governments. At this period when privatization methods were executed in local public services, the economic dimension of decentralization came to the fore. During the rule of Justice and Development Party (AK Party), which came to power in 2002, the public administration reform, based on the foundation of new public administration approach, has continued. The decentralization efforts have proceeded with legislative arrangements, different methods, and executions.
