In the research process of this article, algorithm uses the idea of genetic system programming paradigm to derive characters in the initial system, while the initial L system operates a set of actual related parameter strings represented by letters to expand the grammar. There are core innovations as follows. (1) The random optimization algorithm is only required to know the unbiased estimation of the gradient of the objective function, especially for machine learning problem of finite samples. Hence, it is extended into higher complexity. (2) The random optimization method only needs to calculate the gradient of the objective function, it is therefore used to enhance the overall efficiency. The vegetation analysis in a region for a particular period of time to process a large amount of data is remaining as a bottleneck and involves a series of timeconsuming steps that delay the output. To overcome this challenge, this study aims to automate the process and estimate the area of sparse and dense vegetation of a certain area of interest and to assess the vegetation dynamics in this region by using the Sentinel-2 data. Python with its opensource libraries are utilized for downloading and processing the satellite data. Mandal (sub-district) level Mean NDVI, area under sparse and dense vegetation are estimated at the peak vegetative growth stage in Rabi season (February) from 2017 to 2020. In the assessment of satellite data, it was observed that the Godavari delta region has shown a decrease in the sparse vegetative area (11094 ha.) and an increase in dense vegetation area (3272 ha.) in 2018 as compared with 2019 assessment. However, in the Krishna delta region, it was observed that the sparse vegetation area was decreased (90600 ha) and an increased dense area (161915 ha.) in 2020 as compared with 2017. The average age of nephropathy for humans lies between 48-70 years. CKD is more prevalent among males than females. Bitterly, India ranks among top 17 countries in CKD since 2015, which is characterized by a gradual loss of excretory organ performance over time. Earlier detection of the illness followed by treatment could keep this dreaded disease at the shore. Machine Learning, is making sensible applications in the areas such as analyzing medical science outcomes, sleuthing fraud etc. For the prediction of chronic diseases various machine learning algorithms are implemented.Our main aim is to differentiate the performance of various machine learning algorithms that are primarily based on its accuracy. This research work has idolized Rcode to compare their performance. A novel framework based on part-of-speech tagging, word frequency statistics, and document clustering is proposed for extracting information and generating knowledge graphs from a selfcurated corpus of wildfire-related research work abstracts. The proposed method is capable of capturing a wide range of insightful information from the self-generated domain-specific corpus. Systemic engineering practices, such as strategies for wildfire mitigation by electric utilities has been included as a case study in this paper. This paper proposes an idea for processing the document image in its compressed version by particularly focusing on how content matching and structural analysis can be performed in the compressed representation of document image. This gives an insight on the importance of processing document images in its compressed domain. Due to the exponential growth of data, the data is stored in compressed form. There is an actual need for investigating further research from the perspective of dealing directly with the compressed representation of document images as a remedy to the ever-increasing big data-related challenges. This paper also discusses the various applications of document images and opens up the challenges faced by the researchers in addressing these applications.
