Misi tradisional agama-agama modern selama ini cenderung memusnahkan agama dan budaya lokal karena dianggap sebagai penghalang penyebaran agama-agama modern itu. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak resistensi dari masyarakat lokal (insider) terhadap tuntutan agama modern seperti itu. Mereka merasa tercabut dari akar kehidupan mereka. Akibat lebih lanjut adalah iman mereka pun dangkal-dangkal saja, selain misi ditolak. Banyak orang memeluk agama-agama modern hanya karena tuntutan sosial dan administrasi pemerintahan, bukan karena suatu pengakuan akan iman agama-agama modern. Cara bermisi seperti inilah yang saya lihat kurang pas. Penelitian ini mencoba menggunakan paham-paham dan upacara-upacara budaya khususnya dalam hal kematian sebagai wadah misi (evangelisasi), dan tidak dilihat sebagai penghalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dalam mengumpulkan data, sementara pembahasannya menggunakan metode kualitatif etnografis (deskriptif). Tujuan jangka panjang dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menjadi pedoman pastoral untuk evangelisasi iman kristiani di Sumba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat profil tingkat kemampuan Literasi sains dasar dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis siswa SMP di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat (KSB) dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan literasi sains dasar dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. 347 siswa dijadikan subjek penelitian untuk pengukuran tingkat literasi sains dasar dan 333 siswa dijadikan subjek penelitian dalam pengukuran kecenderungan berpikir kritis. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes literasi sains dasar dan tes kecenderungan berpikir kritis. Untuk mengetahui profil literasi sains dasar dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis siswa, data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data mengenai hubungan antara tingkat literasi sains dasar dengan kecenderungan berpikir kritis siswa dianalisis Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. To overcome this, teachers should be able to create learning that involves students actively so that student achievement could increase. One of them was by applying cooperative learning model of Group Investigation type. Therefore, a classroom action research is conducted to increase the activity and learning achievement of students of 10th of SMA (senior high school) Muhammadiyah Mataram academic year 2012/2013 on logarithmic material by applying cooperative type model of investigation group. This study was conducted in two cycles with each cycle consisting of three meetings. The success indicator of this research is the increasing of student activity activity at least active categorized and experiencing the increase of the average score from cycle to cycle two and student achievement increase if classical completeness of each cycle is classically at least 85% and reaches the average value of at least 70. Result research showed the student's learning achievement increases but has not yet reached a classical mastery. Therefore in this study wanted to know the state of the capacity of communities and the factors that affect the sustainability of the waste water sanitation technologies that can be determined in accordance with regional technology studies. Some of the factors that capacity factors examined include institutional, economic, environmental, technical, and socio cultural. To know this, do data collection using questionnaires and field observations. Next, will be analyzed by descriptive, crostab, and Analytical Hierarcy Proscess (AHP) to determine the priority factors and sub- factors that affect the sustainability of sanitation to obtain the most suitable sanitation technologies from the descriptive analysis showed that 50 % of respondents do not have sanitation facilities and conduct defecation gratuitous (BABS) in the garden and clean themselves using leaf litter. Crostab analysis can be seen that there is a relationship between level of education and income against WC ownership, how to clean themselves, and acceptance of the technology offered. AHP analysis which provides results that the most influential factor in the choice of sanitation technology is a technical factor. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didikkelas X SMA se-Kecamatan Kota Tambolaka Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yangberjumlah 60 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metodekuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan teknik korelasiProduct Moment dari Pearson. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumusAlpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson dan teknik analisis korelasi yang dilanjutkan dengananalisis regresi dengan tingkat signifikansi hasil analisis ditentukan sebesar5%. Data prestasi belajar yang diambil dari hasil tes butir soal prestasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antaraminat belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMA se-Kecamatan KotaTambolaka tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Dimana dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 3SMA yang diteliti yakni: SMA Alfonsus, SMA Marapati, dan SMA PGRI. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah charger handphone panel surya ini praktis digunakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Prosedur yang digunakan dimulai dari mencari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, uji coba produk, revisi desain, revisi produk, dan produk massal. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna charger handphone panel surya di rumah diskusi STKIP Weetebula. Di bimbing oleh Dr. Amiruddin, M.si, dan Desak Made Anggraeni, M.Pd.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal buatan guru fisika SMP Se-kecamatan Loura untuk ujian akhir semester genap tahun ajaran 2015/2016, jika ditinjau dari aspek validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda.Hasil analisis tersebut menggambarkan bahwa soal-soal tersebut didominasi pada analisis validitas, untuk SMPK St. Paulus Karuni dengan presentase yang diperoleh 50% (sangat rendah), 20% (rendah), 20% (cukup), dan 10 % (sangat tinggi). Untuk SMP Satap Gokat dengan presentase yang diperoleh 30% (sangat rendah), 20% (rendah), 15% (cukup) dan 35% (tinggi). Sedangkan untuk SMP Satap Katewel dengan presentase yang diperoleh 35 % (sangat rendah), 20% (rendah), 15% (cukup) dan 35% (tinggi) jadi secara umum memiliki tingkat kesukaran yang belum berimbang, reliabilitas dengan memiliki kategori tinggi untuk SMPK St.Paulus Karuni dengan nilai 9,303, untuk SMP Satap Gokata 0,976 sedangkan SMP Satap Katewel 0,850. Tingkat kesukaran untuk SMPK St.Paulus Karuni, dengan memiliki kategori sedang 65% dan sukar 35%, SMP Satap Gokat memiliki kategori sedang 80% dan sukar 20%, untuk SMP Satap Katewel memiliki kategori sedang 95% dan sukar 5%, daya pembeda untuk SMPK St.Paulus Karuni memiliki kategori jelek (50%), 15%(baik) dan 35% (baik sekali), SMP Satap Gokata memiliki kategori jelek (30%), 40% (cukup), 5% (baik) dan 25% (baik sekali). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket dari variabel motivasi dan variabel kedisiplinan, sedangkan berupa tes tertulis dari hasil belajar dengan jumlah soal masing-masing variabel 30 nomor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada uji korelasi korelasi antara motivasi (X1) terhadap hasil belajar fisika(Y). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, diperoleh bahwa rhitung = 0,326 lebih besar dari rtabel = 0,294. Hal ini menunjukkan bahawa Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara motivasi (x1) terhadap hasil belajar fisika (Y). Sedangkan, perhitungan pengujian korelasi antara kedisiplinan (X2) terhadap hasil belajar fisika (Y) maka diperoleh rhitung = 0,169 lebih kecil dari rtabel = 0,294. The paper starts with Tuckmans model, which is known as a traditional model of team development. In 1965, Tuckman stated that an organization that would like to accomplish its goal through teamwork followed four main stages of team development, which he named as forming, storming, norming and performing. In 1977, Tuckman and Mary Ann Jansen added a fifth stage named adjourning. In 2011, Edison assessed that Tuckmans model could be further developed. Tuckman's traditional model is needed for understanding a team's basic functional stages, but his model needs to be expanded for greater understanding of team development, especially during a team's dysfunctional phases. This articleidentifies one phase of team development that complements the classic five phases developed by Tuckman. To reach the objectives of a project team, it is important to understand and review thedysfunctional phases (conforming and deforming) that a team encounters so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken to aid a team in becoming high-performing.Based on the analysis of those two models, this article explains the integration of these models when applied by STKIP Weetebula team when working on improving the learning process. The main goal of the team is developing and implementing a new subject on the curriculum of all study programs of STKIP Weetebula, Sumba, Indonesia. The new subject is named as SPS (Seminar-Praktek-Sekolah/Seminar-Practice-Schools). The team has started to work from August 2016 to August 2017. The team has designed an action planning for SPS and has implemented it in March 2017. The team consists of 2 pedagogical advisors/facilitator from Germany, 6 STKIP lecturers, and 1 staff member. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana peneliti menggambarkan fenomena yang diamati dengan lebih detail menggunakan data-data berupa data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri di Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 295 guru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari jumlah guru SMK Negeri di Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 75 guru dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling.
