In this study, BAL samples were taken from the lungs of cows, pigs, rabbits, goats, and sheep. The quantitative analysis of smears of these samples stained by Giemsa methods showed that the main type of cells in BAL is alveolar macrophages (AM). Within the framework of this research, it was observed that lymphocytes and myeloid cells are also present in BAL. According to morphological analysis of alveolar macrophages in smears the highest percentage of activated cells was in BAL of rabbits while the lowest in BAL of cows.","PeriodicalId":296298,"journal":{"name":"The Electronic Journal of Natural Science","volume":"14 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123512597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The total contents of 6 microelements: Pb, Cd, Ni, Zn, Cu, Mo in plant material were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (A Analyst 800, Perkin Elmer, USA). The research results have proved that metal concentrations in the needles of evergreen trees are variable depending on a vegetation period and disposition relative to roads with heavy traffic and industrial pollution sources. The concentrations of the studied elements in the needles did not exceed the standard values both in summer and winter, except Mo, which was high in both species nearby industrial pollution sources. The total average contents of metals in the needles increase in winter.","PeriodicalId":296298,"journal":{"name":"The Electronic Journal of Natural Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128653977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is a very limited use of biological quality elements in monitoring of the ecological status of surface waters due in part to a lack of studies on their reflection towards different stressors. Thus, the aim of the study was to estimate the structural changes of benthic macroinvertebrates and macrophytes under the influence of the mineral water flux. The hyperlocal studies have been conducted in the area where the single stressor is mineral water. The results have shown that benthic macro invertebrates are more sensitive towards mineral water flux than macrophytes which allowed also to conclude on the higher efficiency of use of macrophytes in the estimation of water trophic status in case of mixed effects of organic pollution and mineral waters.","PeriodicalId":296298,"journal":{"name":"The Electronic Journal of Natural Science","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126712276","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
