Efforts that can be made to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 include increasing the body's immune system by consuming herbs from a mixture of ginger and turmeric. The chemical content of herbs and turmeric is believed to be able to increase the body's immune system and have the same efficacy when consuming vitamin C. To facilitate the presentation process, these ginger and turmeric rhizomes need to be made in instant herbal preparations. For this reason, this community service activity was carried out to provide knowledge on the processing of ginger and turmeric into instant herbal medicine so that they could provide added value to the residents of Kemaduh village, Nganjuk. This activity was carried out by providing training to 8 residents who were willing and then the results of the instant herbal medicine were distributed to the residents to get an assessment both in terms of appearance and taste. Of the 8 participants who took part in the training on processing ginger and turmeric instant herbs, it was found that 100% were very knowledgeable about processing ginger and turmeric instant herbs. And for the assessment of taste, from 14 respondents 64.29% answered good and 35.71% answered very well. And in terms of appearance, 21.43% answered well and 78.57% answered very well. Based on the results above, it is known that the training participants understand the method of making ginger and turmeric instant herbal medicine and the public likes the results of this instant herbal medicine.Pandemi covid-19 memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap pola hidup manusia. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah penularan covid-19 ini diantaranya meningkatkan sistem imun tubuh dengan mengkonsumsi jamu dari campuran jahe dan kunyit. Kandungan kimia pada jamu dan kunyit diyakini dapat meningkatkan sistem imun tubuh dan khasiatnya sama saat mengkonsumsi vitamin C. untuk memberi mempermudah dalam proses penyajian maka rimpang jahe dan kunyit ini perlu dibuat dalam sediaan jamu instan. Karena inilah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberi pengetahuan terhadap pengolahan jahe dan kunyit menjadi jamu instan sehingga dapat memberi nilai guna lebih terhadap warga desa Kemaduh, Nganjuk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberi pelatihan kepada 8 orang warga yang bersedia dan selanjutnya hasil dari jamu instannya di bagikan kewarga untuk mendapatkan penilaian baik dari segi penampilan maupun rasanya. Dari  8 peserta yang ikut pelatihan pengolahan jamu instan jahe dan kunyit didapatkan 100% sangat paham dalam hal pengolahan jamu instan jahe dan kunyit. Dan untuk penilaian terhadap rasa, dari 14 responden 64,29% menjawab baik dan 35,71% menjawab sangat baik. Dan untuk dari segi penampilan 21,43% menjawab baik dan 78,57% menjawab sangat baik. Brides-to-be need to prepare reproductive health both in the bride and in the bride-to-be, so that after marriage can have a good health status in order to produce a quality generation. This service aims to increase knowledge, awareness, willingness and ability of the bride and groom to prevent the risk of pregnancy. The method used is to provide counseling to 10 respondents while  keeping their distance. Counseling is delivered with the theme of preventing the risk of pregnancy in brides-to-be with health education through booklet media. The results of the counseling showed a significant increase in public understanding of the problem from 48.15% to 87.35%. More than 90% of HIV-infected infants are infected by HIV-positive mothers. Transmission can occur during pregnancy, during delivery and during breastfeeding. This service aims to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about preventing HIV transmission from mother to child. The method used is to provide health promotion to 15 pregnant women. Health promotion was delivered with the theme of preventing HIV transmission from mother to child through booklets. The results of the counseling showed that there was a significant increase in the understanding of pregnant women about preventing HIV transmission from mother to child from 43.5% to 80.25%. Based on these results, it is expected that the knowledge of pregnant women about preventing HIV transmission from mother to child will increase so that it can affect the attitude of pregnant women to the problem and ultimately be able to reduce morbidity and mortality in pregnant women.Keywords: pregnant women, health promotion, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PPIA)                                                                                                                                              ABSTRAK  Kasus ibu hamil yang positif HIV-AIDS meningkat dari tahun 2017-2020. Lebih dari 90% bayi terinfeksi HIV tertular dari ibu HIV positif. Penularan tersebut dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan, saat persalinan dan selama menyusui. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan promosi kesehatan kepada 15 ibu hamil. Promosi kesehatan disampaikan dengan tema pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak melalui media booklet. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak  43,5% menjadi 80,25%. Explore the level of doubt and confidence of vaccination target participants based on the 5C framework: confidence (confidence), complacency (complacency), convenience / constraints (ease / constraints), calculation of risk (calculation of risk), and collective responsibility (group responsibility)). Namun, penerapan protokol kesehatan seperti perilaku PHBS termasuk pemakaian APD, cuci tangan, pengaturan jaga jarak, dan fasilitas untuk cuci tangan masih kurang penerapannya. Maka, diperlukan langkah strategis melalui pengabdian masyarakat berbasis penyuluhan kepada guru dan peserta didik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada 18 sampai 21 November 2021, meliputi beberapa tahapan antara lain studi pendahuluan, observasi sarana prasarana pendukung penerapan protokol kesehatan, observasi perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan, identifikasi permasalahan, penyuluhan kesehatan, dan penyuluhan terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan dalam masa pandemik COVID-19 di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan selama masa penerapan tatap muka proses belajar mengajar, belum ditemukan kasus yang terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19. Kemudian dilakukan diskusi dan koordinasi serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada Dinas kesehatan Lombok timur, Puskesmas Sukaraja dan Kepala sekolah SDN Sukaraja 02 terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah. The Covid-19 outbreak is a stressor for health workers and the community. Psychosocial problems caused have a wider and longer impact than physical injuries, while attention to mental health is not a priority for handling health problems during the COVID-19 pandemic. Common responses from affected people (directly or indirectly) include fear of falling ill and dying, not wanting to come to health care facilities for fear of being infected while being treated, fear of losing their livelihood, not being able to work during isolation and being expelled from work. Then, they are also afraid of being ostracized by the community/quarantining because they are associated with disease (such as racism because they are considered to come from an affected place), feel powerless to protect loved ones, fear losing loved ones, afraid of being separated from loved ones and influence due to quarantine rules. In addition, people also refuse to take care of young children who are alone or separated, people with disabilities, or elderly for fear of infection because their parents or caregivers are quarantined, feel helpless, bored, lonely, and depressed while isolated, and afraid of experiencing previous outbreaks. One of the obstacles that often occurs is the lack of students' ability to manage research reference sources. This activity is a training given to final year students at Program Studi Kebidanan Kediri. The theme of the activity is the use of the Zotero application to manage research reference sources. The purpose of this activity is to increase students' understanding of managing research reference sources using the Zotero application. Activities are held online. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding about the use of this application and the majority of participants' understanding was in a good category, the impact of this activity was that 100% of participants were by managing references with a bibliography in their scientific writings. It is necessary to develop similar training for students to strengthen their scientific body to support the preparation of scientific papers. ABSTRAKBerbagai kendala dapat dialami  mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan karya tulis ilmiah. Salah satu kendala yang sering terjadi adalah kurangnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola sumber rujukan penelitian. Kegiatan ini merupakan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Kebidanan Kediri. Adapun tema kegiatannya adalah penggunaan aplikasi zotero untuk mengelola sumber rujukan penelitian. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mengelola sumber rujukan penelitian dengan menggunakan aplikasi zotero. Kegiatan diselenggarakan secara daring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman tentang penggunaan aplikasi ini dan mayoritas pemahaman peserta berada pada kategori baik, dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah 100% peserta sesuai dalam mengelola rujukan dengan daftar pustaka pada karya tulis ilmiahnya. Pendidikan kesehatan seks bebas pada remaja dilakukan di SMK NU Sunan Giri Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang. SMK NU Sunan Giri berlokasi di Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kepanjen, Ngadilangkung, Kec. Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Sasaran pendidikan kesehatan adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK NU Sunan Giri Kepanjen berjumlah 36 siswa. Berdasarkan table hasil dapat diketahui bahwa 21 dari 36 siswa tidak pernah, 12 dari 36 siswa jarang dan 3 dari 36 siswa selalu membicarakan topik seksual. Pada table pengalaman pribadi, sebanyak 21 siswa jarang berfantasi seksual terhadap lawan jenis dan 19 dari 36 siswa jarang berpegangan tangan bahkan 11 siswa selalu berpegangan tangan ketika bersama. Ditingkat yang lebih tinggi terdapat 1 siswa telah melakukan pelukan, 6 siswa telah cium pipi dan 1 siswa cium bibir. Hal ini menandakan terjadinya seks bebas pada remaja walaupun mencapai intercouse atau berhubungan suami istri. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa telah memahami materi terkait seks bebas yang telah disampaikan. Pengabdian masyakarat dilaksanakan pada kelas ibu hamil yang merupakan sarana untuk belajar bersama tentang kesehatan bagi ibu hamil, dalam bentuk tatap muka. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagai upaya meningkatkan status kesehatan ibu hamil. Metode yang akan dilaksanakan pada kegiatan ini adalah identifikasi pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang senam hamil kemudian melakukan pelatihan pengetahuan pada ibu hamil tentang senam hamil dan melaksanaan bersama dalam kelas ibu hamil. Toxic relationships can be avoided through increased knowledge. Mental health education online is a form of mental health promotion given to adolescents. Teenagers are the target of online mental health promotion, considering the ease of using webinar platforms. One of the tasks of adolescent development is to form mature interpersonal relationships. Mental health promotion about toxic relationships is essential for adolescents to avoid unhealthy interpersonal relationships and ultimately interfere with health. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of adolescents in realizing healthy interpersonal relationships and preventing toxic interpersonal relationships. Activities are carried out online through media zoom. The method used is providing mental health education through lectures, leaflets about toxic relationships, discussions and questions and answers at the end of the activity. Participants also filled out the pretest and posttest. The number of participants was 43 teenagers (9% male and 91% female), aged between 14-21 years, with 95% education. In the activity results, there was a significant change in knowledge, were previously given education, the mean was 55.47, and after being given, it became the mean 77.91.
