Faced with the recent influx of migration, pastoral care for migrants has become a pressing issue. Depending on the different objects and circumstances, a number of difficulties and challenges are posed, especially for young people – a vital component of society and the Church. What do they need? What are the most effective solutions to support their spiritual lives? Do đó, ngang qua bài nghiên cứu, nhóm muốn gợi lên cho mọi người một số thao thức để từ đó nâng đỡ và đồng hành với người trẻ trong đời sống cầu nguyện, để từ đó chính các bạn sẽ là chứng nhân cho Tin Mừng của Chúa Kitô ngay giữa cuộc sống đời thường.\u0000Abstract\u0000The purpose of this research is to help people have an objective view of the current state of prayer life among some young Catholic groups operating in the Archdiocese of Saigon. Most young people still consider prayer to be an important and indispensable practice of faith in the life of a Christian. Although greatly affected by society with the increasing trend of secularization, many young people still seem to be urged to meet a Transcendent Being, who is the God of Love. However, there are still difficulties both external and internal for young people in practicing their faith life through prayer. Cách riêng trong Phụng vụ Thánh lễ, được Giáo Hội quy định tại Sách Lễ Rôma, thinh lặng có mặt ở bốn khía cạnh căn bản: trong Nghi thức Thống hối, sau khi nghe công bố Lời Chúa, sau Hiệp lễ, và sau mỗi lời mời cầu nguyện. Thinh lặng trong mỗi khía cạnh có những nội dung và ý nghĩa riêng biệt của nó. Do đó, thinh lặng là điều bất di bất dịch trong phụng vụ cũng đồng nghĩa dành cho cộng đoàn tham dự. Không chỉ như vậy, thinh lặng còn giúp cho các thành phần khác trong phụng vụ được hiệp nhất trong cùng một cử hành, bởi nhờ thinh lặng, chúng ta được Chúa Thánh Thần uốn nắn, để có thể cử hành Phụng vụ cách sốt sắng, ý nghĩa hơn và Lời Chúa âm vang một cách sống động cũng như sống lại trong trí lòng của chúng ta hơn. Vì vậy, chúng ta cần tôn trọng và ý thức trong việc giữ các khoảnh khắc thinh lặng trong các cử hành Phụng vụ. Thiên Chúa nói với chúng ta không chỉ qua Lời của Ngài nhưng còn qua sự thinh lặng trong Phụng vụ, cách riêng Phụng vụ Thánh lễ. Có như thế, con người mới có thể tìm thấy sự viên mãn trong tình yêu của Thiên Chúa và trong sự nên một với Ngài (Agostino).\u0000Abstract\u0000The article focuses on the importance of silence in the Holy Mass and the current situation in religious communities and parishes in Saigon. Through a survey of 100 people, the majority (85%) recognize the importance of maintaining silence during the Holy Mass. However, only 60% actually adhere to it. The identified reasons are external noise, the habit of using phones, and the lack of awareness among some attendees. To improve this situation, the article proposes solutions such as strengthening the dissemination of the importance of silence, implementing measures to remind people to maintain order and reduce noise, and encouraging the faithful to cultivate internal silence to facilitate focus during the Holy Mass. The author asserts that silence is a crucial factor in creating a sacred and reverent atmosphere for the Holy Mass. Chiêm niệm được định nghĩa như một hành động đức tin hướng đến sự kết hợp mật thiết với Thiên Chúa, bao gồm việc nhìn ngắm Thiên Chúa và những gì thuộc về Người với lòng yêu mến thiết tha. Hai hình thức chiêm niệm chính được phân biệt: chiêm niệm tự nhiên tập trung vào các thụ tạo và chiêm niệm siêu nhiên hướng đến Thiên Chúa. Linh đạo I-nhã đặc biệt chú trọng đến việc sử dụng trí tưởng tượng trong chiêm niệm để thao viên kết nối sâu sắc hơn với Thiên Chúa. Contemplation is defined as an act of faith aimed at intimate union with God, including contemplating God and what belongs to Him with ardent love. Two main forms of contemplation are distinguished: natural contemplation focused on creatures and supernatural contemplation focused on God. Ignatian spirituality emphasizes the use of imagination in contemplation to facilitate a deeper connection with God. The article also emphasizes the close relationship between contemplation and action: Contemplation is not only an interior act, but also motivates people to engage in the world with love. The ultimate purpose of contemplation is to achieve love for God and neighbor. Thật vậy Kinh Thánh là nơi ưu tuyển cho việc gặp gỡ giữa Thiên Chúa và con người. Heschel writes: \"The Bible does not only speak of man's search for God, but also describes God's pursuit of man\" (reference omitted). That is why Scripture can touch the deepest chords of our being and penetrate the most mysterious recesses of our lives. By learning these valuable lessons, families can build a happier home life and guide their children towards living according to God's will in today's challenging world.  Ultimately, this research hopes to contribute to a stronger Church by fostering more dedicated Christians, with a particular focus on encouraging generous young people to embrace a consecrated vocation. However, using the Internet without knowledge and consideration can have negative impacts on personal development and learning, especially for students from different schools, resulting in consequences such as lazy thinking and work distraction. Cùng với đó, tầm quan trọng của việc cầu nguyện là điều không thể phủ nhận, cho dù đó là hình thức cầu nguyện chung của cả cộng đoàn hay riêng tư của từng cá nhân. Từ thực tế đó, đề tài nghiên cứu về đời sống cầu nguyện riêng của các tu sĩ sinh viên được thực hiện trong môi trường Học viện Thánh Anphongsô nhằm mục đích thấy được sự ưu tiên việc cầu nguyện riêng của người tu sĩ đang trong giai đoạn học tập, qua đó nhấn mạnh được tầm quan trọng của việc cầu nguyện riêng đối với mọi người mà cách riêng là những người bước theo Đức Ki-tô trong đời sống thánh hiến.\u0000Abstract\u0000When it comes to prayer, there are many definitions and various forms, but all aim to express the relationship between humans and God. Alongside this, the importance of prayer is undeniable, whether it's the collective prayer of the community or the private prayer of individuals. This becomes even clearer and more crucial for those living a consecrated life. However, to persevere and remain faithful in prayer is not simple, as it always presents ongoing challenges.
