In solving this problem a significant place belongs to corn. Corn is a culture unlimited possibilities in productivity and in use. The aim of our research is to create a universal unit for planting crops in different ways and with different technological requirements. The question changing the market conditions for grain and niche production is constantly relevant. And under each culture there is a set of technics. Buying technics for all crops is economically unprofitable. It is a big expense. Also, the issue of loading technics is relevant - increasing the coefficient of time use change. To create a prototype corn sowing machine, we converted the sowing machine SZ-3.6 from the trailer to the haul, using a 100/100 square profile pipe for the frame, a hub from the cultivator KRN-5,4, which has mounted stars for the drive of the seeding machines and wheels radius 16 with KPS-4. In order to ensure the appropriate width of the row spacing, the number of shoots was changed from 24 to 15 and the width of the row spacing from 15 cm to 17.5 cm was changed, which enabled the unit to be used for sowing both corn and corn with an intermediate row of 70 cm. Also, for four cultivators on distance of 70 cm, closers and crochet wheels are installed [1, 3]. During the research it was found that the corn sowing rate for grain in the range of 65-75 thousand seeds per hectare per stem develops \"one and a half corncobs\". This leads to poor harvest quality and negatively affects its quantitative indices - yield. At the expense of increasing the seed rate to 85 thousand seeds per hectare, one stalk develops on one stalk, which is filled with quality seeds and yields from such a stem increases by 8-12%.","PeriodicalId":294976,"journal":{"name":"Bìoresursi ì prirodokoristuvannâ","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121947787","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem of food safety one of the components of national security. The State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection controls the level of food safety through state annual monitoring in order to confirm the safety of products of animal origin, which exported and produced in Ukraine. Monitoring researches are divided into two state programs: state monitoring of residues of veterinary drugs and contaminants in food of animal origin; state monitoring of animal and poultry diseases of contagious etiology. The purpose of the annual monitoring is control the use of prohibited substances, compliance with the rules of used veterinary drugs, monitoring the spread of environmental pollutants and confirmed the health and welfare of animals, unprocessed food and other food products of animal origin that are subject to processing and human consumption. The monitoring of residues is based on the identification of the causes of their entry into food products, not for the fact of detecting an excess of residual quantities of the substance that is expected to investigate every case of non-compliance. Council Directive 96/23/EC “On measures to monitor certain substances and residues thereof in live animals and animal products” [1] provided that Ukraine should develop its own national plan for monitoring groups of substances being analyzed. The presence of pure cultures makes it possible to identify biosynthetic activity of metabolic products, identifying their degree of parasitism and resistance to fungicides, implementation of population and comparative studies of different isolates. In this regard, intensity research of growth and development of mycelium and variability processes and morphological and culture characteristics of Phomopsis helianthi in different culture agar is relevant. The aim of study was to examine influence of culture agar on the growth and development of fungus . Isolation of the fungus Phomopsis helianthi in pure culture and its identification was performed according to standard techniques. In particular, selected stalks of sunflowers with phomopsis symptoms, cut them into 5-10 mm fragments, were sterilized in 96° alcohol and placed in Petri dishes on the surface of potato-glucose environment. In the future prepared material were incubated in the thermostat for two weeks. Nutrient environments was prepared according to standard formulations. In further studies we used the following nutrient environments: potato-glucose agar (CCA), sunflower seed agar (MA), oatmeal agar (VA), Wednesday Capek (H), carrot agar (MA), bean agar (CA), hungry agar (HA). For inoculation of substrates used culture 2 weeks of age. The mycelia were sown in Petri dishes in the center of surface in dense nutrient environment by small piece of inoculum, measuring about 5×5 mm, always same density and age. Investigation of morphological characters variability of fungus depending on influence of component composition in nutrient environment was studied at the optimum, 23-25 °C temperature. The diameter of colonies was measured daily in two mutually opposite directions. Described cultural morphologic features of colonies on different culture environments. Repeated experiments fourfold. Installed that on all nutrient environments, potato-glucose agar, sunflower seed agar, oatmeal agar, the substrate capek, carrot agar, agar casaleone and starvation agar marked fungus Phomopsis helianthi vegetative growth. The beginning of micromycete growth was observed on the second day of cultivation. The most intensive increase in the area of the colony is marked Phomopsis helianthi on potato-glucose, oat and sunflower agars. In particular, on 11th day of incubation, the diameter of pathogen colonies were respectively 80,5, 79,0, 70,75 mm. More slowly fungus grew on the environment capek and hungry agar, which in specified period of time diameter of colonies was made up to 53.5 mm and 43.5.
