Pandemik yang menyerang bukan hanya Indonesia tetapi dunia ini masih terus berkembang dalam kurun waktu lebih dari dua tahun. Oleh karena itu, berbagai studi telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebaran virus ini dan memprediksi penyebarannya lewat beberapa model matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi penyebaran Covid-19 di Provinsi Maluku terkhusus untuk gelombang ke tiga dengan pemodelan matematika SEIR. Secara khusus, metode Runge Kutta Fehlberg ordo 10 di aplikasi Matlab akan digunakan untuk memprediksi kenaikan penyebaran. Data yang digunakan yaitu data penyebaran Covid-19 di Maluku periode bulan Juli 2021 – Februari 2022. Perkembangan mengenai analisis deret waktu memunculkan gagasan bahwa beberapa data dari suatu kejadian tidak hanya mempunyai keterkaitan dari kejadian-kejadian pada waktu sebelumnya, tetapi juga mempunyai keterkaitan dengan lokasi disekitarnya. Model Generalized Space Time Autoregressive (GSTAR) digunakan untuk memodelkan data deret waktu yang juga mempunyai keterikatan antar waktu dan lokasi (space time). Salah satu keunikan dari model GSTAR adalah keberadaan matriks bobot. Matriks bobot pada model GSTAR menunjukkan hubungan antar lokasi. Pada penelitian ini, matriks bobot yang digunakan adalah bobot seragam dan invers jarak. Studi kasus yang digunakan yaitu data Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) tiga lokasi di Kalimantan Barat yang meliputi Kota Pontianak, Kota Singkawang, dan Kabupaten Sintang pada periode Januari 2020 hingga April 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kedua matriks bobot invers jarak dan seragam. Selanjutnya memilih model GSTAR terbaik berdasarkan nilai dengan orde model GSTAR dibatasi pada orde (1;1) dengan nilai AIC, RMSE, dan MAPE terbaik. Perkembangan indeks harga konsumen antar kota selain memiliki keterkaitan pada waktu sebelumnya juga memiliki keterkaitan antar lokasi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah uji stasioner data, identifikasi orde, estimasi parameter, serta uji diagnostik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model yang didapat berdasarkan bobot invers jarak dan bobot seragam menggambarkan adanya keterikatan waktu dan lokasi yang ada, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya parameter yang signifikan mempengaruhi lokasi satu dan lokasi lainnya. Early detection of stroke usually takes a long time. To prevent the risk of a significant disabling stroke, it is good to pay attention and recognize the symptoms of a stroke early on. In this study, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method was used to detect stroke based on risk factors for stroke consisting of blood pressure, age, LDL, and blood sugar. Based on the results obtained, the nonlinear SVM method has a better level of accuracy than the linear SVM. This is because of the two data-sharing schemes, the linear SVM only has an accuracy rate of 81.25%, while the nonlinear SVM has an accuracy rate of 84.38%. Especially for the nonlinear SVM, the RBF kernel has a better level of accuracy than the polynomial kernel. Vehicle Routing Problem with Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery (VRPSPD) is a problem of forming routes that serve each customer, by delivering and retrieving simultaneously. The purpose of VRPSPD is to minimize the total mileage to serve all customers with the limit that each customer is served exactly once, and the vehicle load does not exceed its maximum capacity. Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA) is an algorithm inspired by nature by mimicking the living behavior of grasshopper swarms in search of food sources. GOA has several main stages, namely initialization of parameters, determination of target grasshoppers, calculating the coefficient of decline, calculating the distance between grasshoppers, and calculating the new position of the grasshoppers. Implementation of the GOA program to complete VRPSPD using the C++ programming language using 3 types of data, data with 13 customers, 22 customers, and 100 customers. It is possible that the model generated by the OLS method still contains outliers, while the WLS method minimizes outliers in the data. The income result determined using the OLS method is less than the income result using the WLS method, which means that if a fixed value is given (according to the standard) for each result of the factors that affect the income result in the OLS method, the average fisherman income is IDR 2,225 .220. While the average income of fishermen using the WLS method is Rp. 1,015,840. Model matematika penyebaran virus Covid-19 berbentuk sistem persamaan diferensial yang mencakup variabel Susceptible (S) yaitu populasi manusia yang rentan terinveksi virus Covid-19, Infectious (I) yaitu populasi manusia yang telah terinveksi virus Covid-19 dan Recovered (R) yaitu populasi manusia yang sudah sembuh atau yang sudah kebal terhadap virus Covid-19, yang digunakan sebagai nilai awal. Nilai  sebagai nilai parameter yang diselesaikan secara numerik menggunakan metode Runge-Kutta orde empat yang dilakukan sebanyak 20 iterasi dengan waktu interval  bulan menggunakan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Maluku dan Polda Maluku tahun 2020 sampai 2021. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh maka nilai rata-rata dari data tersebut yang digunakan sebagai nilai awal dimana , , . Nilai awal dan nilai parameter disubstitusikan kedalam solusi numerik dan disimulasikan menggunakan dan Matlab sebagai alat bantu. Nilai laju setiap kelas untuk 20 bulan kedepan yaitu untuk laju kelas individu rentan (S) sebesar 69.270 jiwa, untuk laju kelas individu terinfeksi (I) sebesar 19.167 jiwa dan untuk laju kelas individu sembuh (R) sebesar 851 jiwa.
