The construction of application-oriented universities has many contents and involves a wide range. However, in general, the cultivation of application-oriented talents is the core, and the key to the cultivation of application-oriented talents is to improve students' application and practice ability and innovation ability. Therefore, how to cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in local application-oriented universities has become an urgent problem for us to solve. In this paper, we analyze the necessities of carrying out the tightened regulations and examine the contents of the policies. Artificial intelligence technology provides new ideas for the development of education and points out new directions. Education and artificial intelligence are new cores. The integrated development of technology can provide data support for the scientific management of education, optimize the relationship between teachers and students, and promote personalized learning.
